Living in Upstate NY we wouldn't be able to get down there until the weekend. No problem, they held it for us until we drove down this past Saturday. When we got to the shop, it even had a slip of paper with her name on it so it wouldn't accidentally be sold. It was the last of that size and brand. And since it's now after Labor Day, I'm guessing they won't restock until next season. I don't know the guy's name behind the counter, but he did mention he's been surfing the Jersey shore over 50 years. He was amazing. He was the benchmark for awesome customer service. He set up her board with the fins and leash. Gave her a tip about securing the leash when putting the board away. He gave her all kinds of other advice and easily answered every question she threw at him. Now, to put this in perspective, we had been to a shop in Rhode Island and the guy behind the counter was trying to sell her a more advanced board that she didn't want. I told her not to get it. Get the one you want, develop your muscle memory, then get a hard board later down the road. And when I told this to the guy at Ocean Outfitters, he said "Yes! That's what we tell the people that come here for lessons." All in all a very cool experience. I would definitely be back. Will definitely check here first for any other surfing needs.

They seem to be the only ones who offer this in the area for now and they have a good selection for me otherwise. We played air hockey where one side's outside goal borders a bit flimsy like last year or so but it still works well otherwise. Small arcade but it seems not too populated even on a Saturday night or not this one. The location and size may have to do with why there are not too many people either. They get most of their money from the food experience probably. Maybe bowling and other things that I don't know that they have might do better. There was a live band on Thai Sat evening. Not my kind of music but this more elderly, classy crowd seemed to be enjoying in the festivities a lot. The bathrooms here are clean.

There were 3 employees on the boat that made the process so much fun and easy. If you are worried about trying parasailing, don't be! Atlantic Parasail was the best. I would say we got at least 15 minutes in the air which was great. You can also decide if you want to be dipped in the ocean on your way back in to the boat. Do it! It is so fun! While everyone else goes, you get to enjoy a really nice time on a boat. They play fun music and everyone got to be friends by the end of the experience. We added the photo package for an extra $29. It was definitely worth the extra fee because we got such amazing pictures of us parasailing! If you are looking to capture the moment, definitely add the photo package. I will most certainly be back to Atlantic Parasail the next time I want to parasail! It was such a fun experience!

His equipment for us was great and had plenty of bait and rigs to accommodate us. (Even when my 9 year old got tangled and snagged a few times.)
