Our system was installed 5-4-22 by Fernando. Very professional and friendly. He had our water shut off for only a couple of hours so it wasn't an inconvenience. He kept working without a break. I kept him supplied with bottled water to keep him cool. The next day I noticed a weeping leak, very minor. Texted Mechelle and she had Jorge come out that same day to make the repairs. Instead of just trying to re- solder the joints, he cut out the elbow where the leak was and installed new copper elbows and pipe. Turns out the elbow had a crack in it so it wasn't because of installation errors. Mechelle has been great also. Returns our Calls/text if we have any questions or concerns. She makes sure that her installers kept us happy and she showed up on the day of installation. So far the system is working fine. read more

Well, the filter may be good the water softener which is supposed to be a salt, free water softener does not soften anything the price of the system is extremely high for what you get. Do not let them mislead you into thinking this is a water softener you cannot soften water without salt. P.S. The filter went bad. And started leaking carbon into our water It had to be replaced within two months. read more

Not sure how, but the negative reviews seem to be deleted from this page. I don't think the public getting an accurate perspective on this company. We purchased the Scale Solver model with additional warranty. We were told the hard water elements would be removed from our tap. Unfortunately this is not the case. You must know as a customer, the hard water CA Mg will remain, but in different configuration. You will still get hard water build up if your water is above moderate levels. The sales person will not conduct a chemistry test like other companies. This test will show you the level of hardness will remain. If hard water is your primary concern, softening system is very likely your best bet. While you do get small brine solution in your water, it will not stick to your plumbing. An RO system under you sunk will address removal of brine solution amounts in your water. read more

We got our LifeSource system installed last November. Charles Hess is our rep. and he's been great. Checking in to see how things are going. I recently had him come out to check our system to make sure it's filtering as expected since we were still seeing a lot of water spots. He re-iterated that the system leaves in the good minerals and that's the spots we're seeing. However, the spots left are definitely VERY easy to clean, nothing like the hard water spots we were seeing before we got the system. While Charles was here I showed him our installation and that the pressure gauge that was installed was blocking the fire riser door for our sprinkler system. He had customer service call me the very next day to schedule a tech to come out and fix that. Javier and Eduardo were just here today and they got the gauge moved, no problem. Javier said they would need an hour, and they were done in about a half an hour. The gauge is moved and the water is flowing again. Thanks guys for doing such a great job!
