I recently bought a Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 from Robert. Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Robert was super helpful finding the model I wanted, getting it ready for a test ride and ultimately out the door and into my garage. I really liked that he gave me a tour of the parts and service departments after I picked up the bike too. Really made it feel like a place I want to come back to for parts/service and maybe a future moto purchase. A+ all around!

I recently picked up a GSX-S1000GX+ from Southern California Motorcycles and couldn't be happier with the experience. Ed got me a fantastic deal, and the entire team--shoutout to Ed, Chris, and Mike--made the buying process incredibly smooth and painless. I've also had the pleasure of working with Chad in the service department. Top-tier service and a great experience all around. Highly recommended!

Had been searching for a triumph motorcycle and after some frustrating experience with other dealerships close to me, I reached out to SoCal motorcycles. Luke quickly responded to my inquiry and was able to find a bike within my budget that met all my needs.. from Bill in the sales department, their finance team and their parts team were extremely nice and welcoming. Such a great dealership and made the purchasing experience first class. If you're looking for a triumph or Ducati, as well as a couple other brands they carry I would highly recommend this dealership..

I bought my '24 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally (Aragon Edition) from Albert Le. He's very helpful and accommodating. This dealership is welcoming compared to other Triumph dealerships. They have a lot of selections to choose from. The building exterior is unassuming as they are one of the oldest dealerships but the showroom has ample space to walk around and to sit on a bike. Merch is also abundant. Come check this place out, you might find your motorcycle here!

I've purchased a few motorcycles from here and always had a good experience. Dealership focuses on a few brands - Triumph, Ducati, Royal Enfield, and Suzuki. Not a mega store but more of a focused dealership. I've met the owner, Tom H, a few times and he's always been friendly and takes the time to talk about the motorcycle lifestyles. He's had a lot of experiences in the motorcycles world, so he has a wealth of experience and great stories to tell. Staff here is always helpful and willing to answer any questions. Larry G is my go to sales guy here, I've known him for many years and he's been in the motorcycles world industry for most of his life. He's always been a good friend and makes the sales straightforward. He goes out of his way to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. He even spends time to do a final wipe down of your bike before you ride off. If you're considering any of the brands they sell, definitely come here as part of your search. On some weekends they also serve free bbq food and drinks! If you don't find the bike you're looking for, at least you don't leave hungry.

Right at about 90 miles on the new bike. Stopped off for a pic.

Took the boat to authorized Suzuki dealer who had to work through Cornerstone United, the warranty administrator. The Dealer required my authorization to pull the head on the motor. It was apparent the bearings dropped into the unit causing the driveshaft to snap and the motor to freeze. Cornerstone required the Dealer to disassemble the entire motor even though the Dealer's mechanic and Cornerstone's mechanic determined the failure resulted from an internal defect. Defect resulted in thousands (or more) of metal shavings being dispersed throughout the upper unit, in addition to damage to virtually every part of the upper unit. Mechanics determined the motor was well-maintained and full of clean oil when the motor failed. The damages were determined to be covered by warranty. However, Cornerstone determined that the motor should be repaired rather than replaced, maintaining that the metal shavings could be eliminated via an oil bath. The Dealer's mechanic considered this "asinine" and recommended against it. Cornerstone prevailed. I just had the 20 mile service performed. There were metal shavings in the oil and filter. If I am 20 miles or more offshore and the motor fails causing injury or death to me or my friends because of Cornerstone's reckless disregard in handling my claim, the disclaimer in the warranty for collateral damages will be challenged by me or my estate. Furthermore, Cornerstone refused to authorize payment for disassembly and diagnosis in direct violation of the warranty, thereby sticking me with a $5,000 bill for the excessive costs of a piece by piece disassembly of the entire motor. Cornerstone is creating a penny wise-pound foolish liability for Suzuki and its reputation. I am preparing a lawsuit against Suzuki and Cornerstone for blatant disregard of the warranty causing monetary damages to me of nearly $5,000, and to establish a factual basis for the waiver of collateral damage limitations in the warranty. To be completely honest, I was ready to leave a 1-star review after my first visit…read more The cashier was the only bright spot during my time in the store. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite. They came across as uninterested and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you work in customer service, making customers feel welcome should be part of the job. A few days after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback about my visit. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. Anyone can make a mistake, but not every business takes the time to listen, follow up, and address a customer's concerns. On top of that, they have competitive prices and a great selection in stock. Because of the way they handled my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to make the two-hour drive again. Hopefully, the service department improves, because the rest of the experience and especially the way management responded earned my respect.
