He comes back home with the word games of the day and shows off the laminated pictures they take on their themed days - Kentucky Derby (his favorite), Senior Olympics, etc. The staff is very caring and they let us know if he is more tired than usual or if there is a concern. They are also a great resource for the family on additional senior services. Wonderful staff and organization!

They were professional, polite and seemed willing to carryout tasks as requested. After the first visit, their demeanors and commitments to task were less appealing. I have a "no shoes in the house" policy. One worker came with crocs and no socks. I don't want someone walking on my carpets in their bare feet! Another worker spent too much time on her phone, repeatedly calling her husband, initially to wake him up (apparently after a day of "drinking with the boys"), to make sure he got up, and then to motivate him to head to work. If she would have made up the time I may have not had a problem with her behavior. Managing one's personal life should have been handled on her own time and not in my home.

We eventually had to move my aunt into an assisted living facility. Afterward, we received several pieces of mail addressed to one of the caregivers at my aunt's home address. During the time care was being provided, my aunt also experienced credit card fraud. The bank would mail out a replacement card, but it was intercepted and used before it ever reached her. We were never able to identify who was responsible or how it was happening, so we ultimately took POA over all of her finances. It made me suspicious when mail started arriving in a caregiver's name at my aunt's address, even though that person was not a permanent resident of the household. It could have been a coincidence, and I realize something like this could happen with any caregiving company, but it was concerning.
