Both the Temple and Belton locations are hit and miss for crust and toppings. The crust is what made Papa Johns really stand out, and we found no better product. However, when poorly executed, to the point that it is burnt, uneven, and sloppily presented, that leaves us to find another venue for pizza. At the Belton store, the person in charge was willing to refund our pizza two times in a row and acknowledged that "it depends on who is working" regarding the product. However, with that admission, to serve an unappetizing, burnt product that doesn't match the standard is poor service and management.
