I saw Tiffany for a consult and received Xerf and Pico. While it's still too early to see results, I would definitely go back for the office and service alone. First, the office is beautiful and so clean and calm. It definitely feels high-end, but it didn't feel snobbish. The people there were very warm and friendly. Tiffany was wonderful and met me right at my appointment time. She was attentive and answered all my questions. Best of all, she didn't try to push anything other treatments or upsell. While she did mention some other options later down the line, there was absolutely no pressure to get them down, and no pressure to sign up for any packages. The procedures both went smoothly and I had no bad side effects (but again, it's still too early to see results). The best part of Skin Select is that no one seemed rushed. I've been to other med spas where you feel like cattle, rushing you in and out. And I've been to other places where I've have to wait over an hour to see someone because they were just cramming as many patients as possible into an appointment session. I brought my mom here a few times and then later came back as a patient myself. We had a lot of sunspots/pigmentation on our faces from sun exposure, so my mom received Picoway and Ultra laser treatments and I had Picoway sessions--both with Tiffany. Overall, both of our experiences were amazing. We never had an issue with parking (there is street parking available but we opted for the parking structure), everyone there is so friendly, and the interior was clean and beautiful. Once we got checked-in, numbing cream was applied to our faces and then we got to relax in the numbing lounge (our favorite) and enjoy snacks and beverages. Tiffany is so kind and knowledgable, she answered all of our questions patiently and was very thorough. I'm a big perfectionist and I truly appreciated how detailed she was with my mom's care. You can really tell how much effort she puts into getting you the best outcome! Okay, this review is extremely overdue because I've had a few procedures done here since they opened. All on separate visits, too -- so you already know they're good if I kept coming back. 1. First off, the office... stunning. You walk through a regular, kinda dull building and then suddenly you're in this luxury little oasis (and yes... with snacks). Easily one of the prettiest medspas I've ever been in. 2. Parking is super easy -- free street parking along the side of the building, or a garage if you're willing to pay. 3. The staff is AMAZING. Tiffany and Jinli are seriously the sweetest, smartest, and most beautiful humans. I come in with a million questions, and Tiffany always explains everything so thoroughly and puts me completely at ease. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything. Treatments I've had so far: * Ultra Laser (resurfacing): 4/10 pain, redness gone in under 12 hours. My skin looked noticeably smoother and brighter afterward. * RF Microneedling (Potenza): Literally 0/10 pain (I was SHOCKED), redness gone in under 12 hours. My texture improved and my skin was glowy. * Botox: Around 4/10 pain. Tiffany was SO patient with me. My anatomy reacts weirdly to Botox, so she walked me through every concern, every possible outcome, and basically gave me an anatomy lesson -- which was honestly super comforting. I went here a month ago to get microneedling PRP done by Jin li. This place is unlike any other med spa I've been to. The office is so clean and the vibes were so serene. My favorite part of the experience was the numbing room. They had all my favorite snacks and I met other girls that were also getting treatments while watching Gossip Girl. For the actual treatment I am a huge baby when it comes to pain but Jin li has great bedside manners and I definitely reccomend using pronox if you're like me. Tiffany was incredibly honest, informed, and put me through 0 pain during our Sculptra treatment. The important stuff: they only offer treatments they truly believe in, and are exceptionally skilled with tons of experience. You will not get a better result, whether you're doing Botox, laser, PRP or any if the other treatments they offer. They do not double-book patients, so you're never waiting and your time with them is not rushed. You can 100% trust their treatment plan! The fun stuff: The space is like a serene, luxury spa, and photos can't even do it justice. The restroom (in the office, no key to walk outside awkwardly while you're numbing) also has luxury hand soap and creams, fresh orchids, and is impeccable clean.
