To be completely honest, I was ready to leave a 1-star review after my first visit. The cashier was the only bright spot during my time in the store. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite. They came across as uninterested and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you work in customer service, making customers feel welcome should be part of the job. A few days after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback about my visit. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. Anyone can make a mistake, but not every business takes the time to listen, follow up, and address a customer's concerns. On top of that, they have competitive prices and a great selection in stock. Because of the way they handled my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to make the two-hour drive again. I attempted to contact the dealership several times regarding a motorcycle I was interested in. After being transferred to sales, I was left on hold for an extended period without anyone picking up. I also submitted an online inquiry, assuming they might be busy, but never received a response. Over the weekend, I decided to visit the dealership in person. It appeared they were hosting an event, but there was no one available on the sales floor to assist me, so I left without making a purchase. I followed up with another call today and was finally able to reach someone in sales, only to be informed that the motorcycle had already been sold. I had a bad experience with trying to purchase a motorcycle. I came in with money in hand cash as a beginner rider was told by one person by the helmets I'm able to test ride the bike that I'm interested in with a valid motorcycle license and when trying to test ride. I was told by another lady by the entrance that I wasn't able to. I was told I can have a bike sold to me but not ride. Which was very unfortunate due to the fact that I was ready to purchase a motorcycle today. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this store sadly and I get more warm welcomes at an actual Harley dealership even as a beginner rider. I am very well comfortable riding and was turned away. read more

So I needed to grab some gear as I wanted to make sure I had everything for my motorcycle safety course. Walking in, there was a guy there who was friendly and nice. First impression was great where it was obvious he was either new or not too familiar with the motorcycle gear but he did his best to help. However, there was a different person there as well... a blonde lady. Man, the most unwelcoming personality I've experienced in a hot minute. I remember going to different stores and every store aside from this one were welcoming and professional. They emphasized on safety being first and took their time to show and explain things to me. It made me feel welcomed and excited to be a part of the community. Here? A nice dude that was clearly new and a lady who seemed upset at you for being a patron. She was much nicer to the other customer who was also a white blonde lady so who knows. Maybe she's nice to those who look like her but overall, wouldn't recommend this place as there's a different store just 5 minutes (ish) away that are much more open, friendly, and wanting your business. I've been to this shop a few times over the last six years, but only out of necessity. I do not recommend this business.The primary issue is the consistently horrible customer service. The staff is unprofessional, unapproachable, and disrespectful. Specifically, the Parts Manager (Swede) is unhelpful, and the Service Manager (Mikey) is dishonest. Most recently, Sparky was dismissive in person and even hung up on me during a phone call.After paying $500 for a tune-up, I had to practically beg for a walkthrough of the work performed. Instead of a professional hand-off, I was simply told "the keys are on the bike." While Mike tried to apologize for Sparky's behavior, it doesn't change the fact that this team lacks basic communication skills and respect for their customers. I will not be returning. read more

I saw the one I wanted but so many others that were pristine and well taken care of. I found another Harley, one that I thought was just beautiful. I sat down with "T" who was just amazing and super fair and we worked out a price and had it delivered to my home. There was no pressure from the start. The whole staff was super professional and friendly and the selection of motorcycles, parts and accessories was all there in one space. This isn't a review on product but a review on customer service. I worked with James (based in the Pacific NW. I did a complete radio and speaker overhaul on my 2012 Harley Electra Glide. I am clueless with electronics. James literally walked me through installation step by step in the phone and video chat. Certain pieces didn't fit and he ordered new items instantly. I was helped by Mike in the service dept., I had my stator replaced and the carbuerator tuned/adjusted(2000 HD Dyna Superglide). Faster than I expected, Mike called me to tell me my Dyna was ready. Every interaction from drop off to payment and pickup was very friendly and efficient. Mike explained everything they found and fixed on my Dyna, and after an hour of riding I found it to be running better and smoother than ever after the charging system was fixed and with the carbuerator solved. I would also mention that I purchased my Harley from Lifestyle a couple of years ago and that transaction was also very friendly professional and easy. Great work and very honest! Excellent customer service and communication each time they had the bike to complete the work I had requested (polished stainless motor bolt kit install, the new grips install, and new speakers and amp kit). Talked to Mike, who quickly pointed out a warped front tire and recommended a fork fluid change to get everything handling properly again. Bought a bike here a few months ago. There's a lot of bikes here and a second floor with more. I like that I wasn't bothered by a salesman immediately, I walked around and sat on a few. Looking for the one that really caught my eye online. I went in knowing what I wanted, I had been perusing their website for a couple of weeks, as well as others across the state. I found what I wanted that had practically all the components installed for that fit my style. The only downside was waiting a few days for them to do their maintenance thing. I showed up ready to ride it home when I bought it. I found when a few loose bolts on the riser clamp when I picked it up, nothing critical or impossible for me to remedy myself. Great place to buy a leather jacket. I was looking for First Manufacturing leather jackets and they carry a huge assortment of them in all different styles and colors. I bought one and took off the tags and rode home. At home I realized there was a manufacturing defect with the zippers on the jacket length pockets and they would open up after being zipped. The next day I went back to beg for mercy since I know usually after you take off tags that's it. Not only did I not have to beg but the lady that sold me the jacket was bummed for me. I had bought the last brown jacket in that style so she said she would order me a new one and I could keep that one until the other came in so I could still have a riding jacket to use. It was the best customer service I have ever had. Here I was expecting to not even get a replacement and not only did I get a brand new one but I was able to use the other one like a loaner jacket. This will be the only place I buy jackets from in the future. read more
