You have to go online submit a form wait for the on call nurse to get to you and hopefully they will call you and of course this call has a charge. I got so many weird things like SUA, SPD and many other complications. If you think you can do this alone and you are ok with this then this is a good option. I would never recommend this place for prenatal care so if you can stay away please find something else!

I…read moreremember leaving the hospital after my cesarean and thinking, "I'm so thankful we were taken care of". My second birth, I felt the same. After some time, I learned a lot of the not so great things that happened to me with both first and second births were extremely avoidable. A lot of resentment followed those births for quite some time. All that to say, with my third birth, as time has passed, I have grown more and more infatuated with the whole experience. Teri and Teree are truly a match made in heaven. They balance each other out so well. Teri is extremely detailed and informative. My postpartum was night and day compared to previous births and I truly owe that to this team. I had a complete second degree tear and partial third and Teri went to work!! You are in great, if not the best, hands if you do tear under her care. I'm still so amazes at her craftmanship. Teree, gosh I just want to be best friends with her. We laughed, prayed, and connected. She brought an immense amount of peace and joy to my birth. She is a true servant, and equipped with so much knowledge. I would most definitely recommend BundleBorn and would use again if not moving. I love these women. Overall I do appreciate everything that Dr. Teri has done and getting our son delivered. I really don't remember much of the labor but the feedback from my family wasn't the best in regards to her being clean with her tool etc. I am a first time mom and I truly enjoyed the homebirth. I would never want to have a hospital birth. I highly recommend having a home birth. I am very happy to have my beautiful son and I couldn't have done that without Teri, my amazing doula and family by my side.

She told me in a very annoyed/rude tone "you don't need that" i did it anyways with quest diagnostics because what do you mean i've been having the same problem for 5+ years and you're not even remotely trying to help or find a solution. I told her my fears of pcos,perimenopause and more and she condescendingly made me feel like i was stupid for even asking that. As someone in the healthcare industry, that is ridiculous and should never be the case that a patient feels like that. That was the last time i went to this office. I found a new provider and guess what? It was Pcos.

She told me the intake paperwork had to be digital. Mind you to my left there were 3 clipboards prepped with blank intake forms. I was also not asked for my ID or insurance card which was weird. I didn't even get to finish the intake forms before I was called back. The medical assistant for Dominique was pleasant. Dominique was pleasant up until she wasn't. When I told her I didn't know how to track my ovulation and asked how to do it she gave me a look that was very condescending as if she expected me to already know that information. Mind you I'm also a nurse and would NEVER EVER treat any patient like they are stupid for not knowing something. I used my well woman exam to vet this office to see if I would use them for obstetrics in the next few months and the answer is absolutely not. She was also supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy and 9 days later she still hasn't done it. I inquired about brands of prenatal vitamins and she told me they all do the same thing (which they don't) and gave no specific brands to try. Thankfully I have such a great PCP who is kind, caring, and knowledgable and gave me proper information. Nurse to nurse do better girl. Sucks to see a fellow RN acting like the typical jaded, uncaring, and rude MD's you usually get.

After that, they told me I'd need to come back three months later for an actual exam. I understand that clinics can have their own processes, but it felt like a total waste of time and money. If the appointment wasn't going to include any kind of exam or assessment, that should have been made clear upfront. I walked out with no answers, no care, and now a long wait for the appointment I actually needed. Very disappointing, and I won't be returning.

I'm currently on hold to the clinic and it's a 12 min hold time, after spending 5 min just to get through all the prompts. I also know it will probably be at least 3 weeks before I can even be seen. If I hadn't already started care with this clinic, I would probably switch. And I'm still tempted too, but I'm pregnant and really don't want to deal with getting another referral and waiting even longer.
