We needed to swap out damaged panels and fully replace others for 70 feet of fencing, including one 4' wide single gate. The final result is a clean, professional install using the standard 4'H Aluminum Smooth Top - 3-Rail panel style, and it looks excellent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Amanda was fantastic; she stayed in constant touch, gave clear information at every step, and kept everything wonderfully organized. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. Carlos was equally impressive. He came out to personally determine the action plan and immediately gave me confidence that he would personally do a great job. He's extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we needed, and followed through on everything he said he would do and then some! His crew worked efficiently and produced high-quality work. There are many fence companies out there, but Summit Fence was the only one that genuinely made me feel like they understood exactly what needed to happen and had the capability and care to do it properly. Jacob was unable to get back to me in a timely manner due to personal reasons. In the meantime, I decided to sign with another company to complete the work I need on my property. I was disappointed that I hadn't heard back from Jacob, so I left a review here expressing that disappointment. Almost immediately upon submitting my review, the owner responded. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not end up hiring them, I am changing my review because I feel like the owner and Jacob reaching out despite already having lost me as a customer shows integrity and care that is lacking in many contractor businesses these days. I appreciate that they care, so it is only fair for my review to be updated to reflect that accordingly.

Bravo was prompt and their quote was very reasonable. Probably the lowest as compared to all the others and they can get me in pretty quick. After I received the quote I had several questions that the rep was able to address over email. Finally got my fence install scheduled. I could even pay my deposit (50%) with a card without any fees. I got a reminder a day before my install, and the material was dropped off ahead of time. On the day, the installer (single guy since it was a small job) got to my place on time and got to work. He pulled down the old fence and installed the new fence with ease. There was no damage to my property, the fence was installed perfectly and it looked great. I would highly recommend Bravo for any fence project. They do their stuff right and their price is very reasonable. I also had their painting team come out to stain my fence (and my deck). They usually work with Sherwin Williams and Behr water based stains but I asked them what it would take to do an oil based stain. While a little more expensive they were able to accommodate my needs and get my fence and deck looking fantastic (they will pressure wash a few days before and stain after the wood has dried - 2 days at least). The wash, stain, labor and materials is all included in the price they quote. We had some scheduling challenges due to weather but their staff was super accommodating to make sure they come out at the right day/time. Highly recommend.

We requested an aluminum fence and the quote was over 3 grand. The actual install was quick but the…read morework was sloppy (pics attached) with cement unprofessionally poured. I asked for them to fix it and they came by and put dirt over the cement. Less than two months later the fence post caps have started to come off -- four so far have fallen off (pics attached). I emailed Johnathan about the cap issues and asked about the ten-year warranty that came with the fence. Instead of receiving an apology or coming out to properly affix the caps, he told me the caps don't typically come off and I would have to pay $100 for them to come out and fix it. Save your money and go elsewhere. While they claim they provide a ten year warranty for materials and workmanship, in practice it means nothing.
