I have been self conscious about my smile for as long as I can remember due to serious grinding. Dr. Toyer and Arissa took their time from start to finish. From the paperwork all the way to the night guard at the end. They replaced both of my front teeth with crowns and used some new fangled high tech scanner computer to take 3-D scans of my teeth for the process. But it's not just this procedure that stands out. I mean, they came out better than I expected by far. But. I have been seeing Dr. Toyer and Dr. Toyer and their team for five years now. I can't remember a single doctors office ever that I've felt more at home. Everyone knows you by name. The pride Dr. Toyer takes in his work is evident from the start to the finish. And he's real hip too. Completely up to tomorrow on the newest tech to make your procedure a breeze. Oh and they do amazing with pediatrics. My toddlers love going to see them! My daughter had a major procedure done here today and Evie, Aritza and two other ladies (I don't recall their names) made it so amazingly smooth. We had our first visit at this dental clinic today and it was truly amazing from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment to checking in at the front desk, the staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. Jahaira was very helpful in getting all our documents together. My daughter has dental anxiety and, being a military child, she's had to move around a lot and adjust to new providers frequently. This was by far one of the smoothest, most comforting experiences she's had. The dental team was patient, gentle, and made her feel safe and heard every step of the way. Ms. Channel and Dr. Hark were amazing. They catered to my daughter's emotional needs and we left that place knowing we have found our home for dental care. Went to here because I'd been ignoring my teeth for awhile and as you imagined Dr Toyer found a few issues. He was really kind and explained what was going on and what needed to happen going forward. The hygienist are all really nice too. The front desk staff are fabulous also. Special shout out to Cecilia!! She helped coordinate my care between the Endodontics and lifetime offices. Her customer service was unmatched. She did several follow up calls to help me navigate the care I needed between each office and made sure my prescriptions ended up at the right location as I am traveling and out of town. Never on time, very ineffective and not the most professional staff. This Dental practice is amazing both Pediatrics Dr, April and Adults Dr. Toyer are amazing. just taking care of their patients and not forcing unnecessary cost for procedures that may be able to wait. This office is extremely unprofessional and lacks competence. I asked for notes to be emailed to me for my son's schools and the email they sent did not have an attachment. When I responded and asked for the attachments via email there was no acknowledgment or response. I called the dental office to ask them to send me the notes and also to inquire about my son's treatment plan and was told that they needed to verify my insurance. When I checked in for their appointment the front desk receptionist informed me PRIOR to their appointment that the insurance information was on file and there was no need to update it. I was hung up on during the call and no one bothered to call me back or answer the phone when I tried to reconnect. If you're going to service patients, I fully expect your office to have COMPETENT and professional staff. This is completely unacceptable & I won't be returning or recommending this dental office to anyone in the future. read more

I have severe dental anxiety but my hygienist explained what she was doing and why, each step of the way. The dentist was wonderful as well. Called and scheduled and appoinment for a cleaning as I was a patient less than a year ago. I was called back and was told that there was a 12 month waiting period for my coverage. This seemed a bit ludicrous as to why there would be such a long wait when one is paying a premium and expected to see the dentist at least twice a year. They told me it would be out of pocket or I would need to cancel. I canceled and then called up my dental coverage provider and they confirmed there was no waiting period and we were put on hold for quite some time, until we spoke to the woman in billing. After explaining what happened to her, there was no apology for providing incorrect information and was told by her that she was one of many in the billing office and that it wasn't her that called. Then I am told that my cleaning is classified as a periodontal cleaning and that is not considered routine care. I've sat in the chair and had my cleaning and it is no different than a regular cleaning, but with this classification means more out of pocket costs. This seems more of a racket or a scheme for dental providers and insurances to classify the same type of service to extort money from patients. In fact they tried the same thing when I initially signed up with thier dental office a few years back and had a negative experience. I was told then that everything was corrected and that my plan was on a regular cleaning plan and I just opted in to get a 3 rd cleaning done per year and paid a small add fee for that cleaning. Therefore, I would not recommend this dental office. read more

I don't like writting bad reviews but I had to write this one. I've been Dr. Toyer's patient for several yrs. In every visit he always found something that needed treatment: a cavity, a crown, something. I was so frustrated because I practice good oral hygiene. I trusted him so I followed his advice until he recommended the extration of a tooth. At this last visit he also recommended a crown and a filling for a cavity. I was desesperate when I heard about the extraction of my decayed tooth that he messed up so I decided to obtain a second opinion and even a third one. Both dentists did not find anything wrong with my teeth, no need for crown, filling or extration. One of these dentists even restored my decayed tooth with composite resin and it looks just like my natural tooth. Dr. Toyer not only lost me as a patient but my 2 kids and husband! read more

