Super knowledgeable and always willing to help when you could get ahold of them, if you need to reach them I would recommend just stopping by the shop as the shop is loud and the phone is quiet lol. Thank you very much cycles unlimited! Would recommend to anyone in the area with a classic.

It was a long story. I've been having trouble for quite a long time (2+ years) and needed help locating a tuning issue. It turned out to be a leaking Intake Manifold gasket as well as an intake air sensor glitch. I could have searched this issue for a long long time but Ed and his crew found and fixed it as well as replaced my front tire and did a tune on my Thundermax ECM in just three days. My bike has never run as well as it is now. I just returned from a week in the Eastern High Sierras and my bike performed (even in high altitude) flawlessly. Thank you so much Ed. There are no words that can describe the level of respect I have for Greg, the GM of HB Harley Davidson. As a first-time motorcycle buyer, I expected a level of professionalism and salesmanship comparable to my BH BMW dealership. Having been assured by their online sales rep they could give me a better deal than their competitors, I drove from West Hollywood to HB. My experience at the beginning was not the way I wanted it to be handled. I bought the 2022 HD Iron 883 with ringing the bells, fist bumps, and cheering in the background, but I was deeply troubled. After the hoopla, I was introduced to different departments to familiarize myself with HBHD. The saving grace that evening was meeting Jamie at the motor clothes. Her genuine and authentic personality brought me some sort of ease. Her assisting me with my gear made me forget about the dealings I had to purchase my first Harley. Both the gentlemen at the parts and service departments were surprisingly honest and more caring than the salesmen I had to deal with. The sales department should shadow these three individuals to observe what good customer service is about. The sales department and financial department should not have to sell their souls to the devil to make their sales. When I got home, I reviewed the bill of sale and I was extremely upset that I called my lawyer to see if there is any recourse I can take from this contract which I thought was binding. I came back two days later and Jaime of course remember me. Her consoling voice reassured me that everything would work out fine. Her co-worker and she even got me this little gift and a card which I will always cherish because she took her time to write me a simple note. Again, the level of authenticity from the financial department and the head of sales was another despicable performance. The head of sales even tried to say "you already signed the contract" and basically said you are screwed. Except when I uttered these words: "According to the State of California, since the vehicle has not been delivered into my possession and signed by me, the buyer, and the vehicle is currently in the possession of the seller, I can refuse delivery and the contract is null and void." The look on his face was priceless and his tone of voice changed to a more reconciliatory tone. I left that day with such disdain that I emailed their GM and Customer Service Manager about what I had to deal with. Trust me when I say if my email could project a sound, it would be sound to be reckoned with. Imagine you take the last piece of cake from a fat kid who has been craving it all day to see you lick every crumb on the plate. That is how angry I was, (No offense intended to any overweight child.) A few days later Greg, the GM, finally was able to reach out to me. The man had a patient of a Pope. He did not once interrupt me nor did he tried. After letting it all out, he did not try to make some excuses like many managers would do nor did he try to make a deal with me. He simply listened and stated no words can undo what had happened. The only thing he can do is to make it right with me. He tried to offer extra stuff to make me happy; however, I said I did not want extra freebies. All I wanted was the follow-through on the verbal agreement and nothing more or less. My motorcycle was personally delivered by their Customer Service Manager along with the new contract and the extra items plus a gift card which I refused on the phone. His sincerity and genuine understanding made me feel guilty for being angry with him. He took ownership for the mistakes of his subordinate and personally guaranteed me he would speak to his team about what had happened to me. He assured me this incident would never happen again to me or anyone else. Greg went beyond what any General manager would do. Not only did he take full ownership for the carelessness of his team, but he also made sure my motorcycle arrived at the time it was scheduled, and more importantly, he followed up and kept his words. That act alone made me believe in Huntington Beach Harley Davidson. I know this dealership is in great hands. In short, for anyone that is on the fence about buying from HBHD, be assured coming from a very upset customer to a very satisfied one. He could have ignored my complaint and lost commission for his team and move on, but he did not. Greg, you have earned a customer