Frank's driving was flawless; he followed all driving precautions and was neither too fast nor too slow. My mom has been at Arden Courts for many years. I honestly don't know what I would have done all…read morethis time without Arden and all the staff. An example is just a few days ago, my mom fell in her room and hit her head on something and was bleeding. The staff is very good about looking out for the residents and checking up on them and was immediately on it. The head nurse Cecelia arranged for my mom to be taken to the hospital and she also immediately called the family. After being treated at the hospital for several hours, the doctors at the hospital said it was safe for her to go back to Arden. The nurses that night at Arden, Sharina and Sandy, got her back to her room safely and let the family know. I am so grateful for the staff at Arden and could not imagine if my mom was not there. The next morning Lynn the director called for a meeting to discuss how to go forward. It was very comforting to know that I could count on Arden to continue to help my mom with this injury. This is just one of many stories. I'm also grateful for all the activities that my mom has access to as well as access to be outdoors and to have an area that she is safe to walk around. I then went with them about a year ago and have not had a single issue with them. They have always kept me with CPAP supplies that I needed. I went into their office today to get a new CPAP machine since my current one was past it's life expectancy. They are not attentive to her bathroom needs and are rude towards her when she uses the call light for assistance expressing to her that she's limited to every 3 hours. This has caused my mom to risk falling by her attempting to go to the bathroom on her own even though the nurse that puts her at risk. Unacceptable care because of this. She shouldn't have to wait if she has to go number 2 nor have to wait on the toilet for assistance at times over a half hour.
