Great experience. Austin and John Jr. arrived ahead of schedule to wash my windows. I asked if one of them would mind getting up on the roof to blow the leaves off, as I'm a wuss about heights. I even left my blower down below for them to use, not thinking they'd have one with them. Within minutes, John Jr. was on the roof with his own gas blower, going after the leaves. I told him not to worry about the leaves that blew onto the deck below, that I'd take care of those, but a few minutes later, there he is- blowing all the leaves off the entire (large) back deck. They had my windows looking invisible after washing them- I'd never seen my windows look that good, and they were very personable and friendly. Just had my inside/outside windows, tracks and screens cleaned and very pleased with the work...highly recommended. They are reasonable, very thorough, efficient but not rushing through the house, wear booties inside, and wipe/vacuum out tracks. They have a crew for the outside and another for the inside. On a recommendation from a friend we had Lighthouse Window Cleaning come out this past weekend to clean our windows. Andrew & Dave showed up right on time, examined the house and confirmed the estimate (which was lower than they originally thought) and time necessary to do the job. In our previous home, I had the dryer vent professionally cleaned every year due to the complicated pathway the vent took from the dryer to the outside vent.In October of 2016 we purchased a new home and hired Nick to clean the dryer vent system. The previous owners lived in the house for 14 years and did not know that you need to clean out the vent and not just the lint catcher. The pipe goes from the dryer through the roof and was a delicate job because of the cement roof tiles. Nick did an excellent job and the camera view was helpful. As the owner of the company, Nick takes pride in a job well done and making customers happy. We are very, very happy with his workmanship and professional attitude. And, he was a nice guy! Lighthouse Window Cleaning arrived right at 9:00 AM as scheduled and washed all my exterior windows (they even took one of the screens to repair it) and cleaned out my gutters. John trimmed some tree branches that were extending over the gutter as well as removing old construction debris that past cleaners had missed in the gutters. Their cleanup was impeccable. What an honest man. I thought I would need my dryer vent cleaned as it had been 14 years; he got up on the roof, took a picture of the vent, and showed me the picture and how it was actually pretty clean. That saved a lot of money. :) I DID have him clean the back of my very old dryer (it was awful!) and he's going to come back and replace my smoke alarms (which are also 14 years old).
