And they came out first opportunity early in the day. The cause was the receptacle on the wall had a wire that was marginally connected. So in time with current heat, causing expansion and contraction of the wire it loosened. They reconnected the wires onto the screw connectors. They diagnosed the problem and were in an out in less than 30 minutes. AND, when they say they will be here at a certain time, they are. The job was never completed, parts of the lighting were left tangled around wiring, and their ladder remained at my house for weeks. I repeatedly called, texted, and emailed Anthony trying to get the work finished and received little to no communication. Anthony did respond once, but after promising to return the following week, he stopped responding again and I've never heard from him. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly before posting a review. Unfortunately, the project was left unfinished and communication was extremely poor. The ladder is still left in my yard after months and cords and project not completed.
