What can I say other than this place is perfect! As a professional, and a single mother I need a gym that can accommodate myself and my children and this location does not disappoint. Many class options for me and my children and the scheduling is perfect for a working mother looking to get in and hour or so of exercise after a long day and still have her kids entertained. The money is well worth it. The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and I've already convince two friends to get their own memberships after using my guest passes. read more

I was excited to come to this gym. I received a free guest pass in the mail and was finally able to use it today. The gym is beautiful - plenty of space, very clean and organized. The reason of the 2 stars is: The front desk clerk was nice but only took my pass and that was all. No tour, no price breakdown, no welcome, nothing. I was interested in possibly joining but do not feel as if I was presented all that the club offered. I found my way around but only saw the ladies bathroom and main gym area. A tour would have been nice to see what all you are paying for if you do decide to sign up. I was a tad surprised. I worked out alittle and walked around a bit more. As I was leaving I saw other guests getting a tour - I was shocked! I'm not too sure what was going on but you only get one first impression. I did ask one trainer about classes and he stated that to take a class an extra charge is made which was confusing. Again, the facility was gorgeous but only from what I could see. I doubt I will return but this is very unfortunate. Not a welcoming experience. I see a follow up has been provided as a response. It was not that I did not enjoy the experience, it was that I had no clue what the gym offered and saw others giving a full tour. This gym is the upper echelon of gyms, and it is so much more than a place to do cardio and lift weights. They keep this place clean and pristine. The STAFF is always positive, friendly, smiley and the lady who signed me up for my membership, Kayla, always greets me by name. All the business staff are always dressed to the nines. The personal trainers are all very fit, which you would think be the Norm across all gyms but no. Another aspect that makes Lifetime stand out! All the cardio machines connect to Apple Watch for the most accurate calorie burn. The place is HUGE so even on a Saturday morning, you don't feel crowded, you just soak up the atmosphere! Once was a LA fitness member, loyal for years. Lifetime broke thatalso, so nice to have a killer workout then just flop out and relax by one of the pools. The staff brings you water with smiles. Terrible customer service and way overpriced. The gym is nice but I've never been treated like I don't matter. I felt like I was just a number to them and when paying for a top dollar service I expect the provider to at least be friendly and professional. These guys are neither. I've been ignored multiple times by employees especially Justin the towel boy yelling at me for not wearing a mask while I had no clothes on leaving the shower and then he started harassing me every time I'd go. when I told the tom the "manager" he acted the same way as the employees and stood by his employees. I'd suggest they get new staff starting at the top with marky mark the general manager he was super rude and condescending he stood by Justin and didn't listen to my side of the story. read more

I love the location and how I'm greeted with a smile every time I arrive. The locker rooms, stem room and sauna are smaller than other locations but this offset by location and the available work area when needed. I mainly use the gym to clean up after my memorial park workout with SealPT but I do plan to add some personal training in the future. read more

The gym and amenities are nice for the most part and the staff is welcoming and helpful. However, if you are serious about using the squat racks or just trying not to blow out your ear drums, avoid the weight floor. The alpha classes are obnoxious and very inconvenient for other members. The classes tend to run at the busiest times of the day, first thing in the morning, lunch and around 6, which blocks off all the squat racks. Half the time, they aren't even using the racks and the attendees are just set up there. People will wait until all the "reserved spots" are filled and then grab whatever rack or two is left open. You'll get going into your sets only for an alpha member to show up to class 15 minutes late and the instructor to throw you out of the rack to give them a spot. The music is also atrocious and overly loud. I honestly could hear the music with what I thought were decent noise canceling headphones. By the way the class acts and runs, you would think it's just an alpha gym and the rest of us paying members are all just lucky to be there on the side why they are working out. I have also seen where the alpha class will have half the squat racks while the other half are taken up by employees and trainers of the gym who are working out on their break or lunch, while the rest of us members just have to find alternatives. Horrific daycare, my son had a black eye when I picked him up and complained other kids hit him with ball and a woman who works in daycare was laughing while he was being bullied by bigger kids. My son does not wants to come back to daycare because he is afraid of being bullied and afraid of that woman. My wife complained to daycare and woman who works there just said they were only playing around. read more

This is by far the most amazing gym I've ever seen in my life! The pictures do it no justice! They have a rooftop pool with cabanas, a bar, spa, steam room and sauna, Olympic weightlifting equipment, co-working space and much more! It's about $210 a month for an individual membership, but if you have it, it's worth it! This is the NEW country club! read more

Took Barre Fusion class by Meaghen K. this morning at 11:15am! It was the worst Barre class that I ever had! She included some Zumba and just asked us to self dancing until the class end for 10 to 15 minutes! I mean if I want dance class, I would rather take the Zumba class! Wasting my time! I did not even sweat at all in this class! And she never came to check and adjust our movement to make sure that we did it correctly. Just keep repeating the same movement fir the entire class! I prefer the previous instructor who was amazing in teaching and I sweat until soaked in his class! Would never go back to Meaghen K. Class anymore! read more

