He was so helpful and offered to honor the Groupon so that I could book an appointment. About a half-hour after I got off the phone I headed to my appointment. Zee told me he'd have the room heated and ready as soon as I got in. My oldest daughter decided to purchase her own Groupon so we could check it out together. My experiences with infrared saunas have been amazing. My body feels rejuvenated and refreshed, my mind feels at ease and clear, my skin feels so soft and moist as if I just applied coconut oil to it. Infrared saunas offer so many health benefits and if you're in the neighborhood I'd truly recommend going here. The sauna seats two, and is nice and cozy. The first time we went the temperature was around 137 degrees. It helps to do a few rounds of deep breaths while sitting in the sauna. I I do this so that I could sink in, relax, and allow the healing to take place. This helps me to clear my mind and prepare my body for what could be a very uncomfortable thirty minutes. It gets hot, so I would suggest​ taking deep breaths, relaxing as much as you can, drink water before, during, and after, and have a towel to dab away the sweat. (Towels and water are provided for you.) The second time we went we took one of their Yoga classes. It was one of the best Yoga classes I've attended. Ashley's class was breathtaking. The stretching, deep breathing, moments of stillness was the best part for me. She pushed me beyond my limits in a non-intrusive fashion. My legs stretched further and wider, I held poses I'd struggled with before such as the crow pose. I can't believe I did it. Well, I have been practicing for some time, guess I needed the perfect atmosphere and teacher to guide me into it. I can't wait to visit again. We took a tour of the facility. They've been opened​ for about five months now. In addition to the services I mentioned they offer cupping, massage therapy, personal, and group training, they have a small gym located in the back of the facility, they also offer a nutrition class which teaches you how to make nutritional drinks to help maintain your health. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon. Zee really made us feel welcomed as if we were already part of the family. If you're interested in health and wellness I'd highly recommend paying them a visit.

So I thought what a steal, must purchase duhhh! But then I came to Yelp, and no review was found :( However, I was blown away!! & now I can be the first to review. D & S Holistic center is literally a hidden gem. From the outside, it just looks like a business center, the mysterious type that you can only see your reflection instead of the inside. I went in though and it looked like a doctor's office. Nice welcoming green couch and some chairs and a square window to talk to the employees through on the other side. I caught the director/owner there. His name is Delfi Monteagudo and he specializes in chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, massage therapy and nutrition. So this is not your run of the mill spa. They actually know what they're doing. He was so nice and gave me some pamphlets. They even hold seminars and workshops to teach on aromatherapy, Ayurveda, diets, herbs, etc. Mari, my massage therapists, came out after I had filled in some paperwork to make sure I had no alergies to oils and to find out what areas she needed to concentrate on. She took me into a room that was so nice. Dim lighting, comfortable massaging table with that little circle thing to put your head on. She gave me privacy to undress and once I was ready to go, she knocked and came in. She asked me through out the whole process, if the pressure was okay. She put on some background relaxing music, put some oil on her hands, and got to work. She massaged my neck, my back, my sides, then she went on to my legs and side buttox (hehe) and my feet. My favorite part was when she put these steaming hot towels on my back and pressed down and then rubbed off the oil. So good. The hole in the head pillow stand thingy (sorry for my lack on knowledge on this term lol) was probably a bad idea because I can guarantee I was drooling through my hour massage. Nevertheless, my hour was up and I got quickly dressed to rush to work. I've been in a trance ever since. So calm, and serene (which was the name of my room btw!). They have different tipes of massages ranging from Swedish Aromatherapy, Deep Muscular, Warm Stone, Reflexology, Thia, Shiatsu, etc. An hour message runs at about $100 and an hour and a half at $129. I recommend this place to everyone. The location and staff were so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better deal, and I still have one more massage left haha. Don't be jealous@!

They said no problem it'll be $80 per person plus $20 tip, once we arrived to the location the lady automatically demands we pay $80 plus $40 tip. Once we got into the back both employees kept telling us they couldn't do the 60 min massage after the person on the phone said it was ok since they closed at 2 am... mind you we were inside by 1 am. Besides the fact that the customer service was sh*t (excuse my language) but the massage experience was even worse. She barely applied any oil, I felt her dragging on my skin, she kept leaving the room and the door open while I'm naked on the bed and my body completely exposed. Then to top it all off the massage ended around 1:51 and she didn't even tell me it was over she just exited the room. Mind you, we still paid full price with $20 tip (in fear of being harassed) WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Please avoid this place at all cost.
