Scott was very receptive to the issue and had one of his workers remove the patio the very next day so that the home insurance could fix the water seal and drywall. I was skeptical at first, but Beat the Heat stood by their workmanship agreement and fixed the issue within 3 days! I also made it clear that I wanted BULLNOSE not SQUARE edges to match my kitchen slabs. To my surprise, they showed up with square edges than wanted a lot more money to order the correct one that I originally ordered! They knew they had me over a barrel! They instructed me to pay their worker "Jose" for the installation of the cabinet doors and sink. Jose also told me he would be making cabinet boxes for the two drawers and installing the knobs and pulls for my cabinets. I Waited months for this and it never happened! Jose took one of my drawer faces to use to make the vanity boxes. He dropped it off two months later without telling me on my front doorstep scratched! I called and spoke to Loxie the wife of the owner Rich and explained my concerns. She assured me that "they would make it right and Rich would be out to install the pulls and knobs and to refinish the scratched vanity drawer face. Rich finally showed up after 7 weeks and installed the pulls and knobs and took measurements for my drawer boxes and kitchen drawer cabinet face. I received numerous promises from Loxie on when Rich would be returning to install the promised boxes and drawer faces. I travel 16 days a month or more and made numerous appointments with these incessant prevaricators to get this done and every time they blew me off after making appointments! Beware of these clowns as they don't do what they promise and they are completely unprofessional in dealing with them!

I am African American, and they are white male owned and the spouse Simone was a former customer. They attempted insurance Fraud by telling State Farm that my carpet upstairs had been replaced and it HAD NOT. I caught the mistake, and they tried to lie and claim that it was an ERROR by the office manager... I had to miss work to meet with their workers on several occasions, only to have them not show up and even call to cancel. On top of that they did horrible work and my floor upstairs feels uneven when walking upstairs. They did not caulk and seal around the toilets, baseboards, or entry points. They left the gas running one day, and I had to turn away one of their workers because I smelled gas. The technician with Southwest Gas confirmed that they did indeed leave the gas running. A HUGE SAFETY RISK!! Elite Bros brushed it off as if it was NOTHING... When I tried to rectify the situation with them, they tried to CONTROL me by scheduling appoints on their own without considering I have a ton of other things I am working on. They need to be shut down because who else are they doing this to?

From the moment I met Asaf, I liked him. He knew what he was talking about, offered suggestions, and worked with until we had a clear vision. This wasn't the cheapest bid we got, but it was reasonable. It was their salesman that sold this project. When the work began, the crew was on time and worked efficiently. The first day, the cut the wall down to bar height and cleaned up afterwards. The next day, the granite was installed. We had a small issue, but when Asaf was called, he fixed the issue immediately. He came out to check on the progress and communicated with my husband and I the whole time. The next couple of days, the backsplash people came in and did their thing. They were super slow and there was some miscommunication as to what time/day they were coming....but the end product was great. I have already recommended this company to several other people who are also happy with their work. This is a family owned business with employees who care about their craft.
