I am a fish breeder, so this review is strictly for their fish section and customer services…read morerelated to fish. Like most other pet stores (especially regarding fish), it is hit or miss. For a while i brought fish here to trade for store credit and would use the credit to get new specimens to freshen the gene pools of my aquariums full of home bred and raised livebearers. Unfortunately, most of the fish i got from here ended up dying within a week or so. I am not sure if it is issues with bad genetics, stress, water chem etc.. All i know is i have established tanks full of a few hundred fish being born, raised and moved on at any time and the only fish i have that die are the ones I get from this store. I do have a healthy Bristlenose Pleco i got from here, and one stunning sailfin molly, so it is not all bad. However, i can say with confidence that 9/10 of the livebearers (swordtail, molly, guppy, platy) i get from here don't make it a month. It is really nice of them to offer credit for stock, (honestly it should be standard but not all stores do it) but unfortunately not only were the fish I was buying back unhealthy, the supplies/food i would buy from there was priced higher than i see elsewhere. Brenden and Cole are 2 really nice and friendly guys who care about the animals and the customers.

Too many sick and dead fish. Too little selection. The fish keeper would rather be on his phone…read morethan tend to the tanks or become more knowledgeable. I gave it a few visits over a period of 10 months. Same experience.

Ive been a bearded dragon mama for almost 6 years now and couldn't find a place with trustworthy…read morefeeder insects to save my life. I resorted to ordering online like many do, which always had some issue attached to it (died in transit, wrong size, wrong bug). About 2 weeks ago a website link popped up for Full house pets. I swung by there over the weekend, and wow. I was blown away by the stock they have. Not only do they have live feeders for most pets ( that you cant find anywhere else close by) , and accessories, but they also sell pets in store. Ive been to so many pet stores where they keep them in inadequate enclosures, but not Full House Pets! The enclosures are proper, the pets look healthy and happy. It made me consider adding to my beardie family. There was a girl working behind the counter in the reptile room, she was extremely knowledgeable. I was able to witness her educating some other customers who came in, she is professional and truly cares for the animals they've got. I have a dog as well who is on a very specific food brand due to allergy, and they've got that too! Signed up for the rewards program with them at check out :) I will be a regular customer here.

A really nice and big pet store…read more Id never heard of FHP before. Friendly staff, some cute critters, and great product lines. We have three Lovebirds. a small dog and some frogs and snails that we didn't need anything for. We enjoyed perusing as we love animals!
