However, the self-service laundry aspect has gone down hill. Prices have gone up (again), and to justify it, more machines are out of order?! I've been standing next to a locked washer now for a half hour waiting for the machine to unlock with my clothes drained of water, but it just keeps spinning on wash mode. The attendant (who are all usually on their game and present) has seemingly disappeared. I've now spent $15.75 for one load of wash and it's STILL IN THE WASHER. The machine will not unlock and allow me to get my clothes. I'm sorry Ocean, but this lack of service made me lower my review to two stars.

He started raising his tone and said I can look where ever I want I'm the owner. I told him I understood but you're looking at me very aggressive. I then asked the big and tall women that was at the reception with him if I can have the owners number or corporate and the older men with salt and paper facial hair engaged and wanted escalate the situation more then what it needed to be. It took me under 3 hours total for two of the 6 load washers, and one of the 4. The dryers were spacious so I ended up only needing two (there's a fill line they ask you adhere to). In total, I think everything came to under $35 which is a steal considering the machines were clean and beyond efficient. There's vending machines with snacks and refreshments. There's machines with everything you'd need for your laundry. There's space to fold your laundry as well. The gals working there were sweet, funny, and helpful for a first-timer. I'm sold!
