It's a family business down to the china the meals are served on. The tea room is beautifully kept and inviting. Loved the sampler lunch with pimento cheese, chicken salad and cucumber dill sandwiches and great tomato basil soup too. Next time I will make sure to save room for dessert as well. I had iced tea but they had a very nice selection of Ahmad tea for hot tea. The owner and staff were absolutely lovely and even arranged a comfy little place next to our table for my friends baby boy to lie and play on while we ate. We enjoyed browsing the cute gift shop in the front of the building as well. Such a nice place to enjoy lunch and I look forward to going back!

This is the first time it has been used as a gift shop and tea room. Everything is authentic down to the antique plates, Silverware and stemware. Warm and cozy it's got country charm everywhere. Once you get to the back Tea Room you'll be given a simple menu to choose from and nothing on it is less than delicious. The hot tomato basil soup was served in a teacup. So cute!! With a generous portion of quiche for my main course, the side dish stole the show. The best broccoli salad I've ever eaten. I would highly recommend stopping by for a nibble and a shop. I would also recommend the peach tea and buttermilk pie. The menu may change as they repair their food fresh daily. You won't find food processors here, it's all done by hand with love.

The pastries are…read moreabsolutely gorgeous--artisanal, delicate, and made with a level of craftsmanship you rarely find outside of Europe. They don't offer gluten-free options, but they do use flour imported directly from France, which is very different from U.S. flour. According to the staff, no one has ever had an issue with gluten intolerance here, which makes their approach unique and worth noting. The coffee is just as impressive. I always judge a coffee shop by its Americano, and Stella's passes the test--smooth, bold, and simple, the way it should be. Overall, a beautiful little French bakery with pastries that are almost too pretty to eat (almost ) and coffee that makes you want to linger a little longer. A gem for Livingston!

The pastries had a gorgeous presentation and delightful flavors to match. The crusts for the quiches were perfection. The pastries we tried had an incredibly fresh croissant texture and wonderful flavor. The coffee blend and tea blend were delightful. Our only critique was that the Quiche Lorraine was a little saltier than we prefer. We're visiting from Atlanta but hope to get by here at least one more time and try more menu items before we return home.
