I wish I can say I will never use your Company again but I Live-in this town .. I even called early gave my info called again to let you know I was at my Location.. than a hour and 10 minutes I called to ask what was happening... they called me told me 30 min 5:45 they called me said that the lazy driver didn't find my Location ... I called AAA at 4pm and they said Lincoln city towing was coming in an hour. Nope. I called again and they said he would call me(the driver) when he was on his way, A hour later I called again and the AAA lady this time) said they were all tied with with other stuff but were still coming. Called lincoln City towing my self and they said I had to call AAA. I did they said they would call (the driver). At 7pm I called Lincoln city towing and they said they had 'No Record of the call" and were closed (note the open 24hour ad). called back AAA and they said that could not be and would have a supervisor call me back. A Half hour later I called my man friend who came with his truck and a chain when AAA fianlly called and said they had a tow truck that was coming from another town and it would be at least 45m. I told her my friend was there with a chain and would tow me home. read more

My friend totaled her car and was towed by LC Towing. The towing charge was sizeable but Willy there was sympathetic to her situation (she has leukemia and lymphoma) and greatly reduced the charge for her. He is one of the nicest people you could ever meet and really helps the locals. I highly recommend their towing service. read more

Whoever the mid-to-late twenties male with brown hair and facial hair is who was driving the red Lincoln City Towing truck on 2/11/17 around 4:20/4:25 pm needs a firm talking to about courteous driving. I pulled out of Boiler Bay and headed towards town. The speed limit at this point was 35. I was going 40. LCT truck flew up on my rear and proceeded to drive so close to the back of my vehicle that I couldn't see most of the front of his truck - not even his license plate - only grill. He continued this until we turned left in town - and was so close when I stopped to wait to turn left on our street that I thought he was going to hit the back of my car. There should be disciplinary action for this type of driving while on his job. Absolutely uncalled for and unacceptable. read more

We received great service from Lincoln City towing, after skidding on black ice and landing flipped over in a ditch (car completely totaled) just off Hwy 101, my mother called Lincoln City Towing and was helped as soon as safely possible. Due to driving conditions it was not safe for the towing truck to come out, but they came as soon as possible, which is just the nature of having to get towed, it's a safety issue. Keith helped my mom out, and she says he was sure of himself, confident, and put her at ease regarding the nature of her tow, given that it was a wreck and they had to flip it, not just a regular tow. Willy met us at the LCT salvage yard and was very helpful in determining what we could save from the car and what we couldn't, because of insurance adjuster stuff. The yard itself was very safe, with an electronic fence and a surveillance camera. He even helped us get the plates off the car, as they're still valid for another year. Overall, were very pleased with how taken care of we were and happy to have the car off the road and into good hands. read more

My goddaughter totalled my car, so I had it sitting in front of my apartment covered by a tarp until I could afford to pay for repairs. The landlord felt, justifiably, that it was an eyesore. So my partner called to have it towed to my storage space. We were given a 90 minute estimate, which is totally reasonable on a Sunday. However, because it was Sunday, I felt we needed to use the time to run an errand. Most stores close early on Sunday. The tow truck arrived sooner than we expected, so my partner and I were not back from running errands. My roommates took it upon themselves to interact with the driver. So the driver got confused, thinking THEY were the owner. My roommates also gave the driver the wrong drop off location. I didn't know any of this, as I was stuck in tourist traffic. I only found out when I got a text from my roommates asking me to call the company because the driver wasn't at the storage place. Despite all of this, the tow truck driver was amazing. He realized he was dealing with the wrong person when I called and gave him the correct drop off location. I asked him to wait for me (as I was the owner and the one paying), and he was was completely flexible. He was also personable and very, very good at his job. He and his partner had my car backed into the space in one try, despite the fact that it didn't run. This company is affiliated with AAA. If I ever need towing again, I will be calling Lincoln City Towing. read more

I am a caregiver who had taken my 96 year old client to the coast for a holiday. My car broke down right as we were heading back home to Portland. I called AAA and they sent over Lincoln City Towing. They showed up super fast and the driver (pretty sure his name was Ben) was so helpful (it's not easy getting a 96 year old up into a tow truck) and accommodating and friendly--hardly batted an eye at having to tow us all the way back to Portland from the coast! It ended up being quite a fun little adventure. Use these people when you are in need! They are eager and happy to help ( and judging by some of the stories he told us--no job is too big!). Our day could have been a disaster, but it ended up being relatively stress-free and kind of amusing. THANK YOU!!!! read more

LCT showed up quicker than expected and, instead of just throwing my car on the tow truck, they took a couple hours to actually fix it. Worst ever customer service. My car caught fire today and myninsurance roadside assistance dispatched lct to come tow my car home and let us ride back with them. I called the office to nmake sure ok for 3 adults and 2 dogs to ride back. I was told yes no problem. They showed up 30 minutes late. Guy said dogs had to ride in my car on the flat bed with the smoke fumes. He then messed up the cable on his truck so couldnt load my car. Left back to town to get new truck said back in 30 mins. 45 minutes passed and I got a call from my insurance saying Lincoln City Towing canceled the call. They didnt bother to call me and say they were no longer coming. Horrible customer service especially when someone has been traumatized by having your car catch fire while you are so far from home. Additionally I called the office back a couple times to get updates when the guy was late and was told he would be there any minute which was actually 30 minutes. When the guy left to go get another truck I called the office again to say that after being told ok for the dogs and 3 adults the guy was trying to make my dogs ride in the smoke damaged car on the back of the flatbed and that was not acceptable. I was very emotional at the time and was met with bad attitude from the driver, the dispatcher and ultimately the manager when I called to file complaint about being left stranded. read more
