I normally clean my own gutters but had been out of town for business and the first big rain was on the way. I contacted a few companies as I was looking to get someone out the same day and knew that could be tough. John called me as soon as he opened and said he couldn't guarantee me today as of yet but would call me back. He called back within an hour and told me his tech Sean would be at my house in an hour and he was. Sean was very professional and freindly. Got busy and knew what he was doing. I also had a downspout that was clogged and he took that apart to unclog it as well. Sean finished up and cleaned up and left. He was great. I may use them to hang my Christmas lights? These guys are amazing! Had a huge party at my house. The afternoon before, I realized I could not see out my windows. Called hoping but not expecting they would be able to do it on such short notice. Boy was I wrong, they we out to my house in a few short hours and did an amazing job! So impressed with the job they did! They sent me a YouTube video of the vent before and after...very state of the art! They left the vent and the laundry room spotless! Lighthouse crew just left and once again they did a fabulous job! The windows are so clean you don't even know there is glass between you and the flowers in the garden! They also power washed the patio (first time I've had that done) and the difference is remarkable! I also had them clean the gutters and a clogged drainpipe - rainwater used to cascade over the gutters because the pipe was clogged. It's a long story how I came to find out about Lighthouse window cleaning. I basically ran out of gas near the owner's house because my gas gauge was on the blink and of course I forgot me cell phone. John noticed me and asked if I needed to use a phone and gave me some spare gas to make it to the gas station. I thanked him and said I would be back to pay him for the gas. Nick came over to my house yesterday to clean dryer vent that I thought was clogged. My gas dryer was smelling of gas inside the unit so I thought it was the vent. Nick showed me the dryer vent with his camera and it wasn't that bad, but I had him clean it anyway. He also checked my gas lines leading out of the dryer for leaks just in case and found none. He did a great job and gave me a lot of tips on how to check if my vent is clogged in the future. But the most amazing thing he did was after he left my house he saw a PG&E worker a couple of houses down. He asked if the worker could come check my dryer for a gas leak. Nick goes above and beyond and really cares about his clients. What a top notch guy! I would highly recommend him. read more
