While discussing what I wanted, Lisa provided ideas and insight that I hadn't thought of or came across while researching ideas. She invited my husband and me to come to her showroom to pick out samples so we could bring them home and "hang" them on our windows and see how the sunlight would look through them - and how the color of the window treatments would look with the color of the room. After choosing the color, the order was placed. The installer that arrived was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions AND cleaned up after himself. THANKFULLY THOUGH, I was referred to this business from my Lash Girl, Tatiana (shoutout!). Originally I got a quote from a diff business- they told me close to $12k. I thought to myself that that had to be insane.... So i did myself a service by fetching a second quote and i'm so glad that i reached out to Drill N Hang. Not only was it MORE THAN HALF off my original quote, but the quality even is amazing that hey maybe THIS job could pass for the $12k price tag The two guys that came over to install were EFFICIENT- in and out in practically like an hour or so. Seamless execution and i'm pleased. The shades were beautiful and turned out better than i expected and i'm so happy i went with Drill N Hang. *** A little bonus- I had a few weeks to wait for the shipment of blinds to come in, Bannion was so kind to even take measurements for me to shop for my own curtains + rod (at least for temporary privacy in my bedroom!) So IHome already has 2 additional stars as we seriously consider our options. What won us over is Phil, the manager/sales person that we worked with. He came across as sincere and well meaning for our needs. Instead of the typical salesman trying to close sales tactic. He explained the pros and cons of the fabric or shade options that we were considering. We felt like we are getting opinion from an experienced friends instead of a high pressure salesman. Pricing is pretty good from what we heard from other vendors. The installation team has done a great job in setting up our curtain, zebra shade, light filtering shade combination for our home. We have to juggle some of the choices to fit our budget. And Phil has been very instrumental in that regards as well. He is very open with his pricing and encourage us to explore different options e.g. initially we were planning to use a single layer of sheer fabric as curtain in the great room / dinner room. At the end, we made the trade off of getting a real curtain for the great room area and using light filter roller shade in the dinning room with some small additional cost. The change allow us to stay within our budget but yet getting the most important items we wanted. Through out this design / making trade off /decide / making trade off again process, Phil has been very patient in helping us and we thanks him for it. The quote was done on the spot, with a rough ETA of when it would be installed. He and Breanne kept me in the loop while the shutters were manufactured, and set an installation date that worked best for me. Antonio then went ahead and removed the old blinds and installed the new shutters in record time while still being considerate and doing an amazing job. While looking at pricing I also compared Costco and Ryan was able to beat them AND offer a better product, which is amazing.

They were always on time and provided professional work. Ryan who is the owner of the company shows up and takes precision measurements. After the shades are delivered Antonia installs the shades with Ryan. After they were installed, Antonio was very patient in setting up the app on the cell and programming the remote control. Gregg was both professional and personable. The blinds were ready in 2-1/2 weeks. Gregg installed them personally. Outstanding! The existing bay window treatment above the blinds was outdated and sorely need of updating. Because I was happy with the blinds and Gregg's service, professionalism and cost of products, I chose a new cornice/valance to update the kitchen's bay window. We couldn't afford it and gave up that idea. Then I was reading up on windows again and read about Anlin windows. After reading reviews on window installer I called the Window and Door Store. They came out showing me a sample of an Anlin window. I was very impressed not only with the product but also the installer. The warranty with Anlin is far better than Anderson. The quote came in at less than half of what Anderson quoted. Sold! The windows were installed by a great & efficent team of Jacob, Isaac, Chris, Angel and another whose name I cannot recall. I am sorry about that. I am so happy with windows and I hardly hear anything outside now. Thank you Window & Door store!!

Doug came and gave me a quote without any pressure of adding on more windows, like he said once I get a few I will want more and I did!!! The installers are so quick I'm still in shock, to remove and replace all 6 windows it took 4 hours! Chris, Vincent and Angel did a great job. I left a message to please call. No response. We then called the sales office and explained what occurred. We were promised a call back. No call. I dont know what to think. The company seems to be legitimate but from my experience, they do not conduct business in a professional manner.
