She did an amazing job and they lasted a long time without a touch up. Fast-forward two years and now 2026 - on my birthday I was gifted to do my eyebrows again! Not only was I satisfied for the second time, I just did my touch up on Friday and I am beyond happy with the color , the shape, i am so pleased on how she made my eyebrows just totally make my face symmetry look amazing! I feel youthful- I feel Beautiful - and she's so wonderful, Nice, professional and pretty! She really enjoys what she does and does a great job at it ! I love her studio, it is located in a spa . Her room and the studio is always super clean . she always explains what she's going to do . Tram Dang also asks my opinion on what I would like. My girl is such an expert at her mapping, shape, Color and gentle touch (she did such a good job I told her I did not need the numbing cream this time ! ) that is how steady and soft her hand strokes are ! Out of all my experiences, Amanda's work has been the best because it has LASTED all this time without looking faded, blurred or worn down. With the first person who microbladed my brows at a different place in Santa Clara, it faded after 6 months and she said it was because my skin was too oily. With the 2nd place I got it done at (in New York), it lasted around 1-1.5 years and weren't even. With Amanda, my brows were even and lasted so long. They look natural. Originally she added more arch than I liked but adjusted it based on my feedback during the session when she did a sample sketch. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Amanda! The bad: I moved to SoCal so I'll have to fly back north to get any more services! But, my brows are so intact still that I might not need to for a long time! The interesting: She has artistic talents outside of brows and it translates/shows in her brow work!

As for me, I had my brows done four times at this one place and it had faded into a very ugly blueish grey color and it was horrible. I would always have to cover up the brows with makeup so it doesnt look so bad... But after the first session with Kate, i didn't have to do anything for them. The only reason why I came back for a touch up was because it's been a year and my brows need more life again. Hehe. & as the results, I am very satisfied with them! Also!!! The first time I went to Vanessa, I honestly didn't know what to expect--even though she patiently explained the entire process over the phone beforehand. She's the sister of a longtime friend of mine, and after seeing how amazing my friend's brows turned out, I finally took the leap for something I had wanted to try for years but was always too nervous to do. To put things in perspective, I'm not someone who dyes her hair, gets Botox, or does much in the way of cosmetic enhancements. So this experience was completely new territory for me. The actual procedure itself was totally fine. What caught me off guard was the healing process afterward--the peeling skin, the temporary darkening of the brows, not being able to wash my hair for two days, and avoiding washing my brows for two weeks. Even though Vanessa prepared me for it, I still struggled a bit with trusting the process! But once everything healed, I absolutely loved the results. Coming back for my second visit about a month ago was a completely different experience because I knew what to expect.
