I was initially seen by Dr Rabah, who was polite and professional. He performed a small filling on one tooth and advised that I could wait to treat another cavity until after delivery, as he deemed it non-urgent. I have no complaint about him. However, I began experiencing pain from that tooth and attempted to contact the office for assistance. Despite having medical clearance from my OB/GYN, confirming that it is safe for me to undergo routine dental care during pregnancy, the office refused to see me solely because I am pregnant. Additionally, when I requested a copy of my X-ray so I could seek treatment from another dentist, the office stated it would take a few days because they "have stuff to do", delaying my ability to receive timely care. The front office personnel said her name was Kelly although I'm not sure if she gave her real name. I still haven't received a copy of my X-ray to take to another dentist who was willing to see me. We were trying to minimize another X-ray since I just took one but the office is uncooperative. The front office staff were extremely unprofessional and rude during my interactions. They repeatedly hung up the phone on me and refused to provide a clear explanation for the refusal. I had to use another phone number for them to pick up my phone. My husband went here because he had a referral off post. This was the worst experience he had at a dentist ever. First the reception didn't acknowledge him. Second, the office and cleaning area was dirty. Generally everything was dirty which is a red flag. Nothing felt clean in there. He's never been to a dentist where's he's been it's kind of dirty here. Thirdly, the hygienist never talked to him. She talked to the other hygienist. He learned someone they know just got shot (hope they're ok)...which do they really need to talk about that in front of customers...?! Fourthly, the water hose was broken and sprayed him in the face and she talked to the other hygienist and said yeah that's broken. They continued to use it! My husband had to wipe his face. Lastly - she cut his gum!! She didn't acknowledge it! He was in so much pain and she just hosed it off. He needed to take a break but didn't say anything The dentist came in and said he had cavities. He hasn't had cavities for years now. He has to go back on post for a follow up to this referral. Also adding he had an exam prior to coming here the week before and he Run for the hills guys. Dr. Vivoni is the best dentist I've ever been to. I have the worst anxiety when it comes to the dentist and he made me feel the most comfortable I've ever felt before. I had to get a root canal (which I was beyond scared for) and I felt 0 pain during and even after!! Not only is Dr. Vivoni amazing, the staff are the most friendly group. They are genuinely the nicest group. Another thing I just love about the place is the fact that I can text them. I've had dental implants and crowns for over 20 years. I wish New Smiles Dental was in business back then. One thing you can count on is that nothing lasts forever. I've needed recently an array of dental procedures to include extractions of 2 teeth who's crowns broke off. The addition of 2 new implants where other crowns had broken off. I had a 4 tooth bridge that had failed, leaving me a major problem in appearance and chewing ability. Also, the area of exposed gum became infected which required more extractions of the remaining tooth roots from the failed bridge. The infected area also needed to be treated with medication. All of the problems have occurred within the past 18 months, going back to the height of the COVID-19 virus. I have had more of my share of bad luck with my teeth and I'm so glad my wife convinced me to try New Smile Dental and leave the dentist I had been seeing. She was so right again with her recommendation. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for New Smile Dental of Woodbridge. Their professionalism starts right at the front desk. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment in a waiting room that is clean with ample seating. A staff member takes your temperature after greeting you with a smile and takes you back for your procedure. All the procedure rooms are spotless as a technician makes you comfortable and ready for the dentist. The dentist has always greeted me by name and with a smile. After I let him know why I came in that day, he examines my mouth and decides a plan. He discusses it fully with me so I understand it along with the price of the procedure. All of my past 10 or so visits I would give New Smiles Dental a 10 star rating, and I will always listen to my wife and her recommendations in the future. *Maybe*, but she'll never see this review cause I'd never hear the end of it. I adore this dentist office. My insurance changed and I was out of network last year, so I decided to upgrade my dental this year just to be able to see this office. They are incredibly kind and honest. They only recommend work that you really need. All my cleanings have been thorough and comfortable. They went beyond expectations today and made sure my two year old daughter was comfortable and entertained while I had my cleaning done. They provided a quote for me to take home so I can prepare for the minor work I have to get done soon. I see Dr. B and I couldn't be more pleased. Although time with him is short in comparison to the techs (for obvious reasons), he is still very thorough and informative with great bedside manner. My family of five and I recently moved to the area and was told about this location however, I called your office to get some information and a lady named Kailie I believe answered the phone she was rude and disrespectful over the phone when I was asking questions. I proceeded to ask to speak to the manager, who said her name was Virginia was just as rude and disrespectful as well and I could not really understand what she was saying. I will definitely not be bringing in my husband and kids to this establishment. It was very disappointing since I had heard such great things about the doctor. This dental practice is truly fantastic. I have nothing but high marks for them. I recently relocated back to this area, and found this practice through Yelp. My previous dentist in the Chicago area is also amazing, and I thought it would be quite daunting to find a practice and dentist here that could compare well with this Chicago area practice. My initial visit went exceptionally well. As others have