This smiski was marketed as 15.99 and they wanted to charge me 17.99 when the price was marked at 3 different places. They refused to honor their advertised price. I only got it because it was for my daughter. The girl at the register response was "well you dont have to get it for her." What kind of response is that?

Very LARGE SELECTION! From plushies to accessories to kpop to anime and more! The costs are typical but there are sales and the items are worth it.

My daughter is a huge kawaii/anime fan. I took her here as a surprise. As soon as she walked in she squealed with delight. They have the biggest collection of plushies, Sanrio merchandise and other fun things. Needless to say it's her new favorite store. I only wish they had shopping bags that match how cute the store is. Will be frequenting and ordering from their website!!

They have lots of kawaii, anime, KPOP stuff in here. You could waste a lot of time just roaming around checking out what they have, if you like this kind of stuff or while you wait to be seated at the next door Korean bbq restaurant called Iron Age. However, be prepared to spend a lot of cash. Their prices are pretty ridiculous. One anime keychain was almost $20. The 4-pack deco stickers I bought were $16. Combine these unnecessarily high prices with the subpar customer service and I present to you, a 3-star review.

This place is soooo adorable and sooooo expensive. Naturally appeals to both child and adult fans of many animated series. We weren't greeted upon entry, nor helped throughout our visit. Not sure if that's typical, as this was our first stop in.

Not as much as I hoped there would be. I came here looking for Hello Kitty stuff and didn't really find a lot of stuff. They had a lot of random knick knacks but some of the shelves are not stocked. They had a lot of squishy mallows. The prices are a little high but I get that they're in a shopping complex so that's expected.

12/22/19 JUST BECAUSE THEY SERVE YOU DOESN'T MEAN THEY LIKE YOU.

New, loaded with Sanrio stationary and gifts. Clean and open floor space makes this location stand out from the others.

Over priced, super small store. Although, I did like the music that they played. Oh and you're not allowed to touch anything‍

Ask the Community - Lil' Thingamajigs

    Do they sell seventeen albums?

    Yes!

    Do they sell phone cases?

    Yea, they do.

Everyone always talks about the prices, so I was wondering how much do the albums tend to be? I plan on taking a trip here and just want to be prepared.

not too sure, but i think around 20-30ish dollars. i know they had these really nice poster/scroll things for like 30- so i think albums might be around that price

And I'm certainly not one to say no to shopping... and Kimi knows me pretty well - so in we went. In this adorable little shop you'll find a bit of everything: From chic baby toys and gear, to Women's athletica, adorable spice recipe kits, dog treats, jewelry, natural deodorant, candles and so much more that I'm forgetting. The store is immaculately designed. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you're in a higher end boutique - but it's also not stuffy at all like some places. It's just highly curated with interesting unique products, and could be the absolute best place for stocking stuffers, small gifts, making a gift basket and also obviously splurging on yourself. I ended up getting some natural dog treats for the pup, and I almost splurged on some fancy balsamic vinegar. This splurge was for the pup, the next time I come in the splurge will be for me lol. Definitely worth stopping in. If you're someone who LOVES getting little treats and surprises for your friends and family this could be the perfect spot. The mix is eclectic and Kimi pointed out that they even sell this soap that was gifted to us for Latinx heritage month as it's a Latin owned soap company. I feel like it's the apothecary David would open if he was a woman.

Awesome hand lotions, hair perfumes, Turkish towels (I got a great grape [okay, just plain purple] and pink one that's got teal on the other side -- just beautiful and so soft, ooh, what luxury! Turkish towels are awesome because they take up less space and dry far more quickly than other, thicker towels, so of course they end up both smelling much better and being a lot more hygienic. The orange-scented hand lotion is super-luxe, too, with a rich creamy feel and excellent scent. I got the amber hair perfume. The rugs are really nice, with just enough texture balanced together with softness and sturdiness all together in one piece -- and there is an amazing selection of different colours of these area rugs available, all rolled up nicely in a cool basket. Speaking of baskets, they've got them! The baskets have a real beachy vibe and would be perfect for a day (or a week, or more!) at the beach. They're real sturdy and stand up well on their own, unlike some other floppier baskets or of course beach bags out there .... The baskets are also really good for shopping, too. There are cookbooks, fun cooking and cleaning supplies such as the never-before-seen-by-me ravioli-shaped sponges and oh-so-many things to explore, I wouldn't want to ruin it for you by telling you more! The person I encountered was super-helpful, friendly, nice, accommodating, etc. The parking is plentiful (At least it was when I was there.), and if you like pretty, flowery things, there is also a lovely gardening center just steps away ... plus lots of other stuff nearby to explore in Kensington! Very glad I stopped by! Only thing is: it's closed on Mondays. Oh, and I love the name, too! Olive & Loom -- even the name has texture and beauty in it .... A very 'Yay' type of find, indeed!
