Guac & Salsa

Fun to sit at the bar and enjoy a brew and some appetizers. Friendly barkeeps and many local and craft brews on tap, including a Lefty's Ale (now brewed by RAR). The pizzas look amazing! Thin, closest to the NY pizza grail according to fans. Last trip, we had to sample the cheesesteak rolls and potato skins. Very good and wow on the presentation. The cheesesteak spring rolls come topped with caramelized onion, and a queso dipping sauce. The potstickers, the nachos with chicken tinga, and tuna tostadas are all really good.

Very cool ball game like beer pong.

What a great place to spend a rainy day or a cold winter night. Or just any day. Something for everyone, golf, soccer, bowling, ax throwing,a very nice arcade and a great restaurant, what's not to like. Stop in for a drink and a sandwich or nacho's and enjoy a number of sporting events on the many big screen televisions.

In all my years coming down to Dewey/Rehoboth I have never been here. I know its on the newer side. It is really an awesome place to bring the family, have a friends night out or to celebrate special occasions for any age. The food here looked pretty good for bar food. Pizza, chips and guac were just a few items that were ordered from my friends. They have an arcade area with many different games: skeeball, airhockey and more. There is also a few lanes for bowling ( they have different weights of the balls too!) Each little section seems semi private too and they have a waiter come and bring you food and drinks. There is a great size bar area with tvs and a stage. Plenty of seating too. I was also told they have karaoke nights and silent discos! We also saw Ax throwing section. Great spot to come if its a rainy, snowy day or if its super hot and want to cool down. I highly recommend this place. Last night was my first night there and I can't wait to go back next.

Came here with my son's baseball team and parents for dinner one night for a baseball tournament. It seemed like it was a cool place when we walked in , there was a large arcade, bowling alley, bar and restaurant. We sat and drank some beers and ate as a team, the service was slow and everyone seemed as though they didn't really know what they were doing or how to handle such a large party. The beer was nice a cold but pricey and the food was ehh, they tried to mix a cheap kids hangout and gourmet restaurant. I ordered some chicken nachos and it was completely loaded with shredded lettuce, so much in fact I couldn't get away from it and it ended up ruining the dish for me. Every bite was just a task to try to not have a mouth full of long stringy lettuce, I definitely regreted ordering it. After that the kids ran and played and the dad's just sat and had some more beers while the mom's talked and gossiped. It was impossible to get a lane for bowling so we never did get to do that . All in all it was an ok place to hang out for 1 night, but the food attempted to be something it's not which is gourmet and ended up flopping in my opinion. The prices are definitely something that would keep this place from being an everyday hangout if i was local and it just didn't hit the mark for me.

Lefty's is a great place for family fun. Aside from its bowling alley they have good food for the family. It's also a great place to watch a sports event at the bar. Drinks are reasonably priced and their Happy Hour deals can't be beat. I think they have the best pizza in southern Delaware. Pizza is half price on Tuesday and they have ice cold brews on tap. Great place to meet up with friends. Oh and they have good entertainment as well.

Great spot! The bowling area feels fresh and modern--loved the setup with sofas and a coffee table instead of the usual bowling chairs and tables. It gives the place a more upscale, lounge-like vibe. Only downside is that you sit directly across from strangers. There's also an arcade and a restaurant on-site, which makes it perfect for a full night out. Will definitely be coming back!

Terrific NY style pizza and great staff. Variety of menu items if you want something other than pizza.

A special thank you to Peter "Pan" for making our night so memorable. Not only were the cocktails delicious, but watching him craft those amazing bourbon creations was an experience in itself. We will definitely be taking an Uber next time so we can fully indulge in even more of those exceptional bourbon cocktails! Thank you for a wonderful evening. We can't wait to come back!

