Initially, I wondered how good avocado toast could be, especially given that it looked so plain in pictures. I could see the rage over it -- taking a bite of it felt like swimming in the generous pool of light and perfectly well-seasoned/creamy avocado, spiced with a touch of salt/pepper, and topped with a halved cherry tomato. Not to mention, the wheat bread was thick, crispy, and soft, which wrapped it altogether. Their matcha tea (with oat milk with no added sweetener) was well-balanced -- not too punchy/bitter and not too unsaturated. Service was great; I felt welcomed and cordially spoken to. Their packaging felt like a nice, well-presented gift was handed to me. Relaxing jazz music filled the air and calmed my early morning. Who knew walking into a cafe could feel like a spa? I'd definitely come back.
My wife and I were lounging on a Tuesday off and wanted some afternoon coffee/tea. I had seen Whose Coffee on Yelp and figured it was time. Staff was pleasant and professional. He recommended the light roast for the pour over. My wife had the chai latte unsweetened. We had seats at a comfortable table. Great vibes from the sunlight pouring through the front window! Moments later, our drinks were brought over to us in real mugs. Always a plus! The aroma from the chai latte was incredible! The best cinammon! My wife loved the chai latte, great flavor even without sweetener added. The pour over was served at optimal temperature and was smooth and flavorful! Will definitely return!
Little cafe with warm and friendly service. A little dark towards the back, so we sat at in their cute windowsill. Flat white and latte were just right and their lox toast had tons of salmon. I wish the bread was a little more well toasted but that's about it.
Got the pistachio cold foam iced latte. It was very tasty and with a tad bit of sweetness. Might need to grab sugars if you like it sweet. Service was fast, and ambience was nice as well. They have seating inside where you can enjoy your beverage while doing some work, not loud.
I found this fantastic cozy coffee place in Englewood today. I had Dr's appointment early morning and then I need some breakfast.... Of course!!! Well, my server was so kind, helpful and with a relaxed pace which I appreciated, also the Barista... They were checking the tables all the time to clean them or help the customers I enjoyed the avocado toast and an Americano today! Avocado was great and Americano was lovely: great temperature and taste!!! Price $$ ...total was 17.47 tips included All the restaurant was so clean and tidy ( also the restroom) Can't wait to come again and try their pastries , other drinks and sandwiches Great job congrats team!!!
More like a 3.5 rating. I really wish the drinks could live up to the cozy atmosphere of this cafe... I've tried four and I only liked one of them. Iced Shaken Bom Bon 1/5 - This is similar to Starbucks' brown sugar shaken espresso. I had WAY too much ice in mine, so much that I could barely put my straw in and manage to get a sip. 80% ice, 20% shaken foam. Hot Mocha Latte 3/5 - I've had a lot better. It tasted more like burnt chocolate milk. Hot Macchiato 2/5 - They only serve their macchiato in a traditional size, but what I got was a 3 oz cup only filled 1/4 with espresso..... Iced Peach Green Tea 4/5 - The best one out of the four. I mean... can you really mess up brewed tea? Maybe it's dependent on the barista, but man, I was disappointed! Drinks are $5-$7, so it's not cheap. I also got the turkey sandwich. Skip the food here. It's just your standard sandwich you can make at home from grocery store ingredients. Not worth $10. On the plus side...I've been to a lot of cafes in the area and this is one of the best spots for working, studying, or reading. It's just SO COZY and CALM. They play classical music. They have reliable wifi, sofas, couches, and a decent amount of seating. I love that they have a bookshelf with some literary classics! Most people come with their laptops to work/study and they're respectful and mindful of one another. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Maybe I'll just stick to their teas or maybe I need to try more...
Wanted to try something different and found Whose Coffee in town. What a nice little cafe: it's small, it's quiet, and it's a great place to get some work down while you enjoy a refreshing drink. I ordered the Iced Matcha Latte and loved it.
What a great place. Calming environment; classical music playing subtlety in the background. I got a larger iced latte with oat milk and rose syrup; could have used more rose but nothing wrong with how it was. Husband got a large iced latte with oat milk and a spicy cheese palmier. I took a bit, I loved it - felt the heat. Husband liked it, but claims he didn't feel the heat haha. The staff were quite polite and served our items quick. Highly recommend.
Great quiet spot to work or have coffee with a friend. The coffee is amazing and so is the company. I have met people here every time I came in. Make sure you join their rewards program for a free coffee once in a while. Only down side for me is that they don't have any gluten free food options... so I come here for the first part of the day and have to break for lunch. It's busy in the am and gets quiet around lunchtime.

