Every single phone call, email, and meeting was managed efficiently and with ease. She is also very mindful of your stylistic needs while remaining within your budget. There will be no surprises when it comes down to your final numbers, as Carolyn clearly lists out your costs, using excel sheets comparing different vendor quotes, for you to consider. Furthermore, she even highlights these differences in a quick summary email to make the price analysis more efficient for you. One very important factor of our wedding was the food and stylistic presentation. I wanted mini beverage pairings with mini lobster rolls, mini gyros, etc. Carolyn handled our requests seamlessly with our caterer and every single idea was executed flawlessly, and deliciously. To show you even further, how Carolyn doesn't miss ANY detail, the day before the wedding, I asked Carolyn to place custom blankets on my seat and my husband's seat as a surprise to my husband. The blankets had quotes we say to each other. Low and behold, they were sitting nicely on both of our chairs. There are many planners, but not every planner can catch every single detail. Carolyn truly does not miss a thing and you will have nothing to worry about! I cannot recommend her enough!

We had bagpipes, an Indian priest, a Christian reverend, a pianist, a funky DJ, and more at our wedding and Nisar was able to put everything together in a cohesive manner. He was always reachable and communicated well with all participants in the wedding. Other than that, he is just a pleasant and lovable person to work with. He is now an honorary member of the Mehta family, in fact. Sabrina played more of a role at the beginning and end of the wedding planning process and did a great job at organizing all of the little details on the actual wedding day. My husband, our families, and I didn't have to think about logistics at all. As a great example of how Nisar and Sabrina can pull anything off, our Indian priest went ONE HOUR over the time he was supposed to. This was not anyone's fault; the priest clearly knew he was supposed to go for 30 min. for months before the wedding. He just decided to do his own thing the day of the wedding. Nisar and Sabrina adjusted beautifully, to the point that no one knew that this happened. The pianist, bagpiper, photographers, videographers, DJ, decorators, and everyone agreed to shift their schedules because Nisar and Sabrina have such a good relationship with them. Out of all the planners I had looked at, Savoury Chic was the only one that I felt I could share with my partner. Until he met Char, he was apprehensive about even paying for a planner. Our first meeting was positive for us, and genuinely reinvigorating for me as we began charting more concrete steps. I have the utmost confidence that our August wedding is going to be greater than I have imagined because of her team's attention to detail, creativity, and genuine care. I literally cannot imagine someone who is better at this than Char: she's extremely organized and competent, forthright with advice but not pushy when it comes to decision-making, very savvy and sensitive when it comes to interpersonal dynamics--and, on top of all that, she's a friendly, warm person who helps you feel at ease and confident that everything will come together. Throughout the planning process, Char was extremely helpful. I honestly didn't think we needed a planner when we began the process of putting together our wedding--but, looking back now, hiring Savory Chic was the best decision we made in the entire process. Char is really good at feeling you out and figuring out your dynamic, your style, your values. She is a great listener. I never felt like I was being pushed or herded in any specific direction. At the same time, Char was really good at tactfully and respectfully giving us advice about the potential risks, costs and advantages of particular sorts of decisions--e.g. doing a buffet versus having table service for the dinner. This is exactly the balance you want in a planner: you want someone who won't be overbearing and pushy, but you also want someone who knows their stuff and is forthcoming with honest feedback about what works and what doesn't. Savory Chic will save you thousands of dollars. The wedding industry can be very intimidating and there are tons of people out there looking to charge you more than they should. You need someone in your corner who can negotiate with vendors and draw on knowledge of going rates to make sure you get competitive prices. Char is very good at doing that. Char is also extremely generous with her time. She responds very quickly to texts and emails and calls. When she says she's going to do something, she does it when she says she'll do it. As the wedding day approaches, she does regular phone check-ins which have the function both of making sure everything is coming along and, perhaps most importantly, making sure that you and your partner are feeling comfortable and confident that the big day is going to come together nicely. The day-of execution was also really excellent. The folks on Char's team are friendly and interpersonally savvy--and this is not to be taken for granted. They're also extremely organized, competent and good at what they do. I was very impressed with their work and everything they did behind the scenes. Because of their effectiveness and efficiency, I was able to sit back, relax and be fully present the day of my wedding. That is something I'll always cherish.

They took such good care of our family members, and made sure we didn't get overwhelmed either (which can sometimes be difficult with Asian families). They also respond SO promptly (and accurately!) whenever we ask any type of questions. We were absolutely blown away by their services on wedding weekend -- they executed everything perfectly and our wedding was exactly how we'd wanted it. Everything went extremely smoothly and it is because of the Aisle Ai team. They were kind and patient with my family and bridal party, and immediately helped us with anything we needed. I had some items (card box, tea ceremony kneelers) that never came (ugh, online orders) but they brought back-ups. I'm sure they had 1000 things running through their heads but we could never tell - they were always grounded and attentive. You know who didn't have to answer random questions from her family the whole two weeks leading up to her wedding? Me, the bride. The moms, armed with the info they needed handled everything. It was amazing. - The aforementioned minute-by-minute schedule. Brianne and her team work with you very closely to plan your whole day down to the minute. They worked with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and they baked in special time and moments for just me and my husband to spend together away from all the people to take it all in together. It seems unnecessary when you are in the midst of planning it, but it is both necessary and wonderful. -Brianne even asked us what songs we didn't want to miss the band play and made sure we were in the room and dancing for all of our favorites. It's the small things that she definitely wasn't required to care about but because she did care about made our wedding all the more special. I think the best part about hiring Brianne was that I never for a second worried or even thought about the operations or logistics of our wedding and neither did our immediate families.
