My finance was able to find Sherwin and called him and he said he would be able to fix it THAT DAY! We got a tow truck to take us to his shop and he drove all the way to tillamook to pick up a battery and alternator for my car and once he got back he worked on it for a couple of hours and got everything back up and even noticed my oil was low and put more oil in my car. He was super sweet to us and even helped a handful of other people who had a flat tire while we were there. Not to mention it was Sunday morning when we had called him and he was in the middle of his breakfast and stopped to help us out along with other people who came across him. While four other auto service departments in Tillamook would not even talk to me, Jacob at 24/7 not only took the time to look at my car but realized it was just a fuse and replaced it in under 5 mins at no charge. As a single woman with her dog coming in with absolutely no clue what was wrong with the air conditioner, I could've easily gotten taken advantage of and I had completely expected to pay a lot of money to get the air conditioner running before heading home. We received great service from Lincoln City towing, after skidding on black ice and landing flipped…read moreover in a ditch (car completely totaled) just off Hwy 101, my mother called Lincoln City Towing and was helped as soon as safely possible. Due to driving conditions it was not safe for the towing truck to come out, but they came as soon as possible, which is just the nature of having to get towed, it's a safety issue. Keith helped my mom out, and she says he was sure of himself, confident, and put her at ease regarding the nature of her tow, given that it was a wreck and they had to flip it, not just a regular tow. Willy met us at the LCT salvage yard and was very helpful in determining what we could save from the car and what we couldn't, because of insurance adjuster stuff. The yard itself was very safe, with an electronic fence and a surveillance camera. He even helped us get the plates off the car, as they're still valid for another year. Overall, were very pleased with how taken care of we were and happy to have the car off the road and into good hands.

Today…read morethey had hired a woman who was very odd speaking, erratically in the car and saying many negative things about auto club and every single person she had picked up for towing emergencies. In the process, she damaged my car she damaged my door and left two nicks in the metal part of the door in the process by putting my car up on a flatbed and not securing it properly and hitting into a post with the door. Thankfully, auto Club( AAA) is probably going to cover everything but damaging someone's car isn't a joke, especially when they're calling for a tow truck and all they had was a flat tire I didn't need a broken door that did not close right. When you have a nice car, you don't expect it to get damaged by someone who should not even be working in this position. The company did not offer any compensation and pretended to act as if they had nothing to do with it. To be honest, I could file a lawsuit in Lincoln City and they would have to pay if auto Club was not handling it there would be no problem with that I'm a business owner too and I will have no problem taking anyone to court. She purposely did not have me sign but AAA has all details on file and it's documented. I would NEVER trust this company again nor would I use them and I am making sure that auto Club knows exactly what they have put me through. Please protect yourself. Do not use this company!!!
