So IHome already has 2 additional stars as we seriously consider our options. What won us over is Phil, the manager/sales person that we worked with. He came across as sincere and well meaning for our needs. Instead of the typical salesman trying to close sales tactic. He explained the pros and cons of the fabric or shade options that we were considering. We felt like we are getting opinion from an experienced friends instead of a high pressure salesman. Pricing is pretty good from what we heard from other vendors. The installation team has done a great job in setting up our curtain, zebra shade, light filtering shade combination for our home. We have to juggle some of the choices to fit our budget. And Phil has been very instrumental in that regards as well. He is very open with his pricing and encourage us to explore different options e.g. initially we were planning to use a single layer of sheer fabric as curtain in the great room / dinner room. At the end, we made the trade off of getting a real curtain for the great room area and using light filter roller shade in the dinning room with some small additional cost. The change allow us to stay within our budget but yet getting the most important items we wanted. Through out this design / making trade off /decide / making trade off again process, Phil has been very patient in helping us and we thanks him for it.
