Does not do well with "bully breeds" or large dogs. I think this clinic would do better with cats and or small older breeds.

False advertising and a disappointing experience…read more We came in as a group interested in meeting and potentially adopting a puppy. We were told that if a puppy was awake, we would be able to play with it. However, when we asked to meet a puppy that was awake, we were told no because that puppy had "played too much today." We then picked another puppy we were interested in meeting and were told no because we were "a big group." What was frustrating was that another family who arrived after us was placed with a puppy to play with because the staff selected that puppy for them. That family did not request that specific puppy, while we were told we could not meet one we were interested in. Our group was a family of four, and the other family had three people, so the reasoning did not make sense. The staff member then asked if we were "really looking to adopt." I said yes, but after this experience I decided I would not be adopting from this location. She explained that we would still have to be approved, which I completely understood and had no issue with. The issue was the inconsistent treatment and the feeling that we were not being given a fair opportunity to meet the puppies. This experience left us feeling like this place is not focused on helping families find and adopt puppiesFollow-up to your response to my review: I want to clarify a few details. The other family did not have an appointment -- they were actually teammates of our daughter from her softball team. We were there separately, and we were interested in meeting a puppy because we were seriously considering adding a new dog to our family. Our goal was to bring home the golden puppy as a playmate and companion for our 1.5-year-old lab. We were not there just to visit or play with puppies; we were genuinely interested in adopting. The frustration came from feeling like we were given different information and treated differently when trying to meet the puppies. We understand that there are adoption procedures and approval requirements, but we would have appreciated clearer communication and the same opportunity to interact with the puppy we were interested in.

Disorganized at best. 3 days wait for a return call. Building is dirty…read more My sweet boy came out shaved bald -AGAIN. I went over his coat with Asia when I arrived. He was swimming tons on our vacation and his tail got matted. It cost me $110 at the vet to treat an infection he got from the raw shave on his bum. Of course Asia blames me and told me to keep him out of the pool (um, lake!) and they weren't paying the vet bill bc she's had to shave him before. Yes she did. At the start of the season so he was nice a cool. I will pay the $20+ more to go to a real, upstanding groomer. I WOULD NOT GO TO YOU AGAIN IF YOU WERE THE LAST GROOMER ON THE PLANET

So when I say I should have never brought him here I mean it. I usually go to fur crazy pet salon up the street from this place since they're closer to my house and they do online scheduling but since they were booked so far out I thought I would try all-star. His haircut looks good but he has scratches on his belly from what I'm guessing was their electric razor and they cut one nail so short it's bleeding and that's the equivalent of having the tip of your finger cut off for a dog. This dog is a very good laid back dog. He is my best friend. We go everywhere together and he always has this blind faith that I will protect him which he is not usually wrong. I am not happy with myself.
