The class was hard but also relaxing because it was heated. The instructor was specific and knew her stuff. The class was full but you had to register to get a spot. We had plenty of room to spread out. I attend several life time locations and this one is close to work. The app is super convent and allows you to look for a specific class, locations and instructors. The facility is beautiful , well maintained and the gym environment is lively and energetic which helps motivate you.

They told me to try the Personal training program. I asked if I can stop anytime, then they replied YES! after around 2 months I tried to stop it, they just told me only the manager can do that. When I spoke with the manager.... He said NO! Its in the contract that you signed!!! (A LONG WITH SMALL LETTERS CONTRACT!) and that it's not their obligation to tell us what's everything on it! OMG!!! Yes, not everything, BUT they should have specified the highlights of the contract before letting us sign because customers usually rely on what they say and sign! THEY SHOULD have told me NO you can't stop once you started it UNLESS you move 25 miles away, You're Dead, or You're disabled! So, that's the catch! I wasn't offered the free trial at the time of the visit. I saw that there was a free 14-day trial so I signed up for it online. I received a call from a rep and explained that I wanted to try it out before I commented to pay the 100 bucks to join and 25 bucks bi-weekly I was told well you visited a few weeks ago so that's only for first-time visits and mind you that I wasn't told at the time of the visit I could do a trail. Nevertheless, I wouldn't join this gym nor advise anyone else to with the experience I had when other gyms don't charge as much as THEY DO!
