They brought a titos and sprite. He was nowhere to be found, we went to the bar to correct it. 20 minutes later we asked about bread, 30 minutes later we received our cold food. The same friend's order was incorrect, and then she was told they were out of it. Literally every portion of her order was wrong, and he never addressed it once. Nor did he ever once check on the table. Though he was quite quick and communicative with the two tables near us. In fact they were in and out three times faster than us, and we were sat first. We ordered the porterhouse. This was thin, dry and cold. The picture couldn't look good even if AI took a stab at it. Then we waited for the check, there were only two tables left in the place as they were closing, but David was again nowhere to be found. We had to ask. Overall, very poor customer service and quality which was sad, because we left the casino we were staying at to come here. Luckily the casino itself was a fun time, even if this meal was not. One star down, because they allow smoking in the building. Absolutely hate it. The evening trip was smoke everywhere. Interestingly, the next morning, there was very little scent of smoke remaining, so their AC puts in work. They were also replacing doors and equipment, and repairing areas to keep it in good condition. Half of the casino floor was closed off for some reason in the morning, likely remodeling or cleaning. I like a clean facility. They seemed to do a good job at cleaning as there weren't any glass cups or other trash hanging out. Security folks were nice, and very efficient. We weren't able to get on the black jack tables, too crowded the first night for the minimum we wanted to play at, or too few tables the next morning. So we hit some slots. Parking is easy. Garage and lots are available. Personally prefer the garage for the ease. We went to the Saltgrass restaurant on the premises, it had absolutely awful service. I won't take that out on the casino, it will get it's own review. Will definitely be back to the casino again. Always a good time, especially with the right people.

Everything was well orchestrated from the moment we needed a reservation. We played golf earlier in…read morethe day and were unsuccessful booking a dining reservation so when we asked the bartender that afternoon for assistance, she was prompt to ask for our contact information so that the host could connect with us later. Surely enough as promised, Emily called us to confirm our reservation request. When we arrived, we were notified it would be small wait to guarantee a table was ready (a very short time might I add so it was no trouble at all). While the host was away, at least 3 other staff members, including a chef, stopped to ask us if we needed assistance. As former service industry workers, we were very impressed by the level of hospitality that was consistent and very present throughout our entire dining experience. There was a very thorough support system shown amongst the staff and it was very refreshing to witness. Isaiah was our server and was so wonderful. We were already excited about our evening based on the menu we previewed prior to arrival but his offerings and notes helped to seal the deal. He was not rushing but rather allowing us time to enjoy and take in the beautiful evening together. He was very attentive, friendly and provided some fun humor as well. The softer ambiance of the restaurant was a nice break from the lively atmosphere of the casino. You actually forget where you are and it's a nice spot to be adults for a little while.