Cute little coffee shop in downtown Englewood. Got a pumpkin spice latte. It was perfect. Not to sweet but you can still taste the fall. They warmed up the almond croissant. It was perfect. The guy behind the counter was very professional. They have one little table outside if it's a nice day or you have your pup with you.
I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. It's probably the best coffee shop in Englewood. They have a ton of options. The barista was super nice and helped me decide between iced or hot coffee. 1) Great coffee - very smooth and not bitter. Really friendly staff and a simple, clean, minimal vibe in the shop. Definitely the kind of place I would bring a laptop to to get some work done. I really loved the amount of iced coffee and tea options they had (a whole separate board -- not common with smaller coffee shops, in my experience). The iced coffee was delicious and smooth, I drank it black. Street parking only, but I was able to find that without a problem, even on a busy day in town. Welcome to the neighborhood!
Really nice and quiet cafe. I would definitely come here and work if I had to be on my laptop a lot. Very quiet and peaceful modern atmosphere. I ordered a small cappuccino and a blueberry pastry which was delicious. I enjoyed every bit of my drink and the pastry. Service was fast and barista was very nice. I would come back here again next time I am in the area for the same stuff. Worth a try if you're craving any type of caffeinated beverage. Pastries all look great as well. read more

What a cute coffee shop! If you go towards the back of the cafe there's some comfy chairs and more seating - it's fairly calm and quiet here which is great for WFM, studying and more. I ordered an iced coconut latte with almond milk (milk is unsweetened which is a plus in my opinion!) and it was tasty -- smooth, not bitter or overly pungent. Service was great - welcoming, friendly and willing to help me figure out wound of beverage I wanted since I have a wide range I enjoy from lavender lattes, matcha to coconut and americanos. read more

I came for a boxing class and stayed for a cozy cafe and a cup of coffee! This place is great to meet up with a friend or to come solo! Sit an chill, read a book! There's amazing light from the front window in the mornings! And the back is cozy like a living room! The staff are real baristas! I came a little early but was still welcomed in to sit and relax, while they set up! Great service! And good genuine vibes! They have a medley of new trendy drinks like matcha! The pastries are gorgeous and oversized! I love the welcoming neighborhood design with the names of customers on the wall which adds texture to this minimalist coffee shop! read more

I was surprised to see a new coffee shop in Englewood! The owner stated that they are just getting to their six months of opening. What a super cute coffee shop. They have a big but classic drink menu with hot and cold drinks, pastries that looked yummy and other snacks for sale. I ordered a hot vanilla oat latte and a cortado. Both were good and got the job done. The atmosphere is light and airy with a good amount of seating and good for socialization and work study. read more

This place is very cozy and nicely arranged. There is a wide variety of venerate choices and a couch in the back if you are lucky enough to snag a seat. There's a small selection of books in a cub too, which is convenient if you are looking to stay a while. I will definitely be revisiting! read more

Whose Coffee is a cute, minimalistic, relaxing space with two very friendly owners. The coffee was delicious and we did try a few as they were having a promotion. Americano can be quite bitter but theirs was smooth. Will definitely be back for more coffee! read more

i was visiting the area and spent a week working remotely at whose coffee in the mornings. the cafe was so comfortable to work in and was decorated for the holidays/lunar new year. everyone was so friendly! the baristas are experts and made my drinks exactly to my taste! over the week, i tried the white peppermint mocha latte, raspberry hot chocolate, campfire latte (hot and iced), black sesame latte, iced mocha latte, and the iced matcha latte. i had them all with oat milk. i liked the iced mocha latte the most, but the hot drinks were perfect for the cold weather at the beginning of the week. the pastries were really good! they had sweet and savory options. i also tried the vegetarian sandwich, which i would get again if i was staying longer for sure. thank u for making me feel so welcome while i was here! ill definitely come back. read more

My wife and I come here almost every week. It's our favorite cafe! The owners are kind and friendly, and they are the actual baristas, compared to most other cafes where some young teen handles your coffee with much less care. The vibe is like a cosy home with intimate jazz music in the background playing softly (not too loud). When you buy your coffee, you have the option of tipping them using the touch pad. Make sure you tip them the largest amount (30%). These guys work hard and with so much care, and they deserve it! Totally love this place and wish there were more places like this where the owners run their business with so much thoughtfulness and love. read more
