This place simply overcharged and added on "services". Requested a full set- °Acrylic. Was immediately asked if I wanted a mini manicure with it -$10. isnt that a part of a full set service at every other nail salon? My daughter requested square- standard shape. she was charged for a "tip enhancement". The management said it was because her nails were short. She paid for a full set also. Make it make sense?! went there for a regular fingernail and pedicure couple months ago with healthy fingernail! Lady that did my fingernails used the grinder! Didn't realize until the next day that I had hang nails and split nails due to her grinding them down paper thin! I took polish off and tried cutting and filing them that only made it worse! Put clear coat on that didn't help either! Went back to see if they could correct the problem they created and they put on gel polish and charged me again!! Now after little over a week they are splitting into the quick.. know the only remedy is for my nails is to grow back in month!! Highly disappointed in this place!!! read more

Came here 3 weeks ago and they did a good job.... However this week Hudson the nail tech, left my hands with the nail dust on and all. He told me he was finished. No lotion, no warm towel to get the residue off. I got SNS... and Hudson says " I'm going to cut your cuticles" I'm like ok. He gets the water and I asked if this is extra? He says yes. Um SIR can you ask me if I would like this done for an additional charge? No thank you I'm good. Then there is the lady doing my toes, cannot cut my cuticles to save her life. My pedicures ALWAYS last for at least 4-6 weeks. Especially with Gel polish. I took my sock off and why did this happen ...... the only reason why I'm updating these posts is because the lady really was stressing me out over "French tip being extra cause it's more work" omg why are u charging extra for something that isn't perfect. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. They give you a price at the counter, and give another once they begin service. I was told when I checked my daughter in, that it gel polish would be included with the deluxe pedicure. I left to do some shopping l, and received a call from the nail tech asking what my daughter wanted. It was communicated with the person at the desk before she was seated. The nail tech after she began on my daughter's feet, gets my daughter to call and said it would be additional for gel polish. I explained to her, that I was told otherwise. She told me she would do a basic pedicure with regular polish for $35. Well, when I went to pick my daughter up, I'm being billed $50, because the person doing her person lied. They put gel polish on her. So, total, I had two employees lie to me. I definitely will not be patronizing this business again. read more

I just went on July 3rd to get my nails done and they look terrible, I noticed the acrylic was not close to my cuticles, looked like I needed a filling when she was done. So I let it slide until July 5th one of the nail fell off.... I called up to their shop today July 9th to let them know and the lady at the front was very unprofessional really trying to blow me off as if I didn't pay for this terrible service. So a man fixed the nail that fell off and he saw how bad it looked and he did not fix them!!!!! as soon as I got back home another one is lifting!!! Then the lady had the nerve to say it's growing WTH!! I want my money back!!!!!! I will be coming back up there to get my refund . I will also post pictures and the 3rd picture is the one that is lifting now. I have done nothing for them to lift! . I am not satisfied and I wasted my money. This is a total rip off!!! Just called back up there and ask to speak to the Owner and the lady that answered was very rude hung up in my face refuse to give me the Owner contact information. I've come here several times since they've opened, and every experience has been about the same, but this most recent visit was the icing on the cake. I've noticed throughout my visits that there is little attention to detail given to your service and an emphasis on getting you to spend more money. I came to get a mani and pedi with regular polish, and they used gel polish on me without curing it with the UV light. Of course, my polish did not dry and is smudging with every touch. I came to ask about getting this fixed and was told because they used "regular polish" (I know they used gel), that my nails would mess up regardless, and "that's why people pay for gel polish." I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon, they are rude, pretentious, and just in it for the money. read more

Absolutely awful experience. I thought this new place would be great since it's beautiful and close to home. Last week I got acrylics for the first time and two of the workers were bickering with each other in front of me and were so rude. Not to mention expensive. I went to get my acrylics off today and i paid for them to literally RIP THEM OFF, not soak, RIP them from my natural nail, causing my natural nails to all break and be paper thin. It was one of the most painful things ever. I had to walk to Publix for nail strengthener after since my nails are now completely damaged. as much as I wanted to like this nail salon, the cashier at the front (Ms. Han) did not acknowledge me standing in line and walking up the counter and continued engaging with the woman who walked in after me. did not speak to me once or even make eye contact and the woman behind me acknowledged I was first and the cashier did not seem to care and dismissed me once again. Not only this, but she STILL did not say anything to me after I sat down and continued to ignore me when I walked back up. terrible service and it's no wonder this place has 3.5 stars. I'm surprised it doesn't have less just from this one woman. I'm sure the other workers are great but because of this experience with the first person you see when you walk in, I give it one star. one person can ruin it for everyone so maybe having a kinder and more considerate person at the front would be something to keep in mind. :) read more

I was just here a couple days ago and the lady who did my pedicure her name Amy. At first I was looking at the menu I just wanted a classic pedicure and she pointed me the most expensive pedicure and I was say no thanks she kept pointing at the "Diamond Pedi" I felt uncomfortable already and she asked if I wanted to do the "Deluxe Pedi" instead and I said ok. Everything seems fine then she said if I want the gel polish and I said I normally comeback every 2 weeks she kept saying gel is good for me and they dry fast etc.... I was really felt not so happy and after that she was acting like she attitude. She did pretty good job but the way she's trying to up charge me and attitude. My 1st 2 visits went great. My third visit was unfortunately not. Besides the fact that the S&S on my nails does not go all the way down my nail to my cuticle line, which were not attended to, I felt I was very over charged. I was charged $45 for my S&S but was charged another $35 for gel design. My daughter had a whole kids manicure including a double coat of gel and it only cost $15 for that. My design was minimal and not even the colors I asked for, it did not come close to using the amount of gel polish that was used on my 8-year-olds nails, yet I was charged $80 in total for just my nails. When I went back in to ask for an explanation of my cost, I was told 2x that it was because of my tips. I said more than once that I have natural nails, no tips were put on. The owners were sitting there at the time, and I felt the staff was flustered. Their web site list prices but it does not list the "extra costs" I guess. I do not see myself going back and it is unfortunate because they are so conveniently close and my 1st 2 visits were great. Consistency and transparency are lacking. read more