I only had the one I paid for. There's no need to lie, bad days happen. This is not a speakeasy, this is a restaurant cosplaying as a speakeasy. That may be a bit harsh, it's a speakeasy in training. Sure, it's got all of the speakeasy decor, blackout curtains over the windows and doors, and a big selection of pedestrian liquor but it's not quite there. We went in on an early evening on Wed and there were maybe 5 other patrons in there. Our waitress was nice and brought us water to the high top. She brought us two food menus, and a specials menu. I asked for a bourbon list and she brought it; no prices on the list. Annoying. On the specials menu there was a small section of manager recommended drinks and one was a Willet. The way it was written was confusing because it said it was both a 4 year and 14 year for $52, so I asked for clarification on the age statement. She took the menu to the barkeep, who confirmed it was a 14 year so I said yes I'll have that. A drink was brought to me, but I could tell from the taste that it was not what I ordered. I asked the waitress for the bottle, she asked the guy behind the bar for the bottle and he pulled down a willet pot still bottle (pot still is the entry level Willet and at best a 5 dollar pour, no where near what I asked for). I told her that I was given the wrong drink, then she approached the bar and between her, and the male and female bartenders they had a weird back and forth conversation. Then, finally they pulled down the bottle that I asked for, that was advertised, and gave me a pour of it. I asked to see the bottle and the waitress brought it over but held it instead of putting it on the table (it was a 13 year Willet, Paper Trail). As we were about to order we were told that they reset the menu the very day before, with the focus of putting more love and care into the food. Feeling good about that, we ordered the French quarter catfish and the bourbon braised short ribs. The corn that came with the short ribs tasted straight out of a store bought steamable pouch, and the "ribs" weren't ribs at all, just sliced meat. The only redeemable thing about the catfish dish was the aioli; the rice had no flavor, the corn was cold and hard, and the catfish was mostly breading. We both took a few bites and resigned. I have been to many speakeasies around the US, and there are common themes: a much better selection of liquor; 95% of the bourbon were low tier bottles you can find in any liquor store for around $50. Also, when customers ask for the bottle, it isn't because we plan to steal it or drink from it, its because we're genuinely interested in the information on the labels. The quickest way to get people to stop spending money is to make them feel as if they can't be trusted touching a bottle. Perhaps it was an off day for the staff and this wasn't a typical experience, but I won't go back.

We stopped in about 1-2 hours before closing so when we were seated, they informed us of the last call timing for ordering food, dessert and alcohol. The lighting is dim and romantic for sure. The music was a vibe (we overheard it was just a "lounge" playlist but it was a good one! The lightning could have been better - it was a little flashy at times for dinner. When it was time to order, we were stuck between 2 appetizers and ended up taking the waiter's recommendation on the crab Rangoons and are so glad we did. Best we ever had in our entire lives. Made with real crab - makes all the difference! They were soft with a light outer crunch. Perfect consistency! 10/10! I ordered the Pad Thai (slightly less spicy) and I'm glad I did. Our waiter was very informative on how the spice scale here worked and we were appreciative of that! The only issue we had was that it seemed like due to coming later in the evening - the servers were kind of rushing everyone along. They were helping eachother bus tables, take checks, etc and in doing so ran our card for another tables check. The bartender was able to void it in time but they were not super apologetic about it. Again, they were very nice but I think their main concern was just getting out of there at a certain time. We had one of our best meals of the week here and will definitely visit again in the future.

Thereafter, the food on the "Asian Fusion" menu sounds great, but leaves much to be desired. More confusion, than fusion. Dumpling Special is a cool notion (why not save a few bucks?). But, when it arrives without ginseng slivers, nor a spoon for dripping the dark vinegar into the removed top knot to mix with the beef soup within the Xiao Long Bau, it becomes apparent skill is lacking in the kitchen. It doesn't help that these dough pouches are commercially bought and not made by knowing hands. The Singapore Black Pepper Crab bowl was sure Szechuan spicy enough, but had so little crab that my crustacean loving wife turned on her phone flashlight to find some. They were ground so small that they were nearly invisible, but could be slightly tasted by their mild sweetness. Just not enough substance to balance the other ingredients. My Cumin Lamb Ho Fun was likewise deep into the heat and looked good with the fat noodles mixed throughout. However, once again the kitchen's lack of deftness appeared with too many tough, stringy and fatty pieces of lamb that were unpleasant and overbore the generally decent quality of the rest of the dish. From my experience, that only happens when attention isn't paid to the texture of the meat when slicing. Cutting lamb against the grain is a no-no. So, even though I enjoyed the Moon Door entrance, the Bodhi (Enlightenment) name and all the on point Asian decor, it was disappointing that all that spirituality stopped at the kitchen door. 2.5 Shakyamuni-less Stars.
