Color application is good and I like the fact the acrylic is not built up so thick but breaking the skin on my finger tips and around cuticles with very aggressive filling is painful. Concerns over infection because I know new files are not used on each client. I'll go back in a pinch but I will keep looking for my go to place every two weeks because my manicurist quit due to family issues and I've been going to her for years.

I asked for a lavender color with a chrome finish, and he showed me one on the sample palette that looked like what I wanted. When my nails were finished, there was no chrome, just plain lavender. When I asked about it, David asked another employee and tried checking with others, but I felt more embarrassed in the moment and ended up saying maybe I was wrong. He then laughed, and I was already anxious about speaking up, so it made me feel uncomfortable. I left a tip because I panicked and just wanted to leave. Afterward, I felt really overwhelmed and ended up crying in my car. I understand miscommunication can happen, but I wish there had been better communication and customer service.

My pedicure was also very poorly done and the polish started chipping after only 4 days, even though I didn't do anything extreme like going to the beach or pool. For $115, this was definitely not worth it. Unless you have a specific technician you trust, I would not recommend choosing "anyone" here. The quality feels like Russian roulette! You don't know if you'll get someone good or not. My experience was more stressful than relaxing.

I was extremely disappointed with the removal of previous gel polish by Vickie and the…read moremanicure/massage. I was specific that I wanted the gel removed without a 'grinder.' I asked the manager when I made the appointment for the polish to be gently soaked off. He said yes that is ok. I arrived, stated again that request to hand remove the gel polish. Vickie said yes. Then after less than a minute of soaking Vickie grabbed the drill/grinder because she said the polish was too hard. I stopped her, she then scraped at my nail with a hard emory board scratching my skin. When it hurt, I asked her to slow down and be more gentle, she would start with the drill and complain it was too hard. So I told her that previous manicurist would soak the nails longer and gently scraped off off the polish. Anyway, she broke two nails and ended up cutting off weeks of growth. I will never step inside this location again.
