I took a half day and they had me scheduled for almost 2 weeks later. Couldn't see me. I decided to reschedule for a Saturday morning at 9am (when they open) and the office was locked and nobody answered the phone for 30 minutes. No wonder this is a tier 3 facility. This operation epitomizes the saying "you get what you pay for", unfortunately it's been 3 weeks since I made contact and I haven't gotten a single thing from this place other than loss of wages for time off. They would charge me if I didn't show up for an appointment so they should compensate me since they didn't show up either. If there is any other option in NJ, take it and don't look back.

After checking in , I was sent to a room with a male tech who told me to get undressed from the waist up! I asked why , since I had removed my jewelry at home . He said because of the metal in my bra .My bra has no metal, and I stated that , so he told me to get on the machine which I did . He told me I would be hearing loud noises and he took a pair of rubber ear plugs out of a plastic bag and inserted them into my ears, while leaning on my chest with his elbows and upper arms . He could have handed me the plugs, as I am quite capable of inserting them into my own ears . This was not an open MRI at all! . I became extremely claustrophobic after about 30 min and pushed the button he gave me to use if I needed help. He did not stop the machine nor he come to my aid , and after pushing the button multiple times I forcibly extracted myself from the machine! Why would , or should , anyone go to a radiology center not affiliated with a hospital? Most local hospitals in Bergen county have the technology . If you are sent to Affinity radiology, ask your self and your doctor "WHY " and make sure to get a satisfactory answer before going .

She is always there with a big hello and smile. I had the pleasure to speak with Jordan, Tonya and Ina (was the young lady who got me ready for the MRI and did the procedure. Told to be there at 8am (last 2 times I got there at 6:30am) and I waited in waiting room until 845 before being taken into prep room. Another 45 minutes to start IV and do paperwork. Then I laid waiting in the bed until 945 . They took me in for the epidural injections which took about 25 minutes, 15 minutes in recovery dressed and out door. So 3 hours for something that takes about 1 hour total time. But the place is very clean with a friendly staff.

They always have available appointments which is so helpful when your kid is sick, but I always wonder at the same time is that because their staff are a bit cold. We do go here and do feel they provide honest care for children, I just wish the doctors, nurses and front staff had more joy and fun when the kids are around. They're all very very serious and come off stern. They will give a lollipop or a sticker which my kids do like, but in the treatment room the bedside manner is so cold unfortunately. No loving and welcoming side for the kids. For example, this morning we saw Dr. Grace. She came in, stone cold, very serious and didn't have any loving side or compassion with my three year old. I do believe she has a good concept as a doctor, I'm not doubting that, I just wish she was friendlier with the little ones. :( 5 stars for appointment availability and location to my house (super close), but 3 for their cold demeanor which I wish was more loving/welcoming for a pedi office.

The waiting area is small but they just opened up an expansion across the hall. I never had to wait long and they always have some movie on for kids to watch while hey wait. They fit me in a couple of times late in the day which I really appreciated. My 7 year old has been going since she was 4 and my new born all her life and my wife and I are happy with the service.
