If I wanted ramen, it wouldn't be here, but for a quick bite or many small plates... maybe. Being that I prefer tsukemen over ramen, dipping sauce over soup, over the years, I have definitely eaten my fair share of this type of noodle. The broth is a thick gravy that is meaty and dashi-rich at the same time. Not too salty, although slightly bitter at times. What really stands out at Okiboru is their thick and toothsome tsukemen noodles. The texture of these noodles alone keeps me returning. QR code menu and friendly service. Bar style atmosphere at this location. So nice to have an authentic tsukemen shop at the mall. I like to stop by before seeing a movie.
