They're a circuit training gym offering group classes and caters to all skill levels. On my recent visit, Jordan was my instructor. She was awesome. She was lively, showed us proper form when switching to floor exercises and kept us motivated the entire time. Their parking lot is ample and I didn't have trouble finding a space. I'm hoping to make a decision in a month and glad I got the chance to try this place out.

It's small enough that clients receive personal attention/help during group circuit training. The guidance and tips from trainers Goran & Mia absolutely improved my somewhat marginal positioning during various exercises. And they constantly watch out for people so they don't overdo. But be clear, if they know you can do a few more reps, they will cheer you on to squeeze a few more in. Goran says once it starts to feel like you are getting tired from the reps, try to do 5 more because those last 5 are the ones that really count to tax your muscles so they will strengthen. Everyone is encouraging and kind and truly wants to see you improve and get stronger. And in my first several weeks of going (1 hr 3x week), I meet some wonderful people who have been going to Premier Fitness for many years, even decades! That should tell you something right there!

I have belonged to this fitness center on and off for 15 years and am a huge fan…read more No, it is not a deluxe health club and spa facility, it is a good, basic gym with everything you need to get a fine workout: plenty of cardio and weight machines, exercise mats, jump ropes and other tools for calisthenic work. There are freshly laundered towels and a basic locker room with showers. The water fountains are cold and there are hanging TVs that are tuned to radio frequencies so you can watch and listen to a variety of TV shows. The price is $75/month, or something like $60/month if you pay the annual fee. All in all, pretty good value for access to all that equipment. There is also childcare available for $6 up to an hour and a half, which seems pretty cheap to me, especially given that so many people rave about its quality. They have started offering a few group fitness classes, but I can't speak to those other than by saying that all the classes are early morning, and there isn't much variety. I am not giving it five stars because I think its day pass rate is expensive ($15) and wish it provided a punch card option for people who can't work out regularly, but would nevertheless like occasional access to the gym. I would also like more variety of fitness classes (spinning?). Nevertheless, I recommend this to anyone looking for a low-key, no-fuss gym.

I checked out their website and was super excited to see that some of my favorite shred instructors (Jordan, Meg, Jenny and Courtney to name a few) were now available for personal training sessions. And it was so easy to book- right thru the mind body app. I booked a session with Jenny since I always like her Shred classes since she's very clear on exactly what you're doing next. And when you're about to run up a hill I personally want to know ahead of time! She was just as good of a trainer and we did a 45 minute circuit focusing on the entire body with some bursts of cardio. It was challenging, but doable...and I was shaking from the workout 30 minutes after I left. I workout a lot and can't remember the last time that happened! They also offer pilates sessions, which I may try at some point. I'm on a lagree kick right now because I was finding pilates to be a little slow, but have a feeling that won't be the case with their trainers. The pricing is a little expensive compared to what I've seen. For 45 minutes it was $110, but you can also book a 2 on 1 training session for $90 or a 3 on 1 session for $75. My friend and I booked a future session with Jenny, but if you don't have someone to go with you can book the 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 option...and someone else can sign up at the same time. And if you buy a package of 10 thru the mindbody app it's $50 off, which i'll likely do after i give it a few more tries and decide it's something I"d like to invest in. I prefer a lot of cardio when it comes to my workouts and whenever I try Dailey Method my mind starts to wander and then I realize I'm not even doing the move correctly...and there goes my workout. When my nanny called in sick today I found myself wondering what I would do with my 2 year old for 5 hours until his sister was ready to be picked up at school. Friends mentioned they were taking their 2 year olds to the Dailey Method while they did a class so I figured I'd give it another shot. If the workout wasn't any good at least my son would have fun for an hour playing with the other kids. I haven't left him on his own very often so admittedly I was a bit nervous about it, but figured this would be good prep for camp this summer. I was so impressed with the kids club. It's a small room, but had everything my son would want to keep him entertained for an hour: trains, a kitchen & (yes) a TV. Elizabeth was the caretaker in the room and she was very warm and the kids took to her instantly. In fact, when I went to pick up my son an hour later he didn't want to go home and was giving Elizabeth hugs. Sooo if you're looking for somewhere to workout with good children THIS is it. The class itself was fine. It was a Dailey Basics class so easier than most. Debbie, the instructor, played great music, had complete control of the class and did her best to make sure we were all doing the moves correctly. I did find my mind wandering a lot during the class & feel like I didn't actually get a workout today, but that's based on my own preferences & not the class itself. If you like bar classes you would likely be a fan of Debbie's class. I was excited to see that they offer spinning here. That's one class I'd definitely be interested in trying since it combines cardio with body sculpting. So perhaps I"ll be back for that...and for my little one to visit his new friend & toys in the kids room.