The service , aquatics and greeting stuff are awful and not professional - the Parking situation a nightmare - even with that price tag they ask for additional parking ticket when you say and show the club membership that you forgot to validate the ticket. Tried to schedule several times swim lessons for my son and the swim people never respond or the pool is all the time closed due to lightening . Is not worth the price at all. Life Time Greenway suppose to a Diamond Club, but the women showers is always unclean and in the spa area there is no lounge chairs and most of the time the whirlpool is unavailable. The athletic trainer are very unfriendly, just walking around and don't speak and unwilling to help you if need assisted with an equipment. The LifeCafe salads are expensive and not fresh. I have been to other Life Time and the staff is very helpful and the facilities is very clean. read more

I started off as a founding member and was so excited for this gym to open and loved it the first year. After the first year it has significantly dropped. 1/3 of the bikes in the cycling room don't work. There's only like 2 good class instructors that work there. Their mics are always malfunctioning as well. They use to throw fun parties by the pool but that's gone down hill. Some of the instructors sleep with multiple women in their classes which is very unprofessional and creates a lot of drama. The showers are gross. It's like they don't clean them. I went into a stall with hair all over the wall and went the next day and the hair was still there! So gross. The worst thing of all and this is the main reason why you shouldn't sign up is they raise the price quarterly!!!! I started at around $180 and now I'm paying almost $250!!! That's just in one year that they raised it that much. Now that everything has gone to s**t I want to pay an extra $70?! Their excuse is construction and maintenance but they aren't fixing anything! I've had a lot of friends switch gyms and heard a lot of other members switch as well. I like their downtown location a bit more but definitely looking into other options. Time to write my review regarding my experience so far with LifeTime-Greenway. As I was a previous long time member at LifeTime-City Centre I left do to the lack of cleanliness. The 3-4 months that I have been at their new location @ greenway has not provided the high end experience I was looking for. For a membership that cost $200+/monthly you would expect to see quality. This locations lacks the following; lockers for all members, wipes that are moist and not dry for members to wipe their equipment, towels should be stocked in all bathrooms, bathrooms should be clean, staff members should be wiping down equipment throughout the day for its members. Also, added space between equipment and machines so members are not on top of one another. If you want to see how a Lifetime should run and operate go checkout Lifetime-Cypress , it's top grade. My current membership was set to cancel so I am hoping lifetime will read this and offer a resolution. read more

Staff are rude and completely incompetent. I have been "accidentally" double billed several times resulting in hours on the phone to resolve the issue. All of our membership information was entered incorrectly resulting in hours on the phone. They "lost" our cancellation form and now we are expected to pay 3 months dues. I have had countless problems. It's not worth the trouble. read more

Awful costumer service and account management. If I could leave a review with no stats I would. Run away from this club, unless you have extra time to spend on the phone chasing people not to overcharge you. I spoke with David Ziebell to sign up as an add on to my husband's membership and I was told it is 80$, but I am being charged 215$ every month. Contacted him and was assured it will get fixed and it did not. Contacted Mark Stevens as his manager and nobody fixed or refunded the overcharges. If you sign up make sure you check your credit cards, cause they overcharge you and they don't care. Horrible club. read more

I wish the customer service matched the beautiful facility, unique classes, and amazing instructors, but it does not. The customer service here falls FAR BELOW my expectations and it's disappointing. I joined this gym with the expectation that customer service would be more akin to a country club...perhaps a cooler, younger, hipster version of the Houstonian. After all, the cost is equivalent, yet I can confidently say that Chick-Fil-A has better customer service than this Lifetime. Seriously. Between the dogs (yes, a woman was casually walking around with her lap DOG) and Katelyn (the customer service "manager") telling me that I couldn't return to the gym if I didn't immediately take a photo, despite me being very clear that I just got off work and was running late for yoga...I've had enough of the lack of professionalism. I was especially embarrassed that she made this threat in front of other patrons as if I was some criminal trespasser. It didn't matter that I was dressed in a suit, she still tried to humiliate me. And In that moment, I couldn't help but wonder if she would have spoken that way to some older white woman. ABSOLUTELY NOT. With that being said, I'll likely cancel my membership here. My dignity is worth more than the entire gym. With each subpar experience and bad attitude, I regret referring 3 of my friends to this gym knowing that they may be subjected to the same type of treatment one day. Oh and forget about your issues ever being addressed. They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, and they really don't care. I left my business card on Thursday because I was so upset and disgusted by the way I was treated. Do you think they cared to call me back? NO. But one thing is for sure, I refuse to pay for a diamond membership gym with Planet Fitness attitudes. read more
