I've been going to The Little Pantry in White City literally every day for months. I buy gas, propane, and food there regularly. I've always been friendly to the staff. But today was the last straw. One of the workers has been consistently rude and unfriendly toward me every time I've come in, no matter how polite I am. When I went to get propane today, he spoke to me harshly, didn't greet me, and treated me like I was an inconvenience. When I calmly asked why he always treats me that way, he acted defensive and dismissive. I went inside upset and asked to speak with the manager. Instead of listening to me or taking my concerns seriously, he brought the employee in, asked him if my story was true, and immediately took his side. I was told that no one else has complained, that there was nothing they could do, and that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. I was then told not to return and threatened with the police -- all because I voiced my experience. Being treated like this, especially as a woman alone just trying to get propane so I could heat my home, was humiliating and unnecessary. I did nothing wrong. I was polite, I was calm, and I was upset because of how I was spoken to. This store has lost a loyal daily customer because they chose to dismiss and disrespect someone who has supported their business for months. No one deserves to be treated this way. read more

Was told my money was fake when they refused to check it with the marker. I was told well unquote that I stink and that's what got me fucked up buy an employee. I go into the shop everyday and spend money and get treated like this over $100 bill they wouldn't even check if it was real that I had just recently got from the bank I will never be using this establishment again read more

I love lil pantry and was pretty excited when I moved to white city to make them my regular stop for gas and snacks but... the chick behind the counter couldn't let the guy pumping gas know we put $20 on pump 5 and when my husband came in to see what was going on she waited until he left the store and said if your kids are hot turn your a/c on. How do you work at a gas station and not know your car needs to be off when fueling up. Gotta go somewhere else for gas now cuz I refuse to shop where the employees talk shit about customers after they walk out the door. read more

They can even run a lottery machine, to get what people ask for. If they don't train these people the right way they will lose customers. Even in their deli-over cooked items. read more

This place is not a place I will ever be going back to I went into lil pantry for a interview and was automatically turned down because of my super small face tat and when I told him I would cover it up when I worked he told me they don't hire people with face tats but come to find out they recently had a female work for them who had a heart tattoo on her face. read more

I had ordered sandwiches at 9 in the morning. I needed them to be done at 1:15pm. I gave them my phone number. Went in on my lunch break to pick up sandwiches and they hadn't even started on them. Why didn't they call to let me know my sandwiches wouldn't be done? Why'd they take my phone number? I felt it was very rude. They decided to get three people to work on it, once I got there, but why couldn't it be done a half an hour before I got there or sometime inbetween? Fuel up, get a sandwich ... Petrol is fine just don't expect much from the 'food.' Do Mac's or Burgerking ...
