In addition, the treatments don't work. Unfortunately, there is no magic cure to slimming other than food reduction. The past few months, I've looked forward to my weekly appointment with red light therapy. It feels literally transcendent, like a warm hug from above. Did not see results, when I purchased the package of 10 sessions I was told that was plenty for the results I was looking for. After 5 weeks there was no change. I was told it was too soon to see results. At my 10th session I was told "oh you would of needed another 10 sessions to get results. UPDATE: In response to owners message, I expressed that It would take me at least 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes home on my only day off. I also work 40 miles away and am unable to make it during business hours. The manager kept trying to push other services on me that were not what I wanted nor were they equal to the services I already paid for. All they cared about was getting me in and not how hard it is to get there for the services. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a package from this place. First, their business practices are horrible. There is only one location so if you move and are unable to make it in, there is nothing you can do. They don't tell you this when you sign up. As far as their infrared treatment goes, there are some benefits however they are not what you think it's going to be. I moved out of the area and was unable to make it to that location. Almost 3 months of trying to contact someone there. I was given the option to go to Brea which is still a 30 minute drive for me and closed on my only day off. OWNER RESPONSE REQUESTED Hello; For over 2 months now, I have been interacting with Nicole Rivas in your office and it has been beyond exasperating. I purchased the red light therapy package a couple years ago, unfortunately because of the distance and the level of consistency required I couldn't see results with the treatment (I don't live in Glendora anymore). Earlier this year I called to ask if my credit balance could be converted so that I could use other services offered, I was told it could be done and we've been at a back and forth since, every time I ask for updates or status I'm given some senseless bogus explanation by Nicole. I've also called the office and requested to speak to the owner and everyone is super secretive about escalating issues, you'd think I called the pentagon looking for the president ... I've provided Nicole with my phone number multiple times (I've kept e-mai threads) asking her to call me so we can more efficiently resolve miscommunication if any and keep it pushing, but she refuses to speak to me. I'm now convinced that she has no intent to honor my $1,200 credit as agreed via other services. Which at this point is fine, I'll gladly take my money and never speak to her again, she's costing me more than that with the time she's taken out of my life that I'll never get back. She's completely tarnished the business' reputation, and I'd like the owner to address my ongoing issue so I can move on with my life. read more

The staff as usual is very friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot on the side and you can also park on the street. They are located on the first floor as you walk in. I came in because I made an appointment online and it wasn't on the schedule because the person that booked me forgot to add it so I had to leave and come back two hours later which thankfully I had available. Their receptionist was absolutely rude and condescending when I kindly asked her why would I get a confirmation and not be on the schedule and she rudely with an attitude said "you can ask her yourself when she gets here" so I'm like "is this a company or is everyone independently contracted?" because why on earth would I have to ask your employee something that falls under your job title? She responded super angrily and said "yes this is a company". She made me feel like I made the mistake when I clearly had proof it was on their end. When I showed her my confirmation there was zero accountability, she ignored it and just offered another time. Then when the girl came in that made the mistake, she down played down her mistake and didn't even apologize. Their weight-loss program has ridiculous pricing and if I can't trust you to make an appointment how can I be sure you'll be able to assist me in my weight loss journey. I declined but booked a facial which I instantly regretted because to be honest I wanted nothing to do with the receptionist again. The facial was on a different day and I couldn't believe it when she messaged me to change the time again on the same day. Once again, another reason why I wasn't about to drop 3k when they aren't accountable for their bookings and have no respect for my time. I would give a zero if I could. I we t got a trial and sign up with a plan. When I went the girl was super rude, this place is stilling your money and health. I have been with lots of headache, dizziness I went to my doctor they run tests on me. My liver is bad so the doctor asked me to stop the red light therapy. I send the doctors letter to them stating my liver is bad, and if you have attend their treatments they tell you to take liver support vitamins HELLO!!, they still denied cancelling the treatments and refund the money. I contacted cherry as well and send my doctors info. They think they are doctors and will tell you it would not damage you but it is bad.
