I really hope my review helps someone out there. I cannot speak on his work with phones, but I will say that I recommend you not bring your iPad here. I am not the only one with this experience, so this was not a fluke. Please, spend the extra money and just have Apple fix it. I brought my iPad in to have a cracked screen replaced and it was far from a "same day service with OEM compatible parts". After 3 months of John continually worsening my iPad*** (and once not knowing where him or my iPad were because I wasn't notified that he changed locations), we finally settled on him providing me a refund and a replacement iPad "in a few days to a week", but I didn't receive one for an additional 3 weeks. I must note that I only received a replacement iPad because I decided to find one for myself. I hadn't heard from him for two weeks, so I went to his office where he lied to me about one being "ordered and on its way". When he was unable to provide me a tracking number, he admitted that he never ordered one, hence me taking over and finding an iPad for myself. ***Every time I received my iPad back "fixed", the screen was still cracked internally and there were additional issues with it. First the iPad had glue all over it and the home button was glued down so I was unable to press it (screen still cracked but he blamed that on the digitizer needing to be replaced). Then when the new home button was installed (and it was lopsided) I wasn't told that I would lose the thumb ID capabilities because it was not an OEM compatible part (screen still cracked with the new digitizer installed but now there was lint and dirt underneath), but what was worse was that the screen kept lifting up so much that I could see all of the hardwiring underneath. My fabric iPad case was given back to me dirty and lastly, I later discovered on his website that at some point a child was handling my iPad because I recognized my home screen photo in the picture she was posing in with it. There are so many other things that I will spare because this is already long enough, but again, just spend the extra money and take your iPad to Apple. read more
