First off, I think it's great when a locally owned business supports it's community. I'm not a coffee drinker but I made it a point to try them out to support them and their generosity for a local family (#TEAMDUSTIN). The Revitalize drink was delicious! I had my 3 year old daughter with me and wanted to buy 2 drinks to support the cause. The gal at the window suggested making my daughter's drink with club soda instead of the energy stuff (thank you!!!) and also added some cream to make it taste like an Italian soda. She loved it! Decided to stop by here in the morning for an iced Americano. Coffee was made way too sweet. I couldn't even drink it. Plus they charge more than Starbucks for a smaller drink??? Seems ridiculous. I've been here three times now. So far I have only had excellent drinks and service. The Smokin' Mocha (a mexican spiced mocha) is one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. Just go for it. You won't be disappointed. read more

I love drip coffee but hate Americano. This place has drip ready to go, I would call it average to weak. Definitely not worth the $3+ they charge for a large. Aside from slightly high prices. The staff has always been very very friendly. When they first opened they would have my order ready. So prices for the quality I give 3 stars. Customer service and the way I'm treated when I go. 5 stars. Unless their drip roast gets darker and the price goes below Starbucks, I have no reason to continue to come back. read more

Not the best coffee in Kennewick, but not the worst. Coffee was sub-par, staff was nice enough, but the pricing is a bit high for the quality. Plus: they have a parking lot, so you can park and chat if you'd like after going through their little drive through. Hopefully next time will be better, since we tried it right after they opened, and they were probably just getting used to running smoothly. read more

This review is for the Richland location. After 4 tries, I Will not go back. The drink I get is great. (Fire & Ice). It's the customer service that is turning me away. First time I went the lady working was very nice. Second time I pulled up too the window to recieve a death look from a different lady who was obviously very annoyed I was there. Third time I went service was fine. But this morning was the last straw. The lady who took my order was very nice. But when the guy who made my drink handed it to me he says "There you go", and turns back and starts talking to everyone. Didn't get a thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. Customer service goes a long way with me. It doesn't matter how much I like something, if I'm treated like that, I will not be back. read more

This place is great!I have been to countless coffee places and this is one has the coffee I like they way I like it.LOL.Also they are so cool it's like they know exactly what you want.I only purchase the Americano but it taste exactly the same every time so I know it is made properly and without variation unlike some other places.They don't bring an overwhelming amount of funk into your vehicle when they greet you either.I give it 5 stars for excellent service and originality. read more

My buddy used to go to this place pretty often. I went with him one time and the service and the coffee was great. I decided to swing by and pick up coffee for myself and my buddy before work today. I wasn't impressed with this visit at all. The service sucked, I could barely hear the cashier and she seemed like she had better things to do and the coffee was way to sweet. When I gave the coffee to my buddy thinking I was just over thinking, he agreed and told me he hasn't been going to firehouse either. If I'm going to pay over 10 dollars + tip for two coffees I expect a lot better. I'm not going back anytime soon and it's a shame because I would like to support local business'. read more

okay this is a hard one because the firehouse coffee in Richland is my absolute go to for everything they're my favorite they take excellent care of me I've never been through there nor have I ever send any of my co-workers there without excellent results they take care of us and make her drinks amazing the price is fantastic with that being said every time I come to the original one on Clearwater in Kennewick the drinks taste completely different and just now I'm a frequent flyer at the firehouse their energy drinks are half-off from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. not only that but they have a daily special that's $4 so after they make my drink and it comes to $13 I look at them like they're crazy I've never paid $13 at 5 during their happy hour price well the Burris a failed to tell me that apparently at the killer location their energy drinks which is energy the which I got does not include Lotus or spark then it precedes to overcharge me for a smoothie for my eleven-year-old daughter and instead of making it right just kind of says oh well and instead of giving me two punches on my stamp stamp card give me one stamp so I usually don't like to complain but I'm going to complain because it's kind of b******* when I drive from Benton City to the Kennewick Firehouse location and this is the kind of reception I get lesson learned I'll only go to the one in Richland they are amazing every single person that works there is fantastic I do not recommend the location on Clearwater read more

Great coffee! Service is ok. When you use a free card they use it on your cheapest drink now appatently. Ive been going here for a few years as they are right by my work and I have never had that issue until now. I feel like if they're going to do that they need to put it on their cards that it's the cheapest drink not just buy 10 get 1 free when getting more than 1 drink. They should really specify that on their cards so that you know not to use it when you're getting two drinks. Also the girl was not the friendliest when I asked her why it was the cheapest drink taken off. She even went so far as to compare themselves to Dutch Brothers. She said we take the cheapest drink off its always been that way. Which is not true as I've never had that happen before atleast not to me. She said were not Dutch Brothers otherwise you guys would take advantage of us. So I think it will be awhile before I return here. read more

My experience made me download the yelp app in the car while I was waiting for my drink. I pulled up, ordered my drink, and the girl looked at me and said, "wait.. what?" So I rearranged the wording, since I am no barista and apparently don't speak the correct lingo. The second time I ordered it, she said, "Haha ohhh, okay" then looked at her coworker, laughed, repeated my order in some completely different way, following up with: "hahaha I was like, what is she getting at?". Not only did she say this, but she said it while standing in front of me, loud and clear. Now, I've experienced annoyance with order etiquette from Starbucks when ever I order something and they say "Alright, so one *insert corrected drink verbiage here*, is that all for you today?" But at least they aren't laughing at you and insulting you in front of your face. I prefer to support local businesses but this was just unacceptable customer service. Point blank. read more
