After waiting several days, we were told they couldn't find the part, had never heard of our unit brand (iAire), and to contact the manufacturer. When I called iAire, they immediately confirmed the sensor is not proprietary and that generic replacements are compatible. These are cheap and widely available online. Ranger told us they were not comfortable working on our unit and that we would need to find someone else. I'm frustrated that this was not communicated upfront, especially after we waited days in the Florida heat for answers. If the company is unwilling to service smaller brands or use generic parts, they should have told us during the initial visit instead of leaving us in limbo. When I tried to express any dissatisfaction with the situation, their phone rep repeatedly interrupted and talked over me, and I could barely get a sentence out. When I spoke with my fiancé later, he told me he had been treated the same way. I'm not happy with the poor communication, lack of service, and unwillingness to listen. They took our money and dropped us, gave us a headache, and now we will have to pay someone else to come and fix the issue. This was really poor customer service. They justified this by blaming everything on our "cheap, offbrand" unit and have made no attempt to make things right with us. They have not stood behind their own values. You can see from their responses to upset reviewers that they do not take ownership when they let their customers down and find any way to shift the responsibility for their mistakes. Shameful. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

This is our third scheduled maintenance since we moved to Vero Beach…read more I highly recommend them. Their Service Technicians are always on time, professional and knowledgeable. Today's tech was Zachary. He was superb. It was a pleasure having him in our home doing work. Again I recommend this company for many reasons- another being one of our neighbors had an A/C emergency. I called Air Docs late morning and they were able to get a technician out that day. WOW customer service is their name.

We set a date I took off that day and in the morning they call to postpone it, saying they have some more urgent call, no respect for my time. I asked them what if I have an emergency on my A/C they said they will be able to come that day but they will charge $89 for diagnostic. We set an appointment few days later. The technician came and told me that one of the unit need a new blow motor. I have a full labor and part warranty from the MFR. but they charge me diagnostic charge off $89 + $ 150 what they call "processing fee" which is a simple money grab. sound to me to me like a form of classic bait and switch technique.( they came the flowing week and change the motor it took the technician only 15 minutes sharp to replace the motor, they got $150 from the MFG as Josh told me + 150 +89 =$389.) As far as the 2nd unit it was working perfectly well before they "serviced it" 2 hours after the technician left the system shut down and I noticed that the pan below the system which was bone dry was full of water water the technician said that I need a new drain line which they will charge $1000, Called other companies and replacing a drain line run $500-$800. Turned out that the drain line didn't needed a replacement but just a correct opening the clog. I did pay them the $ 150 "grab money" but they called me already twice to pay it. Just remember when something look too good to be true it probably is. Don't fall for their $29/$39 bait.

I am writing to formally address a dispute regarding the water heater installation services…read moreprovided by Climate Experts. Below is a detailed account of the situation, including the timeline, agreements, and subsequent issues: Timeline and Agreements Initial Quote and Agreement: On 5 February 2025, Climate Experts provided a quote for installing a customer-supplied water heater. The quote explicitly stated: "The replacement water heater can be installed either in the attic space where the existing one currently is (provided it fits in the attic access), or it can be installed in the garage. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. I requested that the water heater be installed in the garage, as explicitly stated in the signed quote. Climate Experts refused, claiming the situation was not as expected and that installation in the garage would cost more than the quoted and paid amount. Forced Purchase of Additional Water Heater: Due to time constraints related to the sale of the house, Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, leaving me with no choice but to purchase the recommended water heater for installation in the attic. The new water heater was installed with an invoice dated 17 February 2025 and signed 13 February 2025. Issues and Concerns Failure to Honor Signed Quote: The signed quote explicitly stated that the water heater could be installed in the garage. Climate Experts refused to honor this agreement, citing additional costs and unforeseen circumstances despite having sufficient information (pictures, listing details, etc.) to prepare the quote. Lack of Due Diligence: Climate Experts did not send a technician to inspect the property prior to providing the quote, despite my realtor offering flexibility to accommodate a visit. This oversight led to inaccurate assumptions and subsequent issues. Leverage of Time Constraints: Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, forcing me to purchase an additional water heater to meet the inspection requirements for selling the house. Financial Impact: I incurred additional costs due to Climate Experts' refusal to honor the original agreement and their lack of due diligence.
