I just bought a new home, and of course- you've gotta find your own curtains/shades! They don't come on its own with a new home unfortunately, hahah. THANKFULLY THOUGH, I was referred to this business from my Lash Girl, Tatiana (shoutout!). Originally I got a quote from a diff business- they told me close to $12k. I thought to myself that that had to be insane.... So i did myself a service by fetching a second quote and i'm so glad that i reached out to Drill N Hang. Not only was it MORE THAN HALF off my original quote, but the quality even is amazing that hey maybe THIS job could pass for the $12k price tag The two guys that came over to install were EFFICIENT- in and out in practically like an hour or so. Seamless execution and i'm pleased. The shades were beautiful and turned out better than i expected and i'm so happy i went with Drill N Hang. *** A little bonus- I had a few weeks to wait for the shipment of blinds to come in, Bannion was so kind to even take measurements for me to shop for my own curtains + rod (at least for temporary privacy in my bedroom!) Started getting quotes for blinds a few days after we closed in May. Got quotes from 6 different companies. From the 6 we decided who we wanted to go with, but they wouldn't return our calls. Called the runner up and they were very slow to respond and wouldn't confirm our choices. We had no idea what we had to do get blinds and shades that we loved. A coworker recommended Drill N Hang and said they did great work at his home and his girlfriends home. He gave me Bannion's number (the owner) and I called him right away. He answered quickly and said he could come out the next day to give us a quote. He arrived early, had a great selection of blinds and shades, and his prices were great. We decided to go with shades for the entire house. I urge everyone to be patient at this point. There are supply chain issues with pretty much everything. Our shades took about two months to come in, but we understood as nothing we have ordered recently has come in quickly. On the day of installation Bannion and his assistant arrived right at the scheduled time and got right to work. Installation was fast and went smoothly. Bannion showed me how to work the remote, how to charge the shades, and told me to call him if I had any issues with the functionality of the motorized or non motorized shades, or if I lost my charging cord or remote because he always keeps them on hand. After installation was complete, Bannion advised me to look at the shades in every room to be sure that I was happy with them. Customer service was great and I'm a very very happy customer. If you're looking for shutters or window treatments, you can stop the search - it's Drill-N-Hang! I'm one of those perpetual "to-do" list people and shutters sat on my list for a long time. I finally made the decision to pick up the phone and call Bannion. I received a call back shortly after leaving a message and he made prompt arrangements to come take a look and provide a quote. He was there on time to our scheduled appointment and quickly started provided me with options. These guys are the professionals, so I was glad for the input they provided, while still respecting what it was that I wanted to do. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money on shutters for my doors, so he suggested a rolling shade. It was far more cost effective and in my opinion the superior option for my needs. I didn't want to deal with shutters for letting the dog in an out... not to mention if Maverick (said dog) decided he wanted to snack on them! Bannion pulled out a book of choices and quickly selected a few options that would best match with my home and floors. They had a huge selection, but he knew where to start and quickly helped me find the best fit! We drafted up a quote, which I felt was very reasonable considering how many windows I was having done. Bannion then gave me some time frames. Several of my windows were relatively standard sized, so he had them available and even made arrangements to install those first! We're still waiting on some of the more irregular sized windows, but I'm confident about this review before even getting those completed, because Bannion has been very communicative in the process. Plus - it's nice to have MOST of the work done immediately as opposed to waiting for everything. I hated those blinds I had. Amazing. Originally I had called Drill N Hang to do a simple curtain installation - well, one that wasn't so simple for me. Anyway - I realized they also installed and sold plantation blinds as well. I got a quote from them (Bannion) and it was not only substantially less expensive than Sunburst, but installed dramatically quicker. I ordered 3.5 inch plantation blinds on Tuesday. The following Tuesday, they installed plantation blinds in my house - /in an hour/. I bet I couldn't install one with caulking in an hour, much less ten. Fantastic! The turnaround time is incredible - why wait eight to twelve weeks for blinds to arrive and be installed, when you can get them installed in a week or two? Granted, my windows are fairly standard: 3ft by 6ft, 6ft by 6ft, 2ft by 2ft - but hey, yours probably are too! It also doesn't hurt that these are real wood blinds, not polyvinyl, so there's an added classiness too. Thanks Bannion! read more

What an amazing company! Such a breath of fresh air to work with Drill N Hang after dealing with an incompetent contractor and electrician on our full gut reno. Customer service is a big deal, I was told they could order and install blinds in a 2.5wk time-line, and they were installed right on time. Let me start by saying that Bannion was such a cool guy to work with, he gave us suggestions but never tried to upsell us, which I appreciate. He and Cesar installed 24 roller shades in about 2hrs and all while carrying a conversation with me, that's how friendly and down to earth these guys are. These guys are TOP NOTCH and VERY PROFESSIONAL. We had moved into a new office space and the suite unfortunately had metal blinds...making it HOTTER than it needed to be with the Sun glaring off them, plus we had to keep them closed most of the time to avoid the glare on our computer screens (and the glare was BAD!!!) not to mention that when we did want to open/close the blinds, we had to do that twisty thing with the long plastic rod on 35 windows (waste of time). These guys are great. The painter had removed the blinds from all the windows and didn't get one put back up quite right again. Eventually that vertical blind got stuck so it would not open more than halfway. The guys from Drill and Hang worked me in for a repair appointment right away, and got the vertical blind working again in short order, making sure everything was attached properly. The repair saved me a lot of money over having to buy a replacement blind in a matching color or having to replace all the blinds in the living room. read more

We met a few times at our new construction home while it was in the process of being built so we can gather measurements, choose fabric types, etc. He got everything ordered & we were able to get everything installed when we moved in! We got roller shades on all our windows, with the great room & super loft being motorized. I love opening & closing the motorized shades! He mentioned other companies tend to be battery-operated so you have to constantly change them out, but his are rechargeable! We also got a motorized ceiling curtain track for our sliding door, as well as curtains.
