White House Roll and Dragon Roll
    Briana S.

I have been to the Sushi Village in Marietta and enjoyed that location. I was so excited to see there was a sushi village opening up right by my house! It's a lot nicer inside than the one in Marietta. We were sat pretty quickly. The sushi was great! My favorite was the Atomic Bomb Roll. I would order that again! The staff was night but I will say, they do stand by the food counter and just watch your table. It was a bit uncomfortable but I know they're just trying to do their job. Maybe go to the back and just check in every so often like at any other restaurant? Besides them watching us, it was a great place! I would definitely come back.

If you love sushi you should really check this place out! The service was fast and the staff is really attentive. They have an all you can eat menu. They do not have fountain drinks so everything is served per bottle. They don't offer you water off rip they typically ask in the middle of your meal I'm guessing so you can purchase a bottle drink first. It's a nice little venue with the typical chairs and table style dining. You pick from 5 different courses and you pick about 2-3 things from each course. You are allowed to get more once your first set of food is finished.(trust it's a lot of food). Went fairly early during the day so caught the lunch pricing it was roughly about $20 per person including the drink.

I definitely would not recommend this place. It's pretty ,and the workers are alright. But, the restaurant overall experience was negative. They took 27 minutes just to bring the food and it was slow. I understand if it was busy, but it wasn't ? Also, the food was okay. It was 57 dollars for two people ( all you can eat) ..... it was so bad we didn't even order more than 2 rolls. The food was bad, it was just alight. The vibe is beautiful, but don't go here. Save your money and go to a different spot

For all you can eat for around $30 it's a good deal. I do not like the way we have to order here. You have to order with the servers. It said 10 nigiri and sashimi per person each time you order but it's more like per table. I ordered 10 sashimi/ nigiri and 1 roll. The second order for sashimi took so long I canceled it. The miso soup tasted ok but the seaweed was so dry and paper like. I have never had a miso so soup that does that. The decor is really pretty. A lot of tables. For the price it's not bad. The experience isn't great but they're new so I might come back to give them a try again to see if they improve.

I love Sushi Village from their other location and have been patiently waiting since the announcement of this new location for them to open because it's a much closer location for me. I came by the 2nd weekend they were open, and was pleased with the taste and quality of the food. It's just like their original location, although I feel like they had more options at the other location, but I can't remember exactly. I appreciate that they give you unlimited amounts of sashimi and nigiri for AYCE price of $26.99, however, they do set a limit that you can order per person per round (10 total per person). It's not terrible; we just place another order once they deliver our previous order. You're allowed to order 2 rolls per person per round, and the appetizers are unlimited per round. Of course, they do charge if you order extra and do not finish, but this was not the case for me as I finished everything I ordered. They're generous with their sashimi and nigiri cuts, and their rolls aren't excessively filled with rice like you may find at other AYCE sushi places. They have a variety of options whether you like it raw vs cooked vs crunchy. I like that their rolls are diverse whereas some places have too many that are tempura or too many that include cream cheese. My first visit was on a weekend, and although I know they just opened and I was expecting kinks they still needed to work out, I was disappointed by the wait time in between orders. When we first arrived, it was fairly empty, so our initial 2 orders came out quickly. But after the restaurant got a few more guests, the orders started coming out really slowly, and I noticed they delivered our orders to the wrong table 3x. I was annoyed mostly because I didn't understand why the other tables would even take the order when they knew they didn't order it. We watched the servers go to the tables and ask if it was theirs to which they said they did not order those items, but they took them anyways. We tried to flag down the servers, but they had already given our orders to them and had to remake it for us, which took longer. A couple more times, I would see servers go to the wrong tables and almost deliver our order before correctly delivering it to our table- so I do think this is a kink they need to work out and remember which tables ordered what. Twice we had to remind them about an order we didn't receive. However, I did come back the following week on a weekday and experienced none of these issues. I received much quicker service in between orders and 100% order accuracy. But to be fair, there were maybe 2-3 other tables dining at the same time as us on this day. Service is quick when you walk in. We were immediately seated both times and our orders are taken immediately when you flag someone down. Just be wary of wait time in between the orders coming out on weekend nights! I have no complaints with the food, however, and I hope that I will be dining here regularly now that this location is so close to me. You just can't beat the price of $26.99 for AYCE sushi! My only wish is that they had dessert included on their menu. I remember their other location offering green tea ice cream which I looked forward to after my meal. Unless I overlooked it, there is no dessert at this location.

Food: mediocre. You get what you pay for. Not the highest quality of sushi, but not the worst either. You get 2 rolls, some nigiri, and 3 appetizers per round. And it's like ~$30 per person for AYCE. So yea u get ur moneys worth in terms of quantity, but not quality. I'd recommend this sushi place if u have a big appetite. Def order the 7 pepper tuna roll it's good; all other rolls are ok. Service: I wish the server wasn't so insistent on us ordering more. Like for example, I only wanted 1 roll, but he told us to get another roll even tho I didn't want it. At the end of the meal, I ended up wasting that roll. I don't think they charged me for it, but it's something to be aware of. Otherwise, the servers were kind. Ambiance: it's alright. Nothing special about it.

My new fav place. Good food n nice staff, always ready to serve. Clean and quite ambiance. Such a hidden gem in the neighborhood. I like that it's a very family oriented restaurant. Will definitely visit often. They only thing is that they close between lunch and dinner so you need to check their hours before you go.

Service was quick and friendly! Food was great, tons of options to choose from. I did the miso soup, 7 pepper tuna, avocado roll and edamame. Can't beat the lunch price of $17.99. Forgot to take a pic until mid way through! Come check it out!

Service here was great. We were greeted at the door, and immediately sat. They work together as a team to make sure that your food is delivered as soon as it's ready, and your cups are not empty. The apps and the sushi are both well made. The reason for the 4 instead of a 5, since I will 100% return is this, there are a lot of repetitive items on the menu, meaning that if you don't like spicy tuna, several items will be unappealing. If I could change one thing, I'd make the rolls smaller, less pieces per order (4 instead of 6 or 8). I'd also love to see some dessert items on the menu. Maybe (hopefully) this is planned for the future. Overall, everything was fresh and had great flavors. I will definitely return and recommend it to others.

Tried this place out with my brother and the food was amazing! I was surprised of how good everything tasted. For an all you can eat place it has really good quality. The service was also very fast and friendly. Definitely going to come back and eat here!

As such, the Yelp reviews are more accurate. PaoPao is a casual eatery that has both ramen selections alongside bubble tea. The space inside is nice but immediately we noted that there wasn't much privacy between tables and we could hear everyone else's conversations. I ordered the Szechuan Tofu Hot Pot. While spicy, it wasn't all too flavorful in terms of all of the ingredients in it. The price also felt a bit high as well. My partner echoed that sentiment when it came to her Black & White Tonkotsu. When we tried the boba, we enjoyed the flavor of the tea. We were immediately met with disappointment however when the actual boba was tasteless. Good texture, but quite literally tasteless. Would we come again? It certainly wouldn't be on the forefront of our minds. However with cold weather and a lack of other ramen options nearby, we may give it a shot down the road. Though I certainly feel like making the trip to Jinya would be better time spent.

I ordered the bao because it used to be the star of the show for me. I still remember the way they were fried on one side before, with that golden crisp that added texture and soul to every bite. This time the bao arrived soft and much smaller than I remembered. The flavor was fine, but the magic was missing. It felt like the memory of a painting that has faded over time. I do want to say that the staff were kind and welcoming. They suggested a hibachi special, which I was not interested in, but they made the attempt to guide my order.