Our first impression of this office was not the best. Everything seemed more like I had walked into a car dealership. From the dentist we had to the front desk. When the dentist wanted to go with costly dental work and non IV sedation neither of which my insurance covered and I did not think we needed ( crowns vs fillings on baby teeth, iv sedation vs N.O. gas.). It felt like we were being pressured into doing what they wanted without being given any other options or threat of tons of "forms to fill out". On top of all that the dentist we saw went from fun and happy to shutting off when I asked for different options, and actually turned her back and left the room. Also for some reason my insurance was completely wrong, spoke to 2 people before it was corrected (NOTE: as with any medical facility always look at your insurance benefits/coverage beforehand). I was NOT expecting any of this when I walked in to the office, Lifetime came HIGHLY recommended and the reviews are great too! *** All that being said, my 5 star rating here is NOT a mistake. *** First my insurance was finally corrected after I called to ask them to please look at it again, within a few minutes I was emailed a quick apology for the time it took. I will always appreciate an apology and urgency. I was then scheduled with the correct dentist who is more than just a family dentist but specializes in pediatric dentistry and they even scheduled time for me to discuss the treatment plan before doing anything else. (side note) I did not make a scene about or write any detrimental reviews etc, I simply asked that if they were not accustomed to doing pediatric dental work without the sedation to just say that so I could stop wasting mine and their time. This conversation was shared with the office manager and she made sure to be there when we returned to start dental work should I choose to move forward. When we came in for our first round of dental work we went over all of the incidents I had issue with and while Megan was professional and did not place blame on anyone I still felt that she cared and understood why I felt disheartened during our initial visit. We decided to go with N.O. which went great, though I would really say it was more to do with the skill and efficiency of Dr. April and Megan, these ladies are FAST. Not only fast but none stop HIGH energy which is exactly what I would expect from a child's dentist. The paintings on the walls and prizes at the end are great, but anyplace can do that. Words cannot express how happy and impressed I am with this office. We will absolutely continue coming here and I am confident by children will not hate going to the dentist thanks to this awesome team! Despite our first impressions I would still give this office 10/5 stars, I am so thankful we were able to give them a real shot! read more

I enjoyed my first visit and was seen by Malahat. She was wonderful but the dentist and the lady fitting me for my mouth guard were not as wonderful. The male dentist took it upon himself to mansplain the difference between a mouth guard and a retainer as he was well aware I have had a retainer in the past. And the female taking my impressions spoke to me as if I was a young child. I am almost 30 and did not appreciate the baby talk. I made a comment to the front desk. I will return in the future since Malahat was extremely professional but I will ask to not be seen by the rude ones. read more

My 4 year old needed to have a procedure done and of course We were a bit nervous but they were very informative and made us feel at ease about what needed to be done! Been going there for past three years, lately they kinda giving me the attitude, last time I was on my way and I called them they said you will have to come some other day. Didn't do good job with my wife's tooth two days later it's started hurting and started sensitive again. My son's front tooth broke after their second time patching (fixing) he is been having sensitivity cannot drink water, but they won't give me an appointment. My other son, the cap they placed on his tooth was hurting his tongue, called to see if someone can see him but they said they don't have any spot available. Told the receptionist it's emergency or I have to go to another doctor and I'm going to transfer my whole family, she said "sorry can't do anything till next year and ok with if you are going transfer your family to another dentist" they're getting up to their nose. The appointment has to work at their schedule not yours. Moving my 5 people family to another dentist because they won't give me appointment. Maybe it my name. read more

I have a 4 year old son, who does not do well w/ doctor setting or anyone who looks like doctors. But Dr. April and her assistant, I believe her name is Ashea (really curly hair lady) definitely made my sons appt smoothly. My son cracked his crown on a Sunday afternoon, when I called Monday morning, they did not hesitate to see him another day. They were busy Monday but managed to squeeze my son in. Also they were able to put a new crown in. If it wasn't for Dr. Aprils assistant, Ashea, my son wouldn't have sat through that calmly. I thank the staff for squeezing him in. Best dentistry I have been to. The hygienist made me feel so comfortable and explained everything she was doing, and was also so sweet. I am an adult and I get anxious going to the dentist, and I may have found the best place to go. The inside of the practice is large and you have a lot of privacy. They even have TVs in each room for you to watch and relax. Everything was covered by my insurance and I was able to set up my next appointment right away. They are doing so much to prevent the spread of covid (wearing masks, changing gloves, making the customer clean their hands more then once, checking in from your car, and MORE!) I'll be back! I wanted to update my review about doctor Park too and hygienist Malakhat they are the best too and have all the patience and care you need and they are careful when they work with you .