for life, and not only I am sharing my great satisfaction on here but to my friends, family, and co-workers to go to Huntington Beach HD. I truly appreciate your great customer service skill. If you are reading this review and yearning to buy a motorcycle, you have found the right place. Honesty and Integrity won with Greg being the GM. After this long-winded review, I can not find the perfect words to describe how truly incredible you are. I'd like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service and professionalism of the team at Huntington Beach Harley-Davidson, particularly within their service department. I recently purchased a pre-owned Street Glide CVO, a motorcycle that represents the highest level of performance and refinement within the Harley-Davidson lineup. Naturally, with that level of engineering comes a higher expectation for performance, responsiveness, and overall customer experience. At the time of pickup, I'll admit I was disappointed when there was no sales representative available to deliver the motorcycle. However, that experience quickly turned around thanks to Justin, the Service Manager. Recognizing that I was unfamiliar with the newer technology, coming from an older Street Glide, Justin stepped in without hesitation. Despite a busy workload, he took the time to thoroughly walk me through every detail of the bike, from connecting my phone and headset to customizing the system settings. He was patient, professional, and incredibly thorough. I left that day feeling confident and genuinely appreciative of his effort. After completing the break-in period and reaching 1,000 miles, I began experiencing several performance issues, including handling concerns and clutch stiffness, far from what one would expect from a CVO. When I brought the bike in for service, I expressed my frustration, admittedly not in the most professional manner. Tony, at the service desk, handled the situation with remarkable composure and professionalism. His demeanor, integrity, and ability to remain calm under pressure were not only impressive but also humbling. I've known Tony since his time at Irvine Harley-Davidson, and he has always demonstrated strong character and honesty. During this visit, he took the time to carefully document every concern, listened attentively, and provided thoughtful, honest feedback. His words and conduct left a lasting impression and, quite frankly, served as a personal reminder of the importance of self-awareness and respect. Mitsi was also exceptional throughout the process. My wife and I had concerns regarding a missing key fob that had been promised during the sales process. Mitsi consistently followed through, if she didn't have an immediate answer, she took the initiative to find one, even walking over to the sales department and promptly calling us back with updates. That level of follow-up and accountability does not go unnoticed. I would also like to acknowledge Hugo from the sales team. In full transparency, I was on my way to another dealership when I stopped in. Hugo's professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to work with us are the sole reasons I purchased the CVO that day. He is a strong yet fair negotiator and made the entire buying experience worthwhile. Lastly, I want to recognize Steve, the service technician who worked on my motorcycle. His work can be described in one word: EXCELLENT ! Every issue I brought forward was addressed with precision, and the bike is now performing exactly as a CVO should, that is, smooth, powerful, and refined. As a professional, a dentist and a past pilot, I operate in environments where precision, attention to detail, and high standards are non-negotiable. I hold myself to those same expectations everyday, and naturally, that carries over into the vehicles I drive and ride. I expect excellence because I demand it of myself! The team at Huntington Beach Harley-Davidson ultimately met those expectations. In closing, I want to sincerely thank Justin, Tony, Mitsi, Hugo, and Steve for their patience, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a high level of service, even when faced with a demanding and difficult customer. I've been looking for an honest mechanic for my 2003 Harley-Davidson Road King Anniversary Edition, Motorcycle. I've been to many since owning it. I didn't think there were any left, until i had my bike towed by AAA to have it returned to the same mechanic (not mentioning names) that I spent $2.189.00 to have them fix an oil leak only to get home and all the oil leaked on my garage floor. I was fumed, because this is my only ride to get back and fourth to work. The AAA driver told me about Huntington Beach Harley Davidson and how every time he drops off a bike, all the employees come out to help him off load the bikes and riders go out of there way to go there instead of somewhere closer to where they live. So I tried them out, the first guy I met was Chris, absolute cool, friendly and knowledgeable person, always had a smile. He used to be the head of the parts department which meant, "he new what parts I needed". My engine was making all kinds of noise and again had the same oil leak from the previous mechanic. He told me exactly what was needed, how