It's a humongous facility that offers a wide range of equipment, and training to fit most needs. It's a 2 story building with many amenities that includes towel service. -Indoor basketball courts -Indoor & Outdoor pools -Outdoor children playground -Cafe -Steam room, spa, sauna My issues are: 1) Their pricing is all over the place, and doesn't make sense when you compare to other members dues & other Lifetime facilities. 2) Their guest pass policy is completely ridiculous. 3) Most equipment is outdated. 4) Finding free-weights & weighted bars can be a hassle in a huge facility. For a gym that offers so much they need to straighten out their act.

I'm done with life time hosting birthday party every weekend at the basketball court, this is a fucking gym not some kind of party place

Overall, we were really impressed with everything, especially the classes that they offered and the amenities that you can include in your monthly membership. Not a good option for families with younger kids but this is the place for anyone interested in an upscale fitness club with lots of amenities!

While there are aspects I genuinely enjoy, there are several ongoing issues that have left me…read morefeeling disappointed. First, the cancellation policy feels excessive. Being charged for canceling a class last-minute, on top of an already high monthly membership fee, is frustrating. I understand that many boutique studios with class-only models have strict cancellation policies. However, this is a full gym membership, not just a class-based studio. Additionally, for long-standing members, there should be some flexibility -- such as a limited number of exception waivers for circumstances like illness or family emergencies. That would demonstrate consideration for loyal members. Cleanliness is another major concern. The showers consistently smell moldy, and there is often visible hair around the drains. It genuinely makes me question how frequently they are cleaned. The lockers are also frequently dirty, and the towel fringes are falling apart. At this price point, members should feel comfortable using the facilities. The women's bathroom soap dispensers are often empty or not functioning -- which is a basic expectation for any gym, let alone one at this cost. In terms of the gym experience itself, I will say that the classes are enjoyable and the instructors are kind, motivating, and professional. That is the primary reason I continue to attend. However, it would greatly improve the experience if reformer/Pilates classes were separated by skill level. For members who have attended multiple classes, it becomes repetitive to hear the same beginner-level breakdown each time of how to use the machine, etc. Offering stratified levels would better serve both beginners and more advanced participants, ensuring everyone's expectations are met. Parking is also an ongoing issue. There are frequent times when no spots are available, and members are forced to park next door. While I understand that occasional overflow can happen, it seems to occur more often than it should. This overcrowding appears to be exacerbated by the gym offering repeated five-day free trials to individuals who have already used one! Try finding a treadmill to use on a Saturday morning! While I understand the importance of growing the business, maintaining a quality experience for existing members should be prioritized -- especially when space and parking are already limited. Lastly, the café, while offering nutritious and high-protein options, feels overpriced for what it is. The recipes could also be improved for taste and overall value. I am not trying to be overly critical. I have been a member of several other gyms in the past, none of which cost this much. With a premium price point come higher expectations. I genuinely hope these concerns can be addressed, as I would like to continue enjoying the positive aspects of the gym without ongoing frustration.

I've lost 40 lbs in the past year, and I truly enjoy every second I spend at Revolve. The instructors challenge you, support you, and push you to become the best version of yourself. I also love that your first ride is free -- it makes getting started so easy. The monthly theme rides keep things fun and fresh, and the post-class emails with your stats are a game changer. Tracking my progress and seeing how far I've come since having my daughter has been one of the most motivating parts of my journey. Selling shirts is a good idea in case you sweat through yours (definitely not speaking from experience at all) and I'm so grateful for the drinks they sell! The lockers are plenty big and the bathroom is spacious for changing if you need to. What I really appreciated was the helpfulness of the employees making sure I was secure on a bike, finding my rhythm and the low lighting of the room. Nobody needs to see me working out. I felt like I could be in my own zone and focus on myself! Very nice atmosphere for a great workout!

My son met the 42-inch height requirement and has safely enjoyed similar attractions before, yet we were still made to feel uncomfortable and singled out throughout our visit. What upset me the most was watching my son cry after getting hurt, and instead of showing concern or compassion, staff looked at him, walked away, and laughed with another coworker. As a parent, that was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable to witness. No child should ever be treated with such disregard, especially when they are visibly upset and crying. Throughout the visit, my children both older and younger were watched excessively, which made us feel targeted instead of welcomed. As a Black family, the treatment we experienced raised serious concerns about bias and discrimination. I fully understand the importance of safety rules, but rules should be enforced respectfully and equally for everyone. Families come to these facilities to feel safe and enjoy time together, not to feel humiliated, ignored, or judged. I will be contacting the district and administration for both facilities to formally report these experiences and seek accountability. I hope steps are taken to ensure no other family or child is made to feel this way again.
