I love to get a good pedi and every time I go here I leave happy. The staff is friendly, although some don't speak English well they are all very nice. If that bothers you don't go. Personally, I love the opportunity to engage with people of different cultures. I can't emphasis enough how consistent they have been in doing a good job! I Love Lily Nails, Jenny and Vicky are my go to gals! I used to go to them at another salon and I was sad until I found them here at Lily. They are wonderful and the owner here is also so nice and kind. He is always laughing and going out of his way to say hello and to speak to all of the customers. The price is great and my nails are always perfect. I get gels on my nails and also for my pedicures. They last a long time, which is important as I don't have time to return as much as I should. I end up going about every 3 weeks on average and sometimes when I'm super busy I've gone as long as 4 weeks. Even though you can see that they've grown out at the base they do not chip at the tips. Clean, friendly and well priced this is a great spot with plenty of staff. I have been going to Lily nails for a while now and they never disappoint. I went today with a couple of friends and got a gel mani and a regular pedi. I do love that they do my mani at the same time as my pedi. I'm not big on spending hours getting my nails done. I'm guessing if you want them done separate they'll do that (I've seen that happen). They always ask before cutting or filing shorter. I prefer super short on my hands and they always get it right!!!! I went to this spa for a few years and the service has gone from great to worse. I've sat in a chair with my hands on the table waiting for my nail guy to get off his phone and chatting with the other employees. The owners wife filed my nails below the tip of my fingers and left 2 of them at such a dramatic slant, then argued saying they were straight and I had to go to another nails salon immediately after. After calling to complain to Michael, all I got was sorry. Too bad it went downhill, thankfully their are so many other good nail salons in the area. I got a darker blue gel mani and it was peeling within a week but apparently that's normal with darker colors? Had the WORST experience at Lily Nails yesterday. I took my 2 daughters to get their nails done for their birthday. My 8 year old daughter showed one of the nail technicians a pic of the way she wanted her nails, and she literally laughed at her, and said that she couldn't do it because her nails were too small. She showed the other technicians as well, as they all laughed at my daughter together. My daughter sat there in embarrassment!!!! We then showed her another pic and they laughed again, and said that she can put a sticker on her nails instead. I've taken my daughter to other nail salons that have done what she has asked for, the only reason why I took her to Lily's was because the other salons were busy, but that was the worst mistake of my life..I let the workers know that I was upset with the way they belittled my daughter, and I didn't appreciate them laughing at her. Never again will we be returning there. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. We left in disappointment, as they refused to do both my daughters nails. Her birthday got completely ruined. read more

Always a happy with my nails at Lily's. Normally see Andy for acrylics and he is a pro. My nails look perfect every single time. I really appreciate the consistency and he is quick too.. normally 30-45 minutes for a fill. LOVE that they offer a pedicure with all organic ingredients. Today I had the best pedicure with Vicky. Left there feeling so relaxed. She gave a really great massage and I love the cute design she did for me. Highly recommend Vicky, she did an awesome job. Here's how it went: Friend and I are in Paso for a girls' getaway and decide to get mani/pedis before seeing a chick flick. Everything seems normal and we pick our colors while they're filling the footspas. There are two women already getting pedicures and two other gals getting their nails done. We sat down and a nail tech started my pedi. My friend sat next to me and read a magazine while waiting for her manicurist to appear. And she waited. And waited. And. Waited. Almost an hour later, my mani/pedi was nearly done-- and no one had ever started my friends'. She decided to abort the mission, put her feet up to dry and went up front to wait for me. Not one employee ever said a word to her-- no apology, no nothing. Tho my technician was speaking Vietnamese to the other workers, clearly communicating some distress about the situation. We only got an apology as we left the shop-- "Sorry, we're short one girl today." Oh, and all of the gals who'd been there before me were *still* being worked on as we left-- and by then there were four women waiting.....Yikes! I think I got the only decent employee in the place. I haven't had my nails done in months. I went to three other places in paso, none could see me, so I drove around and found Lilly's. Walked in greeted with smiles by everybody and was taken right in. I got a manicure and a pedicure, both people who took care of me were really nice and talked to me the entire time, taking the time to get to know me, didn't rush or blow threw my time there. Usually I find things about my nails I don't like, like not going to the edge of my nail with paint, or one nail was longer than the other hand, I couldn't find a flaw in my nails or toes. Well came to this place after having a horrible experience with a nail place in SLO. Walked right in on a weekday around 5:00 and they were able to take me and my maid of honor right away. My friend needed to get a new nail polish on her toes and nails due to the last bad spot we went to and so they helped her to get the right color she wanted. Only small little thing was my nails were too long that they did. I asked them twice to shorten them, which they did, but I got tired of asking after the second time so I just left it. So many people want their nails long that they seem to think everyone does but there are a few select of us who don't. So maybe asking if we like the length should be a standard question before they continue on with the nails. Other than that, the ombré was great and they did a fine job. Everyone is very nice, and I love that they always have enough workers to take care of their customers, (most salons falsify how much availability they have, lure you in and make you sit on the pedicure seat for at least 20 minutes until someone attends to you; even when you make an appointment). I received a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I was very impressed with my gel manicure. I came in with a vision of what i wanted (a pink underlay with a gold glitter ombre over) and they were able to fullfill my vision. I had it on for 16 days and i went back to get a new gel set since my nails grew out. But the gel was still fully intact! My basic pedicure was very luxurious and they did not stinge on the foot rub time (extra kudos for that). My polish is also still intact and looks fabulous! They offer you water and make you feel comfortable. They have a huge selection of regular nail polish, gel polish and powder dip polish. Their pedicures are wonderful! Brand-new chairs, the place was squeaky clean, and my toes look great -- but by far the best thing was the foot/leg massage (I got the Deluxe pedicure). Love the new chairs, which have plastic liners in the tubs that are changed after each use. They also clean the tub also to sanitize. The whole place is kept very clean.