long it would take and the approximate cost. I agreed and left my bike. The following day Bryan (the Service Manager) called me at 8:00am saying, "this is Chris' day off and he would be taking over handling my bike, not to worry because Chris filled him in on everything that was going on with my bike, and he was on top of it and not to worry". Even tho I was talking to Bryan on the phone, he made me feel at ease, because he had a voice that you know had a smile attached, he was very helpful and when I explained, "I needed my bike to commute to work", he said, "he will keep me informed on when the parts arrive", and even took pictures of the before and after the install of parts. He called the next day saying, " all the parts arrived and will have the bike together that same day", (which was Saturday, two days before I had to work). When I came down to get my bike, Bryan greeted me as if we've known each other for years. Even Chris came out to greet me and shook my hand. The Mechanic, who worked on my bike was Kazoo, he drove my bike out from the back and when I saw and heard it, I couldn't believe how awesome it looked and sounded. They cleaned it up like it was off the showroom, My hat's off to Kazoo, Bryan and Chris because I drove it home 30+ miles and it ran so clean and had more power and torque than ever before. Got home, looked it over, no oil leaks, I was so happy. Thank you guys at Huntington Beach Harley Davidson. Totally Awesome experience. Will return for future maintenance or repairs. read more

Adding Salt to the wounds sustained by doing business with this "Trap House"- At 25,000 miles Im having to replace the clutch and transmission on my 2019 Road Glide Special. Yes, I am fully aware that Transmissions are wearable items and subject to user error. However; there are too many flags in this matter that warrant the question-did HB Harley knowingly sell me a problematic, defective or previously deemed Lemon of a Harley? These are the reasons why I suspect they did. First and foremost; the way I was treated upon purchase. On the phone I was promised a 0% interest and they changed the contract to 10% hoping that I would overlook. When I spotted this Blunder, they literally threatened to forge my signature prep the bike and leave it on the street for whoever to pick up. Considering how the situation had been evolving that evening, I believed they would and then I would be left trying to explain to the finance company how I did not agree to purchase said motorcycle. I was alone, it was late, and it would be their word against mine-I took the bike. Within the first 2-3 thousand miles I sensed that something was a miss with the Transmission. Being my first Harley but not my first motorcycle, having a slip or difficulty in shift and occasional grind are all red flags. At around the 3.000 mile mark, I bring my bike in for inspection. I described the issues to the best of my ability but everything functioned just not all the time and I suspect that not as it should. Hence; they said the Transmission is OK. Fast forward to January 2022 and I cannot use 3rd and 4th gear. I called HB Harley Service and they laugh at me saying that I need a new Tranny and it's gonna cost between 5 and 10 thousand because my bike was now beyond the warranty period. Yes, as a matter of luck, my warranty expired 11/2021. I have no need to go to war with this business and am not trying to come up on anyone here. It's just that purchasing a Harley Davidson from HB Harley has turned out to be one of the worst decisions that I've made. Based on my experience here, I recommend that you not buy a Harley and avoid HB Harley at all cost. Better yet, go to a different motorcycle altogether. read more

Wow, what an experience!!! This Dealership and these folks are OMG phenom!! From Jacob, so professional on the phone and so knowledgeable! He initially took my call to set a time for me to come in to meet AJ. Wow , as an Air Force Vet, meeting AJ(Army Vet) and him spending the time with me (even though i came in WANTING THE SPORTSTER, and he met me on his days off!), he took his time, showed me (the Novice, this was my first bike purchase) the different bikes, took me on diff test cruises. MAN! I ENDED UP taking his advice! Purchased a Brand New 2016 Street Bob b/c i felt so comfy on the test rides. I thought i knew how the "car/motor" business worked/operated since 10+yrs ago when i got out of the Air Force, i did sell cars for a few years. Wow, was i WRONG! i seriously welcome you to walk in a meet these folks! Super Friendly and ALL ABOUT YOU(the customer! What a Dealership/Family! Spent a good portion of my weekend at Huntington Beach Harley, purchasing a new 2019 Softail Streetbob. I was paired up with Han, my Fit Specialist, who spent a total of 8 hours with me over 2 days. Great guy - very considerate and polite, knowledgeable about the bikes - with a very interesting personal history (worked for Harley in Turkey!). I had initially come in to look at a used Dyna Streetbob, and Han encouraged me to evaluate and compare the old to the new. As much as I love the Dyna's physical appearance, the performance characteristics of the Softail, along with the new bike financial incentives won me over. We also worked