The price was higher than we expected but he could start relatively soon and be completed within a few months which were key decision criteria for us. We read many positive customer reviews, and similarly, our first impression after meeting Frazee was also very good. Unfortunately, our experience was not as we expected and was legally settled. We took photos along the way to share concerns we had with quality. Some of the items were corrected by Frazee after feedback was provided, other items were not. Additionally, our hardwood floors were damaged by chemicals on a worker's shoes. The new contractor we hired to complete the porch required Frazee's work to be inspected before beginning their work. Frazee's work failed inspection by both the Town of Brownsburg Building Commissioner and by an independent structural engineer requiring it to be torn out and rebuilt. Thankfully, our new contractor was simply outstanding and the project was completed without a single piece of feedback or any concerns from us!

She also misrepresented plants she was attempting to sell me. The landscaping fabric used for a rock bed was very low quality, and Rubin admitted it wouldn't last. The crew rushed the job -- plants were placed incorrectly, holes weren't dug properly, and we ended up replanting about 20 ourselves, including large 7-gallon ones. Beds were barely weeded -- just covered with mulch. I was hoping to save some wear and tear on my body. Apart from all the digging I had to do to correct the poor quality installation, I continue to weed what is now popping through the mulch. We asked for a rate adjustment and were offered $100 off.