mentioned, the two lovely, skilled, competent, and abundantly warm and helpful women at the front desk made my first impressions of the practice a wonderful experience. All of the dental assistants, and hygienists are so kind, helpful, and calming. The dental procedure rooms are welcoming, clean, and have TV's for your viewing. Dr. Bouroncle is absolutely awesome. Goodness, what a wonderful, kind, calming, and friendly man; who is a very skilled dentist. He shows obvious compassion, gentleness, honesty, and care for each of his patients. You will be hard-pressed to find a better dentist in this area. I have been so impressed by my experience here that I convinced my mother to schedule an appointment here. She hadn't been to the dentist in over 30 years, and after her appointment there, she told how much she enjoyed her experience. She's made a follow-up appointment to have some work done on a couple of teeth. Dr. Bouroncle was able to save one of my teeth that had a larger cavity than the x-ray showed. It was a cavity in-between two upper teeth, and when he was doing the filling procedure he could see that the cavity had extended to the nerve root. He was able to put a special medication in the exposed root area and then successfully place a filling on top of that. He explained everything that was seen and done, and told me to call his office right away if I experienced pain in that tooth area. When a cavity is that extensive, the concern is that even with medication to help strengthen the exposed area, a root canal might still be necessary if pain persists. Fortunately, Dr. Bouroncle did such a wonderful and skilled job that I experienced only minor pain after the first couple of days, and no pain in the several weeks since the procedure. I'm so grateful that his great job made a root canal unnecessary. I've also had the first step in a dental implant process completed by this wonderful practice. That's for a tooth I had pulled about fours years ago in a different state. Dr. Bouroncle and his awesome team made this procedure a successful and surprisingly not that unpleasant of an experience. Most recently, I discussed with Dr. Bouroncle some concerns I had with a couple of teeth that were slightly crooked. They shifted after I had braces removed almost 30 years ago but didn't wear my retainer as prescribed. One of the things that I truly respect about Dr. Bouroncle is that he is not out to make money off of his patients. He didn't pressure me to make a decision about those teeth, and essentially said that if I wasn't overly bothered by them, to just let them remain as they are. I ultimately decided to go with Invisalign treatment to straighten the teeth I'm concerned about, and Dr. Bouroncle and his truly wonderful staff have made that process go smoothly. My first set of Invisalign retainers arrive in about a month or so. Again, I have only high marks for this great dental practice, and each one of the wonderful people who work there. read more

Found this practice through Yelp reviews and it's proximity to my house, one of the best decisions i've made this year was to make an appointment. After being unable to get in with my previous Dental Provider, won't name names, but I always felt like I was attending a Timeshare meeting for all of the up-selling. From the moment I called and made my appointment I felt I would have a good experience. I was able to get in quickly, the scheduler actually asked if I needed to be seen soon or if I could wait through the weekend ingot me right in. Very clean office, staff is nice and friendly and Dr. B was absolutely great. Took care of business without making me feel rushed. I chose to come here as a new patient because of all the wonderful Yelp reviews. Prior to my review there were only 4 reviews, but I am glad I took those reviews in stride because this place was AMAZING! So, the building was a little bit difficult to find from the way the buildings were numbered but once I realized the buildings were color coordinated I realized just how slow I am and found the place immediately after. I was greeted kindly by their receptionist Cynthia and she looked as professional as could be. I filled out my paperwork, surprisingly it was a bit extensive and since I skimmed through it Cynthia came back out and walked me through the things I had missed. Whoops. The office and waiting area was very clean and I thought it was pretty neat that all the pictures were a dead giveaway to my dentist's cultural background. I like when people of different cultural backgrounds incorporate that into their profession. Judge me. Next came x-rays. They were really uncomfortable for whatever reason, but the dental assistant was really sweet and made it as easy as possible for me. The dentist came, inspected my teeth and confirmed what the assistant saw. They quickly devised a plan for my teeth and what needed to be done. Then, I was off for my cleaning and the hygienist was also super nice. She took her time and cleaned my teeth and I was happy. When I got to the front desk I was a little scared as to what my upcoming bills would look like - but Karina made everything super easy! Karina was the highlight of my experience there, she was so friendly and down to earth - I wanted to be a creeper and ask her to be my real life friend, that's how awesome she was. My first few visits were ok.. Even though he never properly smoothed out a filling on my front tooth which left unsightly ridges after asking him to fix it twice. This practice is dishonest and they don't check your benefits properly which results in scamming their customers. Then they send delinquency letters with final warnings when I never even got the first letter or a phone call regarding balances. I asked them to check if a $400 procedure is covered and they said yes but never properly check with dental delta. They neglected to prebill all services that I asked and didn't disclose the differences with procedures offered. They simply did what they wanted and sent me the bill. I filed complaints with my insurance company which did result in grievance adjustments. I am now going to file a complaint with the state dental board. Please do NOT go here unless you are willing to risk them sneaking in unpaid services to get more cash from you directly. Make sure you always call your insurance company to find out what is covered before and during your appointment... Otherwise be prepared to pay out of pocket and be sent to a debt collector. read more