closely with Memo, who really went to bat for me on the $$$ side of the deal. Memo and Han put together an offer that helped me decide on the Softail, and really made me feel appreciated. Once we shook on it, I was introduced to each of the departments within HB HD - Parts, Service, Outfitters - and in each case I was treated great and provided with very helpful information. Ginger was my Business Manager, helping me through the finance/closing. Extremely knowledgeable, and again, made me feel like a valued Customer. In fact, even though we completed the deal late Saturday, he is looking into a few additional options this week, to see if he can help me take advantage of some of their add-ons without significantly impacting my monthly payment! Above and beyond for sure. My only complaint, which in no way affects my 5-star rating, is that these guys seemed to have been having a VERY productive sales day, and as a result, I spent a good amount of time just waiting to get into see the Business Manager. That being said, at no time was I made to feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing the team. Great atmosphere, great team, and great experience. As a Mercedes owner I expect nothing but the best. I found not only the best customer service but also with Nordstrom quality. This is the first motorcycle I have bought since I was a teen. I was treated with a great deal of respect starting with the multiple phone calls. Jami and Carly were my first point of contact. Both great and personable. Next on the showroom floor I met Forrest who is the FIT specialist who escorted me around. If he didn't know the answer, he found out immediately. He introduced me to Rickey who sold me my Free Wheeler. Sales was completed by Ginger who was honest and to the point. Billy the sales manager was more than reasonable with the price and negotiations. I couldn't leave with out buying multiple Harley Davidson motor clothes, patches, pins and shirts. In this department Allison and Kellie were the best and gave great advice as to what I would need, as well as letting me talk about my wants. Luke in parts was very patient with me as I ordered thousands of dollars of dress up parts for my new Trike. Ernie in service was helpful, the first problem I had on the road was simply rectified over the phone and I was on my way. Lastly it turned out Marke Turner who is the Customer Experience Manager shot me a text the next day asking permission to speak or text with me. I thought this was very professional. The following day we met and spoke for over an hour showing me his wifes new Free Wheeler and what other options were available. He also went over some technical advice that I immediately put to use as a novice. To sum it up, it was really a pleasure to do business with this cohesive band of brothers and sisters. First time stepping into any Harely Davidson dealership. I have pretty good buyer experience, I've owned about 6 different vehicles from private purchases, as well as purchases from dealerships. As I walked in, I anticipated a feeding frenzy from a sales pool of sharks but got quite the opposite. Brandin made his over to introduce himself as I was staring at the 2017 Harley Street Rod in charcoal denim grey(which was the bike I was researching for months on end). I had my guard up as you would expect everyone to do when talking to any salesman but started to drop it as I talked to him for awhile and started to realize he was actually just a normal guy from Long Beach that just loved to ride bikes such as myself. He showed me a couple other bikes and explained each one and the size differences and even had me sit on a couple to see what I liked but I knew what I was there for and that was the Street Rod. I test drove the bike and was thankful Brandin didnt have to jump on the backseat, he took another Street 750 and we went on a pretty long test ride. I instantly fell in love and knew I was walking away with the bike though didnt make it obvious. I was then introduced to Nick the Marine who was the purchasing manager which was a pretty cool dude. We went over the first set of numbers which I couldn't really see myself paying. Nick asked me what I wanted and long story short he made it happen by running it by his boss Kyle. Enter Ginger aka JR, the number cruncher, he went over the final paper work with me and signed a great deal on the spot. These guys were great and I would certainly do business with them again. I wanted to thank Greg (the GM), James (Operations Manager), Yvette (in finance), Wes (in service) and Ricky, Nick & Billy (in sales dept.) they 100% blew our minds away in resolving the 2015 blue problematic Road Glide my husband had purchased September 2014 (under previous ownership). After numerous warranty work; all of which was 100% quality work, addressing and correcting all problems, totaling 41 days out of service my husband's heart was broken when another new problem was surfacing. At this point my husband's comment to me was: "I do not feel comfortable riding my bike anymore. I don't trust it." With this being his 4th Harley-Davidson motorcycle all purchased from HDW or HBHD I could truly see how bothered he was and as a rider myself, I could only empathize. In a casual