I purchased a Struxure pergola from Home Impressions. It took several months longer to get all the parts then the estimate I was given but I understood with the whole "Covid" thing. Once all the parts came in they showed up quickly to install it. Several months later the wind sensor stopped working and they responded immediately and were out the next day to look at it. Seems the sensor was bad internally so they have to warranty the item and order a new one. I have been very happy with the quick response times and the completed product. The only reason I gave four stars is because they were doing work at another location and decided to dispose of all the dirt from that job in my backyard. They put it behind an already existing pile of dirt but I had already seen them wheelbarrowing it from their truck to my yard. But when I told the owner she was quick to call me and also speak with the crew. But I still had to pay someone to remove it. But otherwise a good company to work with. Home Impressions just finished installing our 468 Sq.ft. Elitewood insulated Patio Cover. We could not be happier. Patricia was very helpful in helping us determine the placement, style and size of the cover. Donnie, the Co-Owner is a perfectionist. He was constantly double checking the measurements making sure that the installation was as perfect as possible. He may have a touch of OCD, but so do I. His presence was comforting, just knowing that the cover was going to accurate and correct, just the way that I would have done it. They use NO subcontractors. Excellent experience. We installed 4 contemporary Arcadia (StruXure) patio covers with Gaposa drop sun/wind screens. We are very satisfied with the results. First: excellent quality and execution, the (in-house) installation crew was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and productive. Second all issues - normal with these kind of projects - were promptly resolved - showing the experience of the team. Third, they left the job site cleaner then when they arrived even cleaning everything a second time after the pool/landscaping guys left a 'little' mess all over the structure. If you live in Pahrump DO NOT use them. It has been almost 5 months and I am still waiting for them to finish my job correctly. Measurements were wrong, a part was missing and a screen blew off my wall because it was not installed correctly. When I would ask about getting the job done I would be told that a worker might be out next week. I finally figured out that the only time they come out to Pahrump is when it is convenient for them. These guys can do anything for your window (except for the glass). They have so many products available it would be impossible not to find something you like.
