However, after I explained that the problem was caused by the app and not something I had done, he suddenly changed his mind and said, "Actually, I won't be giving you a credit." I understand that mistakes happen, especially with an app, but it's pretty frustrating when the employee acknowledges the issue and offers a credit, only to take it back after you've explained what happened. However, when poorly executed, to the point that it is burnt, uneven, and sloppily presented, that leaves us to find another venue for pizza. At the Belton store, the person in charge was willing to refund our pizza two times in a row and acknowledged that "it depends on who is working" regarding the product. However, with that admission, to serve an unappetizing, burnt product that doesn't match the standard is poor service and management.