conversation we had with James, he could also see how disappointed, frustrated and sad my husband was regarding his bike. Next thing we knew Greg, HBHD's GM, was sitting down with my husband discussing his problematic bike, offering a few various solutions none of which we were asking for let alone expecting. All we can say is WOW!! What HBHD offered us no words can express our amazement; let alone the 100% head-ache free, stress-free, hassle free paperwork that came along with replacing his 2015 road glide to a 2016. Upon which Wes had switched ALL the add-on accessories from my husband's problematic bike to his new trustworthy, reliable 2016 replacement bike within an hour's time...WOW!! WOW - what a day. On Monday I received a call from a guy by the name of Tim. He wanted me to come in and get my 2013 Street Glide appraised to see if it would be worth trading in. Little did he know, I had actually been thinking about doing this for awhile now. My Street Glide is a work of beauty and has served me well but I have been commuting more and swinging that fairing through the 91 traffic has been a a pain lately. Tim is a new guy at the dealer. Extremely polite and personable. He listened to what I wanted and then was understanding that what I thought I wanted wasn't actually what I wanted. Tim got Billy to help him help me and Billy like some kind of bike guru took one look at me and heard what I was ACTUALLY saying and put me on a 2016 Dyna Fat Bob. Billy was right on the money. Billy and I worked number magic which got me to Dennis in financing. Dennis made my accountant wife ok with the deal via some kind of hoodoo. While the paperwork was being processed, I got a tour of the location. I got to look through parts to get ideas on what I want to do. Got to meet Ernie in service to go over the care. Even Lizzie in apparel who I got to discuss medical applications of super glue while she got me a free shirt. Then got whisked off to see "Ginger" to go over my loan. Everything was straight forward and honest. No green curtain to pull back and find the extra $6000 they are trying to stick you with. When it was all said and done, I got everything that I wanted and some stuff I didn't even know that I wanted. This entire experience was completely amazing. If you are a first time buyer and need some helpful guidance go see the people over at Huntington Beach Harley. I went in really green beings I just got my riding license. I was wondering around and probably looked a bit lost and ran into this really nice guy by the name of Justin Berning. He just happened to be walking by and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was looking into buying a motorcycle but wasn't sure what kind, size or if I wanted a new or used one. He told me he wasn't in sales, but would be more than happy to answer any questions that he could answer and would point me in the right direction if he could not. We started talking and after answering my questions and giving me some advice, he took me over to the Sales People who were also very helpful. But I gotta say Justin knows his sh*t when it comes to Harleys. Why isn't this guy a Sales Manager! I've been to lots of Dealerships and he by far was the most helpful and very knowledgable about the Motorcycles. He was very helpful, encouraging and made it less scary for this first time Riding Gal. I went to a couple motorcycle dealers and this one by far is the best! I'm Big on customer service, respect and friendliness but hey, who isn't! I believe it's hard being a woman rider because they treat you differently than the men riders. Thanks Justin for taking the time to educate me and for personally taking me over to talk to the Sales People and making me feel welcomed as a new potential rider. Deceptive Practices and Misrepresentation - Urgent Attention Required Dear Harley Davidson of Huntington Beach Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your dealership, particularly with a sales representative named Sergio but more-so your entire team. Unfortunately, my encounter was marked by a significant lack of transparency, falsification of trade-in values, and misinformation about the programs I would qualify for. Sergio, in an attempt to bring me into your dealership, manipulated numbers regarding my trade-in vehicle and provided false information about the programs available to me. This not only resulted in wasted time but also eroded the trust I initially had in your establishment. It's disheartening to discover that the entire team seems willing to say whatever it takes to lure customers in, without regard for integrity or ethical business practices. Trust is paramount in any customer-business relationship, and this experience has left me with serious reservations about the reliability of information provided by your team. Stay far away from this service center! Awesome place to buy a motorcycle, abhorrent place to have that bike serviced or get warranty service. My name is Ruben Zavala this is my experience with my Sportster s It's been an appalling experience to try to get my brand new rh1250s bike repaired. It has very serious issues where the bike will not start and give out various error codes, on several occasions the bike has been dead unable to