The employee David asked for my son's pass code which is shady and security risk and also said I should not turn on "maintenance mode" which is for Samsung phones for security and privacy when getting repairs done. All of this has been super shady and dishonest. Then he lied saying he told me on the phone it was not official parts... which is a lie because he did not and the law still says it has to be in writing. Seems they have shady cons going on here. When I got the phone back 30 minutes later with new screen, it definately was not as good as the original one. It has lower refresh rate and the colors are a bit off. I asked about it, and they said that the most of the people won't even notice it. Then I asked is this OLED screen like the original one and they said it is not and it is actually LCD screen. I told them that this was not what I was expecting and they said that they can but the old broken screen back if I want or I have to pay extra 85 usd to get the OLED screen. They ended up giving me a free screen protector as compensation, but the whole thing still annoys me. So because of all the misinformation and I would say lying, I cannot recommend them really to anyone.
