Juicy with a hair pink. Not sure if that was intended or not. I have no problem with my burger that way but I know some who will not eat any pink showing. Fries were bland and I don't believe they seasoned them. The price for the experience is a bit high. Bottled drinks are over $3. Most of the menu items appear to be ala cart. Fries and drink extra which drives that cost up.

You can tell a lot of care and love goes into every smash. The honey mustard was excellent, though I wasn't as big a fan of the ranch (it had more tang than creaminess for my taste). The tater tots were crispy, salty, and had a perfect texture. Hands down, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time--and I travel quite a bit. Service was fantastic. The woman who brought our food (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly sweet and even gave my wife and me keychains as a thank you. They don't accept card tips, so be sure to bring cash for these hard-working folks. I'll definitely be coming back once a month. Highly recommend!

I was initially disappointed when I opened up my box because it looked like such a thin patty. I regretted not getting a double burger. BUT it turns out the sides of the patty are kind of just pressed thinner which made them nicely crispy and the patty really bulked up in the center. It ended up being a good balance of meat/bun and was the perfect amount of food for me. I ordered a basic cheeseburger, but was very interested in their specialty burgers and will branch out next time. The cheeseburger was exactly what you want in a burger. Great flavor, toppings were well-proportioned. My only complaint is the bun, and it's not reeeeaaallly a complaint. It was just very basic. It tasted like HEB burger buns, which are fine, but even just toasting the buns would have taken it up a notch. Unfortunately, their fryers were down when I visited, so I couldn't try the fries. They also had sliders on their online menu which I was VERY excited about because I love tiny burgers, but it turns out they've modified their menu a lot and removed the sliders and several of their sandwiches. I'm sure they had their reasons, but I was bummed. It was also a bit longer wait than I would have liked. They do grill their burgers to order, so I guess that's the explanation, but it was close to 15 minutes which just felt a bit long to me for a food truck.

The employee called me an inappropriate name and threw my food toward my vehicle, causing it to fall on the ground. I went inside to address the situation and try to understand what happened, but instead of receiving an apology or having the issue handled professionally, the situation was dismissed. I contacted management hoping they would take the complaint seriously, but I felt my concerns were ignored and the employee's behavior was defended. The situation escalated to the point where the police were contacted, even though I never threatened anyone or acted aggressively. A customer should never be treated this way, regardless of the circumstances. I expected basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I will not be returning and hope management takes this feedback seriously.