commute to work. I have taken the bike to this very place 3 times, the first I was told that there was nothing wrong with the bike and they barely touched it. The second I took it to them with the malfunctions apparent and they finally attempted a repair, the very same week my bike refused to start so I took it to them again. This time they said they contacted Harley corporate and got it inspected did 20 miles of test riding and it's all good but it didn't even last till a gas station fill up of the empty tank they left me. I was stuck for 10 minutes starting this bike with people asking if I needed help. all in all I finally got a call from their customer service department asking for more details and I informed them I was working and if she could call back at 5:30 she agreed and yet no follow-up was attempted, even their customer service is half assed. They hope that the weeks it takes for them to turnover service will force me to ride my bike as is, but I'm seeking every way to fix this myself, be it lawsuit or selling the bike at a personal loss, but a bigger loss to Harley. Ok...so I should have posted this 2 months ago but I have been pre occupied..loving our new street glide. My husband went in with a friend Mike Johansen to ride his new 48 home for him he didn't have his motorcycle license yet. We already had a bike...a FAST one with no sissie bar for me and a "lickem n stickem" seat FOR ME so going for a ride for the last 10 years was a chore for me. Nelson going into HBHD was the best mistake ever. First he was going to buy one for me...then he met MEMO..this guy is smart, polite knowledgeable helpfull and patient he didnt try and talk us into anything we didnt want and then there it was..and it was THE ONE everything about it was not like ours this thing had a stero a great seat for me and so plush we could go further than cooks on this bike thats all I was thinking..but one thing was missing A SISSIE BAR FOR ME..all the while MEMO was with us not being pushy just helpfull by suggesting we use ours for a trade in and MEMO made it happen...this guy went above and beyond and he even put a sissie bar on for me! Memo is an outstanding asset to HBHD everyone should have the experience we had with Memo when buying their bike. Memo even called 3 days later and asked how we were liking our new bike and if we had any problems. WHAAAT...no one does that...then...3 weeks later Memo calls us again to invite us to an event there. We now visit HBHD regularly just to stop in and say hi to MR MEMO..THE MAN..ps everyone EVERYONE else there is almoast as great as Memo. Best buying experience EVER! I bought my Street Bob about a year and a half ago before new ownership of Huntington Beach Harley took over. Although I love my Bike, previous ownership and staff were just so-so. After taking my Bike in for its 5,000 mi. check-up I got some pretty unfriendly service I told myself that I would give this particular shop one more chance before I started taking my Bike elsewhere. So when I took my bike in for its 10,000 mi. check-up I was expecting more of the same kind of un-friendly service. Much to my surprise I was greeted with a big smile by one of the Harley technicians who asked if I had been helped yet. And when I said I hadn't he promptly got someone who could help get me started. So far so good. The gentlemen who greeted me next was a young man by the name of Pablo Le Fort. He was not only friendly and helpful he directed me to a program run by new ownership called, V.I.P Passport. I won't go into the details of what the program involves but I will say that if you buy a bike from Huntington Beach Harley and your plan is to upgrade, Customize and keep up with scheduled maintenance so your bike stays pristine, you are going to spend a lot of money to do so. I highly recommend this program. And as far as I know only this particular ownership offers, V.I.P. Passport at their Harley dealerships. It is going to save you thousands of dollars, which is never ever a bad thing. So a big thank you to Pablo and the other staff that helped me. The new ownership and their business philosophy will keep me coming back to their dealerships for all of my Harley needs. read more

First let me start off by saying Huntington Beach is the only place to buy a Harley. Nick Cunningham, Cohl Staffa, Blair and Kevin these guys are top notch. This place has integrity. This is my second Harley I purchased from them in the last 3 years. If your just looking to kick tires and see the models of bikes this is the place. The sales staff is knowledgeable and the best part they DONT pressure you!! I kicked tires 2 times before purchasing my bike. If your looking to get a deal on a bike this is the place. Trading a bike in this is the place!! They will give you the most for your bike. I traded in my FXBB and purchased a 2021 Road Glide. They finance staff is awesome, my guy is Jeff. He recommended the VIP, This program is amazing. I purchased it on my first bike and definitely purchased it for my new bike. This program services your bike up to 3years unlimited miles. I put 12k in a year in a half and 0.00 dollars out of pocket for all my services. Not to mention you get other perks!! Service department Michael Schemem, ask for this guy. He's so knowledgeable and he knows his stuff! This guy is awesome goes above and beyond to make sure your taking care of. Looking for help with parts see Ryno he's the man. I put new bars on my 2021 Road Glide. Ryno was so informative on what parts I would need to get my project done. This place is awesome. I already owned a 2015 heritage softail and stopped in there Saturday just to get a couple t-shirts. Started looking and drooling over bikes, (as usual) when I was approached by Jared. We started talking and looking at different bikes when he showed me a 2018 Limited low. I really like this bike. Nick, one of the sales managers can over and we started talking serious about getting it. At first I didn't think we were gonna be able to as I wanted to keep my payment low without putting a huge down payment and I still owed a pretty good bit on my bike. After a little negotiation it ended up where this was really within my reach. They gave me more than a fair price on my trade in, worked it out where I only had to put a couple thousand down and kept the monthly payment within my range. All the people there were great especially Jared. Nick and Yvette the financial guru. There was no pressure, they worked with us and we're all very friendly. Also Brittany in clothing was very nice and helpful. I will get my service done there as they are open 7 days a week, (unlike most every other dealership). My girlfriend, Lola, was also extremely pleased as they made her feel special. If you're thinking of getting a bike, I would highly recommend Huntington Beach Harley Davidson. So came here with all intentions to leave with a bike. First day went to see the bikes, met Johnny Hobbs he showed me around the bikes, wasn't pushy at all, real chill. I went in to get a Dyna, used. Honestly didn't see any bikes that I liked at all, given the category I wanted. But I still wanted to see what I could work with so I got quotes on 2 Dynas, but I was not going to get a bike I didn't want. So then Johnny brings his manager Memo, real cool guy also. He suddenly just shows me a 2019 Streetbob FXBB. Soon as I saw that bike I wanted it. He initially said I wasn't approved for that one and it was gonna be tough to get approved for it but he went back there and comes back and parks the bike in front of me, said it's mine now lol. I go back the next day, again everyone real cool and finish up the paperwork. The finance manager was very straight forward also. I guess cuz I wanted a bike and had the money for it I didn't even care about how much this and that was ( don't be a cheap ass when u gonna get a bike). The bike was bad ass and that's all I had to know. Someone throw in the finance managers name so he can get credit lol. Real happy with what I got and looking forward to keeping it forever. Thanks guys again Memo, Hobbs, and finance manager lol. I'll do a follow up post when I get my first service. read more

Went in to purchase a Yamaha MT-07, as i made an appointment. I was told that a specific price OTD…read more I was refused not to give it in writing which should been my first warning sign. If they don't just walk away. They gave me the price for the OTD, and I agreed to it. They had me go in on a Saturday morning at 11am. I also took my previous motorcycle in for a trade in. Please as a word of caution. THEY WILL SCREW YOU on your trade in. they will low ball, and refuse to give you anymore than the lowball. Knowing that your pretty much stuck at that point, and will most likely agree. I know that the motorcycle i traded in was worth at least 4k, but they forced my had at a much lower number than what i was asking. Next they required me to put a 500 dollar deposit on the motorcycle. I put the deposit down as required to "hold the quoted price" (keep this in mind). they did not apply it to the total of the motorcycle so they took that money. So if you do this, keep an eye on these guys. Next issue they also tried to pump up the price. as they were supposed to give me a discount on it since it was on sale. In total the cost of the bike was 8,898 quoted OTD. the paperwok they gave me was showing a final price of over 10K. Making it basically to they took the trade in for free, and charged me fore it, as well as raised the price on the bike. I looked it over as best as i could, and they were upset that i caught it, as well as appeared to be upset that the price was 8,898 OTD. They finally agreed after some arguing over numbers, and then gave me the 500 dollar discount i was supposed to get (keep in mind they still kept the 500 deposit that was supposed to be applied to the total of the motorcycle). The 500 dollar discount ended up having to go onto a gift card, as this was all discovered AFTER they already charged me and took my money. In total they kept me there for 3 hours as a cash deal no financing, and the experience was by far sub par. I have told everyone i know that this will forever be the last anything i buy form del amo motorsports. I even told the same guy that i wanted to buy my wife and kids a couple quads and a boat eventually down the road. Im not sorry for purchasing my motorcycle, but i am sorry i went to del amo motorsports just based of what felt like deceptive practices.
